“Absolutely amazing experience! She accepted our last-minute booking without hesitation and made the entire process stress-free. Reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring — we would absolutely book again and highly recommend!”

“I cannot say enough good things! my puppies had a safe and private place where they were secure and comfortable. I got photos and updates letting me know how they were doing. When we had a bit of a car problem and our pick up time changed unexpectedly - Sharon was gracious and understanding Was so glad the dogs safe and not sitting on the side of the road while we figured out tge issue. Highly recommend!”

“Trina was amazing!! My pups had the best time and were well taken care of! Trina was very responsive and send updates throughout their stay! I would absolutely recommend her and will be using her again in the future!”

“Gloria was absolutely amazing with my girls. I was coming in from out of town and she quickly accommodated a last minute booking and treated my girls as if they were her own. She consistently sent pictures and made me feel at ease. The girls enjoyed their time with Gloria and her family and were exhausted on the way home. Thank you so much for taking such good care of them!”

“DeRee and her husband and are very experienced, capable and loving dog keepers. My pups had plenty of love, attention, and exercise. Their home and property are set up well for dogs. Her own dogs are very friendly and welcomed mine into their pack. I will be using her again soon.”

“Again Lyndsey and family did an outstanding job caring for our Zoe! We are always comfortable being away when Zoe is cared for by Lyndsey. We are actively working on our bucket list of vacations and Lyndsey is always our go to!”

“WE had them care for our 2 dogs for 9 nights due to us traveling to Chicago for a medical procedure for my husband. We received text and pic updates that made us feel good about knowing that our dogs are in good care. About: Hi! My name is Candice, and I have over 25 years of hands-on animal care experience, along with volunteer experience with an animal rescue organization. Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion, not just a job. I have extensive experience caring for: • Dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments • Horses, cows, pigs, and chickens • Rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils • Birds • Reptiles, including chameleons • Freshwater and saltwater fish My rescue background has given me strong skills working with shy, anxious, senior, and special-needs animals, as well as pets that need extra patience, structure, and reassurance. EmberTail Pet Care on Facebook and Instagram Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because caring for animals has been a consistent part of my life for over 25 years. I structure my schedule to allow dedicated time for walks, drop-ins, feeding routines, playtime, and check-ins so each pet receives attentive, unrushed care. Throughout the week, I prioritize reliability and flexibility to accommodate different pet schedules, whether that means morning walks, midday visits, evening care, or overnight stays. I also build in time for communication and updates so pet parents feel informed and confident while they’re away. Because animal care is something I genuinely enjoy, it’s not something I “fit in” — it’s something I intentionally plan my day around. My care approach is always tailored to each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level. Whether I’m caring for pets in a client’s home or providing drop-ins and walks, I focus on consistency, safety, and creating a calm environment. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, litter or habitat maintenance, exercise, and enrichment. I respect the home as if it were my own and aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure and stress-free. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away. During walks and drop-in visits, I prioritize safety, awareness of surroundings, and positive interaction. Walks are customized to the pet’s energy level, and visits include playtime, potty breaks, fresh water, feeding if needed, and companionship. With over 25 years of experience and animal rescue volunteer work, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all temperaments, as well as small animals, reptiles, and farm animals when needed. My goal is always to provide reliable, compassionate care so pets feel comfortable and loved in their familiar environment.

“We had a last minute trip over Labor Day weekend and needed someone to watch our boy, Roux. Tiffany was so accommodating, made sure he had everything he needed, and took the time to show me around and make me feel comfortable leaving him. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend her!”

“My first time away from Babie🐕 (my dog) for more than a couple days and I was anxious, but Brianna took wonderful care of Babie and I knew she was comfortable right away and their dog Zeus was very playful with her, I don't think she wanted to come back! Brianna also kept me updated the entire time. Reliable and attentive. I’ll book again with them.”

“Shannon was loving and caring towards our pups. She sent daily pictures and even gathered the babies a bath before we picked them up. So happy with her service and care.”

About: I have experience with pets of all ages, including energetic puppies who need consistency, basic training reinforcement, and lots of playtime, as well as senior pets who may need a slower pace, medication, or extra care and comfort. I’m very attentive to routines and will stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule to help reduce stress. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I love being outside and spending time with animals. I enjoy going on walks, playing outside, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise throughout the day. I follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific care instructions. I also make sure pets feel safe and relaxed by giving them lots of love, supervision, and a calm environment. I enjoy being outside, so walks and outdoor play are something I really enjoy doing with dogs.
“Alexa did a great job watching my dog for me while I was out of town for my birthday. She sent pictures of her and comforted her during a thunderstorm. Alexa was great communicating on the app and giving updates throughout the week!”

“Brittany and her husband were amazing. The night before our dog got out and cut his ear and had to have stitches and they did hesitate to help our puppy out despite the extra care that he needed and even though we were very late getting him to their house they were always upbeat and flexible as updates came in and never made us feel anything but certainty our sweet pup was being cared for. I can't recommend highly enough.”

About: I've owned cats my whole life, and worked with them professionally in the Veterinary field, and Sitting for 8 years. Working for years very closely with a Veterinarian who specialized in felines, I gained an even greater understanding of their needs, both medical and emotional. I am Fear-Free Certified with a special interest in making sure cats feel calm and secure. Our feline friends usually require special instruction or handling, and I am always willing to help! I am also skilled in medication administration, oral or injectable. I am an honest, passionate, and down-to-earth person, making me ideal to work with.
“Stephanie did a wonderful job watching our cats. She was prompt with responses to messages and gave regular updates on how they were doing. Would definitely request for her again next time we are out of town.”

“You are not likely going to find a more thorough, caring sitter for your pet. Communication was excellent and questions were thoughtful. Iris made being away from our pet a stress free experience.”

“Showed up and did everything, very respectful of my space and my pets. It’s always a stress wondering if someone will be reliable especially with your pets while you’re on vacation. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone in need of pet sitting.”

“My experience proved that Cheyenne is a responsible woman that took care of my 3 cats. One would not eat much, and she therefore made an extra trip to attempt to feed her. She also texted me about the issue and suggested she could try to feed her again. Cheyenne is very considerate and I would not hesitate to hire her services in the future.”

About: I have had decades of experience walking and caring for dogs, cats, frogs, lizards, turtles, parrots, poultry and more. I have taken care of big dogs and little dogs, cats and kittens. I am familiar with giving medications to animals, as well. I work part time and have a fairly flexible schedule. I am a licensed paramedic and educator just earning extra income. I keep parrots and poultry currently with cats and dogs. I have had had herps and reptiles in the past, as well. I will treat your pets like they were my own. I know the anxiety of having to leave pets to get out of town and will do everything I can to make sure you don't regret it.
“I really enjoyed working with JaNiya this past week as she performed drop in visits for our cat, Mae-C. Mae-C has a new friend now and the two of them played together and enjoyed an hour long visit each day interacting with treats, games, grooming and music. JaNiya also helped with a few light chores around the house like checking the mail and watering the plants. She was also very accommodating and our cat just loves her. We have two more trips before the end of the year and we will definitely check her availability. JaNiya, we really appreciate you. Thanks so much.”

“Katherine, Cared for our cat exceptionally well. She went above and beyond with keeping her fed and watered (our sassafras cat-who runs the house) is very picky). She updated us after every visit, I would recommend her and will absolutely rebook with Katherine!”
About: Hi! I’m Lyndsey and I was a veterinary technician for 4 years, but have been dog sitting full time for the past 3+ years. I also have my own licensed dog boarding business, and do Rover on the side when I have availability! My husband and I live in Athens,TN. We have about 5 acres of land fenced in. We love getting to meet all kinds of different dogs, and having them interact with my kids. I’m home pretty much all the time so I never have to crate unless they sleep in one at night. I have clients that have been returning since 2019. I have 2 little girls, and all the dogs I’ve watched have been great with them! During all of the stays for the dogs I watch I provide homemade treats, and toys to play with. I hope to watch your fur baby real soon! ❤️ So I’m available any weekend or weekday to dog sit your sweet fur babies! I will make sure they are in great hands! Look forward to meeting new clients! I’m able to administer any medications you may need for your fur baby! I’m currently home 24/7 unless I have doctor appts, or have to run a few errands. So your dog wouldn’t ever need to be crated unless you have them sleep in one at night. I can also admin meds if they require to have any during the day. I have a fenced in yard that wraps around my whole house, and also send pics throughout the day how they are doing. They have plenty of room to play as well.

About: I’ve loved cats for as long as I can remember! 🐱💕 I got my first cat in 2020, but my experience caring for cats started even before then while helping my mom with her house-cleaning business. I’ve always enjoyed getting to know each cat’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved!
“Delaney, you were amazing!! Harold is shy and actually came up to you and you got great photos! Which says a lot about your warm energy:) Thank you again! I will definefitely request you in the future:) Lori”
About: Hi, I’m Tony! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m lucky enough to have turned that love into my career. I’m a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) graduate currently trying to get my license. I’m passionate about making pets feel safe, loved, and cared for, just like part of the family. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior dog needing extra TLC, or a cat who just needs a cozy lap to nap on, I’m here to make sure your pet feels happy and at home, even when you can’t be there. I am currently living in Ooltewah, while I wait for my veterinary license. I have lots of free time during the week to dedicate to caring for your pets! I treat every pet like family, making sure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed in their own home. During each visit, I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and medications. I have clinical experience, so I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets, special needs pets, and administering medications if needed. You’ll receive regular updates and photos, and you can trust that your pet is in kind, capable hands every step of the way. My goal is to provide not just care, but comfort, attention, and peace of mind, for both you and your pet!

About: To comfort any animal brings comfort to myself. I have experience with all kinds of pets and love all animals but cats are what you’d find in my home. It’s a common misconception that cats don’t require much attention but as a domesticated animal they thrive on human companionship while also having many natural instincts to accommodate. Some require more attention than others depending on their personality. One of the most important instincts to satisfy is the need to hunt/play. There are some automatic or interactive toys that work well but for the most part the best toy is something on the end of a string attached to a wand/rod and their human’s participation. This way you can mimic the evasive movements of an actual prey for your cat to hunt. This provides exercise and stimulation and I would be happy to play with your cat(s) I’m very good at befriending anxious or less trusting cats and identifying the things that exacerbate their anxiety and finding solutions to comfort them. I also have experience administering medications. With a cat the easiest route of administration is a liquid solution mixed in with some wet food or treat or squirted into the back side of the mouth with an oral syringe. Giving a cat a pill can be more difficult but it can be done. I would wrap them in a towel or blanket, lubricate pill so it doesn’t stick to fingers or tongue, tilt head back and insert pill into back of the mouth, return head to level position and rub their throat and/or slightly blow on the nose to stimulate swallowing reflexes, then give them a treat and love them! When possible I scoop our 3 cats’ boxes after every use. I’m happy to clean and scoop your cat’s box(es) with the same vigilance. A clean litter box is one factor in ensuring a healthy and happy cat!

About: Welcome to Pecor's Pups! My wife and I have a lifetime of experience caring for all sorts of animals. We love dogs, especially. I have a veterinary care background, as I used to be a vet tech. I also have a Zoology degree and am experienced with various different types of animals and the care thereof. We have an energetic - yet very gentle - Golden Retriever and a rambunctious Great Pyrenees mix so all dogs staying with us must get along with other dogs. We would be willing to separate our pups for periods of time to give your little guy/girl one-on-one time, if that is your preference. We do have the ability to block off areas of the home to separate (from my dogs, or if you have more than one dog and they need separation) if needed. We have a large fenced in yard that is treated monthly to prevent fleas in the area. They can get all the playtime they need! If you don't wish for that, though, then that is not a problem either. I have a very comfortable environment for any and all animals who stay with me, with several dog beds that are washed and sanitized after each stay (and in between often) as well as tons of puzzle toys and enrichment activities if they're interested in that. Otherwise, we will just cuddle and hang out! I will stay strict with any and all schedules (feeding, treats, play time, potty time, medicines, etc) that you provide, but if you don't have a specific schedule for your dog, then I will put them on my dogs' feeding, play, treat, and potty schedule (except for younger or older puppies that may need a little more accommodation in that department) I am very easy-going and easy to deal with. I will also send as many updates via text as you want, with photos and "report cards" of your little ones activities for the day. We also provide baths, nail trims and ear cleanings! Let me know what you may need during your stay with us! If you have any further questions about me or our home and/or our dog and the services we provide, do not hesitate to reach out. We own two businesses from home (Pecor's Pups and another business) so we have a lot of time to dedicate to your pet(s) and their needs! I have a fenced in yard and two floors (the downstairs is currently under partial construction to make Pecor's Pups even more accommodating and cozy!) I can separate pets if needed for whatever reason, and there will be a lot of space outside for pups to roam whilst also being completely contained in the safety of my backyard.

Plus, this was the first time leaving them with anyone. She made them feel right at home and comfortable and sent photos of them. Definitely, would leave them with her again.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 27 years and have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. As a nurse and lifelong animal lover, I am attentive, dependable, and comfortable administering medications when needed. I understand that every dog has unique needs and personalities, and I provide patient, loving care tailored to each pet. Whether your dog needs walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, or extra attention, I will treat them like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently have a 4 year old lab mix who is nervous around strangers, but he loves to play with other dogs. Our dog is an indoor/outdoor dog. He spends most of his time inside, but he likes to play outside in our fenced in yard during the day as long as the weather is good. We have a screened-in porch with a fan for him to rest in while he is outside, too. He is free to go in and out of it as he pleases. “Chloe watched my pup for 4 days, everyday i got updates, pictures/videos. She even offered to clip her nails and dressed her up in a cute sweater. I felt comfortable leaving her in the environment and didn’t feel like she was not taken care of or ignored. I will definitely use her again next time we go on a trip. If you’re looking for someone to spend time with your pup and make them feel at home Chloe is your girl!!!”

Also I have experience in caring for geriatric and special needs animals: diaper changing, getting pets in and out of wheelchairs, and care and cleaning for incontinence. I’m currently working Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm, I get an hour lunch from 11:00 to 12:00pm so I could check on animals during lunch and then of course be with them at all times outside of this work schedule, I’m off Saturday and Sunday. I will be offering all services except for boarding in my own home because present circumstances prevent me from doing so. If I sit for you in your home I will treat it with the utmost respect and abide by any and all guidelines you provide including cleaning up after any pet incident, bathing, playtime, etc.

I offer pet feeding/care, mail collection, plant care, trash & recycling services etc. I would absolutely love to care for your fur baby! I’m sure I’ll be adding more fur babies to the schedule shortly! I understand that it can be hard to trust someone with your lovely babies and property. That is why I am dedicated to providing high quality service that you can count on. With me, you can rest assured knowing your pet and home are in great hands. I look forward to hearing from you and helping keep your home and fur baby safe. Thank you for your time! I have clinical experience, so I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets, special needs pets, and administering medications if needed. Highly recommend!”

“Went way past my expectations as a new customer! She's amazing sent photos of my baby girl playing etc! True pleasure to be working with! Rover scored a great sitter!!! Hands down!”

“Christina did a really great job watching my Fur baby Kimmy over Thanksgiving! They let her hangout on the porch, took her on walks, sent me pictures, and even gave her some of the Thanksgiving Turkey! I was worried that kimmy would just want to stay there forever haha thanks Christina and I will definitely try booking with you again”

“It was love at first sight for Lex when I took him to meet Shelly and her Pups. the dogs bonded almost immediately. I received so many pictures and videos of Lex while he was staying with her that it felt like i was there with him. fast forward 4 days as I picked him up, i could tell he was sad to leave his new friends but was thoroughly exhausted and has been trying to rest up for the past 24 hours. needless to say, next time we need a sitter we'll be using Shelly again as she spoiled him more than we do at home. long walks, frequent trips to the dog park, sight seeing....the works.”
