About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them. These dogs have also never met a stranger, and our home is an overall very welcoming environment to all creatures (I even have a pet spider!).

About: I worked at an animal hospital for almost 2 yrs.I took care of cats dogs and of course puppies! Helped administer medications and shots when needed bathing and grooming including ear cleaning and nail trims. After that I worked for an animal rescue taking care of dogs puppies and cats. I worked in the vet/rescue for 3 years. I also helped transport dogs puppies and cats to different rescues all across the United States! Once they were dropped off at their new location they got to be adopted into their forever home! While working with the rescue I helped train the animals and teach them tricks and other things to make sure they were ready to be adopted I have experience in giving medications and special needs dogs as well! I also have experience in taking care of senior dogs and cats and I’ve even helped potty train the ones that needed it and helped them understand when to tell their person when they have to go I’ve trained dogs on leash and how to walk beside you off leash and not run away. Dogs and cats are my spirit animals 🥰 I work full-time I still have plenty of time to take your babies on long walks, playing ball, going to the park to play if permitted. I even enjoy long cuddles and giving tummy rubs🥰 my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m a dog mom myself I own 3. I own 2 cats as well. I have a fenced in area of my yard that will give them plenty of safe outside time. I have 2 kids in the home that love animals so your baby will have plenty of loves! About: I’ve worked in a dog boarding place for 3 years. The dogs love me! Their is this one dog who shy but when I come around he opens up, it’s such a warm feeling. My family relies on me to watch their animals. They have a cat who is diabetic so they heavily rely on me to give him his shot at the correct times. I have grown up with animals my whole life. I’ll be working part time while in college. So this works perfectly. I want this to be my only job while in school so therefore I can spend more time playing and loving on your fur babies. I can check on dogs before and after school. Usually I’ll have class 2 days out of the week. I have 3 dogs of my own so you can put all your trust into me. I am a BIG animal lover. I can do what the owner wants me to do to make sure the dog feels safe and more comfortable. As long as it’s reasonable! I will play fetch with your dogs so by the time I leave they’ll be passed out. I’ll love on them and even send as many pictures as the owner would want to make the owner feel ever more comfortable.

“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Her communication was incredible- she sent frequent photos, videos, and updates, including the cutest clips of her interacting with our dogs and their dog Theon playing with Maki! It gave us so much peace of mind while traveling. She lives right by plenty of grassy areas and parks, so our pups got tons of outdoor time, walks, and enrichment. She was also super accommodating with our dogs’ very specific breakfast routine and followed all instructions perfectly. When we got home, Tobi and Maki were both happy and relaxed, which tells us everything we need to know about how well they were cared for. We would absolutely book Abby again. She’s truly a gem!”
