“Denita and her husband were wonderful caregivers for my Bella, who is a special needs dog. They did everything they could to make her comfortable. I got pictures every day assuring me she was doing well. You can’t go wrong choosing these two to keep your pet!”

“I’m very blessed to have found Sharon. She’s a keeper!!! I recommend her without reservation. Your fur babies will be loved and well taken care of. You will not be disappointed in her care.”

“Lyndsey was great with our Abbie who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. She sent us videos and photos throughout the day. Abbie actually acted like she didn’t want to leave when I picked her up, lol, so I knew she loved staying with Lyndsey!”

“Kallie is very kind and very knowledgeable about dogs. My Charlie was given a lot of attention and excellent care during his stay in her home. I amany photos daily, which eliminated my anxiety about leaving him in someone else's home. I will definitely hire Kallie again to keep my Charlie when I have to travel.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better place to board our dog! DeRee and her husband took great care of Apollo and sent us updates daily. On top of all that they took him in on very short notice, so we’re extremely grateful for that as well. Will use again!”

“Gloria and her family took excellent care of Ammo, our dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone that has a need for a top notch dog sitter. Ammo seemed to really enjoy his experience with her.”

“Trina was amazing with Kane! He got a nose bleed, while I was on vacation, and he was in her care. She immediately notified me that night and promptly took him 40 minutes away to his vet; which actually saved his life! The vet said he probably wouldn't have made it until his appointment that next Monday! Honestly,I thought it was probably like a human and no big deal. I was wrong. He was recovering from a few things(which she and the vet knew all about the situation) I'm glad I did talk to the vet prior since she had to take him in. I would trust Trina with any of my fur babies! She was amazing and honestly did save my dogs life. She had to make that 40-60 minute drive twice for us! She was a great choice and a God send. I almost left him with my 19 year old who didn't go. I'm SOOOO glad I didn't! Thank you Trina! You will Alessia be my dog sitter!”

“We had a weekend away in Tellico Plains and were in need of a somebody to watch our dog and found Aric in nearby, Athens. Aric and his family were extremely accommodating of our plans and responsive whenever we had questions. Our pup seems to have had a great time as well. Will definitely keep Aric in mind should we be in the area again.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 27 years and have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. As a nurse and lifelong animal lover, I am attentive, dependable, and comfortable administering medications when needed. I understand that every dog has unique needs and personalities, and I provide patient, loving care tailored to each pet. Whether your dog needs walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, or extra attention, I will treat them like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m a full time stay at home mom with a very flexible schedule. I am free to care for your pet all day every day of the week. I currently have a 4 year old lab mix who is nervous around strangers, but he loves to play with other dogs. My daughter is currently 13 months old, so if your pet will be in my home, all I ask is that they are potty trained and can be good/gentle with kids, for my daughter’s safety. Our dog is an indoor/outdoor dog. He spends most of his time inside, but he likes to play outside in our fenced in yard during the day as long as the weather is good. We have a screened-in porch with a fan for him to rest in while he is outside, too. He is free to go in and out of it as he pleases. Our dog is free-fed, but we are also used to following feeding schedules from caring for our elderly dog who recently passed, as well as my family’s dogs. I provide a safe, supervised, and loving home environment with consistent care and attention. If desired, I can offer daily walks, whether your pets are boarding with me or receiving drop-in visits. I can also play fetch and provide medication administration, as I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Every dog deserves companionship and care. I can ensure they receive plenty of affection, attention, and individualized care from myself, my husband, and my daughter. She is very gentle with animals and absolutely loves interacting with them—it’s truly sweet to watch. I offer flexible care options to accommodate different routines and needs, whether your pet requires simple visits or more structured boarding care.
About: I was an accredited dog trainer with Petsmart. Now I am a veterinary assistant in school to be a veterinary technician. I have kennel experience and I foster dogs from rescues and shelters. I begin my new job July 6th so I am open to board/house sit/train. I will be working 8am-5pm at the local animal shelter as the veterinary assistant. So I can also train dogs after work. I was the dog trainer at Petsmart I also worked home health care for many years. I was a cna for 16 years prior to switching to dog training. I had a change of heart and decided to change to the career I wanted to do the most which was work with dogs. I am a dog trainer and we can do in home training or meet at the park for training. No flexi leads we can use a 20 foot training leash if having room to run is an issue for you.
About: I have experience with pets of all ages, including energetic puppies who need consistency, basic training reinforcement, and lots of playtime, as well as senior pets who may need a slower pace, medication, or extra care and comfort. I’m very attentive to routines and will stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule to help reduce stress. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I love being outside and spending time with animals. I enjoy going on walks, playing outside, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise throughout the day. I follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific care instructions. I also make sure pets feel safe and relaxed by giving them lots of love, supervision, and a calm environment. I enjoy being outside, so walks and outdoor play are something I really enjoy doing with dogs.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 15 years — starting with my own and growing into a trusted home-away-from-home for others’ pups too. Over that time I’ve cared for everything from bouncy puppies learning the ropes to senior dogs on daily medication, so I’m comfortable adjusting to whatever your dog needs. Every dog who stays with us gets fenced acreage to roam, a steady daily routine, and plenty of family time — plus photo updates so you always know they’re happy and well cared for. I’m a homeschooling mom, which means your pup gets lots of company throughout the day! A typical day starts with an early morning outing to run around and go potty, then breakfast, followed by lots of in-and-out playtime throughout the day. We wrap up with dinner and a calm bedtime routine. Your fur baby will get plenty of socialization, playtime, and snuggles from our family all day long — they won’t just be boarded, they’ll be part of the household. Your dog will have their own climate-controlled space, separate from our other animals but fully visible to them — so they can watch (and be watched by!) our cats, chickens, mini donkeys, and our own fur babies from a secure, fully enclosed 6-foot no-climb fence. Dogs stay in their kennels overnight, and for occasional breaks throughout the day depending on weather. Please bring your dog’s kennel, leash, and food dishes for their stay. If your pup needs medication, we’re happy to administer oral or topical meds for a $5/day fee. And if you’d like some extra peace of mind, I’m happy to send daily photo updates during their stay!
About: Hi! My name is Candice, and I have over 25 years of hands-on animal care experience, along with volunteer experience with an animal rescue organization. Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion, not just a job. I have extensive experience caring for: • Dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments • Horses, cows, pigs, and chickens • Rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils • Birds • Reptiles, including chameleons • Freshwater and saltwater fish My rescue background has given me strong skills working with shy, anxious, senior, and special-needs animals, as well as pets that need extra patience, structure, and reassurance. EmberTail Pet Care on Facebook and Instagram Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because caring for animals has been a consistent part of my life for over 25 years. I structure my schedule to allow dedicated time for walks, drop-ins, feeding routines, playtime, and check-ins so each pet receives attentive, unrushed care. Throughout the week, I prioritize reliability and flexibility to accommodate different pet schedules, whether that means morning walks, midday visits, evening care, or overnight stays. I also build in time for communication and updates so pet parents feel informed and confident while they’re away. Because animal care is something I genuinely enjoy, it’s not something I “fit in” — it’s something I intentionally plan my day around. My care approach is always tailored to each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level. Whether I’m caring for pets in a client’s home or providing drop-ins and walks, I focus on consistency, safety, and creating a calm environment. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, litter or habitat maintenance, exercise, and enrichment. I respect the home as if it were my own and aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure and stress-free. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away. During walks and drop-in visits, I prioritize safety, awareness of surroundings, and positive interaction. Walks are customized to the pet’s energy level, and visits include playtime, potty breaks, fresh water, feeding if needed, and companionship. With over 25 years of experience and animal rescue volunteer work, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all temperaments, as well as small animals, reptiles, and farm animals when needed. My goal is always to provide reliable, compassionate care so pets feel comfortable and loved in their familiar environment.
“Brittany was wonderful. She kept me updated about Buddy. He had a good time with her. I would be happy to have Buddy stay with her again on my next trip. He got along with the other pups in the house and everything went smoothly.”

I am also skilled in medication administration, oral or injectable. I am an honest, passionate, and down-to-earth person, making me ideal to work with.

“My experience proved that Cheyenne is a responsible woman that took care of my 3 cats. One would not eat much, and she therefore made an extra trip to attempt to feed her. She also texted me about the issue and suggested she could try to feed her again. Cheyenne is very considerate and I would not hesitate to hire her services in the future.”

“I really enjoyed working with JaNiya this past week as she performed drop in visits for our cat, Mae-C. Mae-C has a new friend now and the two of them played together and enjoyed an hour long visit each day interacting with treats, games, grooming and music. JaNiya also helped with a few light chores around the house like checking the mail and watering the plants. She was also very accommodating and our cat just loves her. We have two more trips before the end of the year and we will definitely check her availability. JaNiya, we really appreciate you. Thanks so much.”

“Jay was great with our fur babies and house sitting! I'm pretty sure one of them wanted to go home with him, lol. The house was spotless when we got home. Having him watch our fur babies in their most comfortable place gave us peace of mind while we were traveling.”

“My dog ran back and gave Kallie two good-byes before coming to me to go home, which was a great sign to me that he really loved her and trusted her. She is very good with my golden retriever and has a nice home and fenced yard for him. I am so happy I found her.”

About: Welcome to Pecor's Pups! My wife and I have a lifetime of experience caring for all sorts of animals. We love dogs, especially. I have a veterinary care background, as I used to be a vet tech. I also have a Zoology degree and am experienced with various different types of animals and the care thereof. We have an energetic - yet very gentle - Golden Retriever and a rambunctious Great Pyrenees mix so all dogs staying with us must get along with other dogs. We would be willing to separate our pups for periods of time to give your little guy/girl one-on-one time, if that is your preference. We do have the ability to block off areas of the home to separate (from my dogs, or if you have more than one dog and they need separation) if needed. We have a large fenced in yard that is treated monthly to prevent fleas in the area. They can get all the playtime they need! If you don't wish for that, though, then that is not a problem either. I have a very comfortable environment for any and all animals who stay with me, with several dog beds that are washed and sanitized after each stay (and in between often) as well as tons of puzzle toys and enrichment activities if they're interested in that. Otherwise, we will just cuddle and hang out! I will stay strict with any and all schedules (feeding, treats, play time, potty time, medicines, etc) that you provide, but if you don't have a specific schedule for your dog, then I will put them on my dogs' feeding, play, treat, and potty schedule (except for younger or older puppies that may need a little more accommodation in that department) I am very easy-going and easy to deal with. I will also send as many updates via text as you want, with photos and "report cards" of your little ones activities for the day. We also provide baths, nail trims and ear cleanings! Let me know what you may need during your stay with us! If you have any further questions about me or our home and/or our dog and the services we provide, do not hesitate to reach out. We own two businesses from home (Pecor's Pups and another business) so we have a lot of time to dedicate to your pet(s) and their needs! I have a fenced in yard and two floors (the downstairs is currently under partial construction to make Pecor's Pups even more accommodating and cozy!) I can separate pets if needed for whatever reason, and there will be a lot of space outside for pups to roam whilst also being completely contained in the safety of my backyard.

Plus, this was the first time leaving them with anyone. She made them feel right at home and comfortable and sent photos of them. Definitely, would leave them with her again.”

About: I am here for all of your pet needs! Simple dog walk? Dinner time for your exotic pets? Overnight stay? Puppy/kitten care? I’m there! I am experienced in all aspects. I have owned many mammals, reptiles, fish, and arachnids. I have volunteered at my local animal shelters and animal rescues since I was in middle school. I would receive service hours for bathing litters of puppies and walking large dogs around the shelter. When I began high school, my family started fostering animals. We would foster entire litters of kittens at once and raise them until they were adopted. My family also took in dogs that needed a temporary home. I have also been compensated for boarding friends' and family's dogs -from dashound to bernie doodle- we love all sizes! I have enjoyed every second of volunteering, pet sitting, and fostering. I am excited for what the future holds for me and Rover! I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with, walk, or feed your pets! I am an animal lover who has a passion for treating pets like royalty. At home, I have a dog, a cat, a lizard, and a spider whom I love and care for daily. I want details of your pets day to day lives so I can keep them stimulated and fulfilled! I walk my dog, Breezy, every day. We love afternoon walks, but lately they have been evening walks due to the pavement being so hot. Breezy also has a variety of stimulation activities that we set up for her daily. Snuffle mats, puzzles, and interactive treat toys that require paw-eye coordination. I offer services to cats as well. I can love and pet your kitty for hours! I can also comb fur, brush teeth, and trim claws. I make cat toys very fun and exciting with high-energy play, and I provide many cat trees and scratchers.

I’m very attentive to routines and will stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule to help reduce stress.

Throughout the week, I prioritize reliability and flexibility to accommodate different pet schedules, whether that means morning walks, midday visits, evening care, or overnight stays. I also build in time for communication and updates so pet parents feel informed and confident while they’re away.
