About: I am a certified groomer & dog trainer, have also worked as a veterinary tech. I go above and beyond to give great care to furbabies. I can administer medication, brush pet as needed, trim nails, do some dog training if needed, transport to vet or grooming appointments and home. There will be extra charges for these but are not excessive and worth it. Since I will mainly be taking care of your pet in your home for pet care, just know that I will take care of your home and pet as if was my own. If you just need walking I will be happy to get your pup outside weather permitting for a short brisk walk or longer leisure one. If your pet is nervous or unsure of new people, I know how to go slow and give them the time needed to get to know me. Pet sitter/dog walker has become my retirement work. They are only crated at night if I go out for an extended period of time, except Charlie, the old man, he is out 24/7. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. When I get a new foster dog, I usually will keep them leashed for a little while until they get acclimated and used to the other dogs. I have a big home and yard (it is unfenced but your dog will be okay if able to be off leash, or I can make sure he/she is leashed for peace of mind. About: I'm a dog mom of two, with experience bottle feeding newborn puppies. I've potty trained my dogs and taught them multiple tricks like sit, shake, lay down, beg, and roll over. I work full time M-F 8-3:30 generally, though my schedule varies greatly! I am available for weekend boarding, as generally I am totally free! I work in Murfreesboro but am free evenings for pop ins and evening walks! I live in an apartment complex with my husband and fur babies! We have 2 fenced dog parks and plenty of space around the complex for walks as well. We have 2 cats and a dog who loves playing with other pups!
