A few days before the stay, they invited me over for a meet-and-greet so I could get a feel for their home, meet them, and introduce my dog to their sweet pup, Lana. The moment I walked in, I knew they were the right people. Their space was welcoming, safe, and dog-friendly, and their kind energy instantly put me at ease. “Gwendolyn was great! We have 2 cats, and we definitely care a lot about them (as most pet people do probably), and this was the first time leaving them for a full week so we were a little worried to say the least. Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: **Before booking.... I work full time Mon - Fri. I am not home during those times, but I am available any time after I get off of work. Saturday and Sunday I am available all day.** For some reason this site doesn't show this information. I have grown up around and have been around dogs my whole life. I have experience with all sizes of dogs and ages. Some breeds I have experience with are Pit Bulls, Boxers, Mini Pins, Chihuahua, Blue Healer, Dingo, and the list goes on! The last office job I had also included dog sitting for the owner and his wife's dogs. They kept me good company and visa versa. Some of my friends call me the dog whisperer. Before letting your dogs out in the yard I check to make sure all fence gates are secure. I will let your dog out into the yard and stay with them while they potty and play. I never leave them alone. I clean up after them and return inside. Meals are given at your scheduled time. I always leave fresh water before departing your home. I secure every door before I leave. On overnight stays I bring my own bed linens, towels and food and drink. The last thing you need is more laundry when you get home from vacation!

I have experience with all sizes of dogs and ages. Some breeds I have experience with are Pit Bulls, Boxers, Mini Pins, Chihuahua, Blue Healer, Dingo, and the list goes on! I seem to give the dogs with anxiety a sense of ease when I am around them. I love to pet them and rub around their favorite spots that relax them. I.E, ears, belly, and neck. Sometimes I tend to find myself talking to them like they are a little baby lol I keep my rates on the lower end because I love being around dogs and I know we all just need a break sometimes or can't afford a sitter when a family function is important to attend.
