About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

About: I have taken care of pet’s since I was a kid from family pet’s to friends to walking neighbors dogs. Whether your pup is wanting to take a nap on its bed, or chase squirrels in the back yard or take a stroll around the block I’m here to accommodate his/her needs. I work from home majority of the time, the most I’m out of the house is 4 hours consecutively. When I am away and at night I lock the pet’s in their own crate ( unless they have a “thunder-buddy”) to ensure their safety so no accidents happen. Your pet’s health and safety is my top concern. I have a child in home so his safety is also my concern. I know new places and people can give some pup/s anxiety and not all dogs do well with kids. If your doggo is anxious around kids please let me know so that way I can ensure my families safety while also accommodating and ensuring your pet is at ease while in my care. I have a fenced back yard for your pet to get adequate outside time, If your pet likes walks I am happy to take them for a stroll around the block, I am firm on sticking to your pet’s feeding times and will accommodate that to my best ability.
