“I cannot say enough good things about Samuel and Erica! This was my first time boarding my dog, and I was incredibly nervous—but they made the entire experience amazing from start to finish. A few days before the stay, they invited me over for a meet-and-greet so I could get a feel for their home, meet them, and introduce my dog to their sweet pup, Lana. The moment I walked in, I knew they were the right people. Their space was welcoming, safe, and dog-friendly, and their kind energy instantly put me at ease. Throughout the stay, they went above and beyond. They sent frequent updates and lots of pictures, which made me smile every time. It was so comforting to see my dog happy, relaxed, and having a blast with Lana. When my dog didn’t want to eat at first, they reached out right away and kept me posted until she finally finished her dinner—something I really appreciated as a nervous first-timer. When I picked her up, she was completely worn out—in the best way! After three days of nonstop play and attention, she came home happy, tired, and clearly had the time of her life. Samuel and Erica treated my dog exactly how I would want her to be treated—with love, patience, and genuine care. They communicated wonderfully, kept me in the loop the whole time, and truly felt like people I could trust completely. I’ll absolutely be booking with them again. Highly, highly recommend!”
“Wow! ……where to start? This was my first time using Rover in the TN area and she has def set the bar high here. Angela is incredibly responsive to any and all inquiries and was wonderful at sending daily updates with pictures of my baby girl. Athena looked so happy with her own little bed fixed up when I left, but more importantly, she was happy when I came to pick her up! It was easy to see she enjoyed her time there. Can’t say enough about her flexibility of schedule. You can’t go wrong if you are looking for someone to treat your babies like their own. Have already booked a return visit 😊”
