About: I’ve had several dogs throughout my lifetime and enjoy providing care for them and helping them be able to live their best life on our rural farm like setting. We have 3 dogs of our own. I am a retired registered nurse and would love to provide care to your puppy or dog in our home while you are away from your own home. About: I have had dogs, cats, birds, and much more animals my entire life. I love taking care of animals and have done it for friends and family for years. I’m very active and love walks and runs! There were 2 days of our 16-day vacay that we needed a reliable pet sitter for adventures we couldn’t bring Ezra on: zip-lining in Barnardsville and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway in a 2-seater Polaris Slingshot. Even after a considerately planned meet-and-greet the afternoon before his 1st stay with Paul, Ezra was a little nervous after we dropped him off. Thoughtfully, I received updates and videos to keep me posted. Paul and his fiancé worked with him to build trust and also Ezra’s confidence. By day 2, Ezra did not want his stay to end at pick-up time! When he finally did get in the car, he was happily exhausted and slept the entire drive home. About: Hi! We’re an animal-loving family with room to roam and a whole lot of heart. We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. We live on 2 acres with a securely fenced quarter-acre for safe, supervised outdoor play. There’s plenty of space for sniffing, structured exercise, and relaxing in the fresh air. So you can be rest assured I care for yours as they're my own! I can assist with pet care in your home or mine. I offer dog walking for when you are at work or away from home on holiday. Playtime is paramount for most pets. It keeps them engaged and happy. Dogs that are active should have extra activities while you're away. I'm an active person and I believe it's your pets utmost health benefit to have lots of playtime and outdoor time! I also have fostered and pet sit for elderly or more low key dogs and always provide just the right amount of activity to take any limitations so not to strain or over do. I am currently taking dog behavioral training classes. I have some behavior training for dogs to best understand your pet. As I am always seeking to further my studies. After reading Megan's profile, her Facebook page, and chatting with her I was extremely comfortable with not only her thoughtfulness, love of dogs, but also her numerous qualifications as a trainer and pet owner. She operates a great facility out of her home with loads of playtime, quiet time, and socialization with other dogs.
