I have an acre of fenced-in yard with two dogs that are dog friendly, up to date on shots, and either spayed or neutered. ~ Your fur baby will enjoy their time playing with my dogs, or with me staying at your home and treating your home and your fur baby as one of my own. ~PSI Member and working on basic First Aid and Emergency Care for Animals. ~Willing to provide medications and injections to those babies in need. I work from home so your pet will get any amount of attention it needs. My husband is also a Rover approved sitter, so your fur baby will have someone with them at all times, for those rare times I need to run an errand. If I come to your home your pet will receive the same care and respect as work allows for flexibility to be there with them, giving them full attention. I have an acre fenced yard with outside toys as well as a drinking fountain and plenty of room inside for them to take naps and stay cool and dry on rainy days. We usually go out every 2-4 hours for potty breaks and play time.

I have had many happy clients and repeat clients with dog boarders and drop in visits, with all positive reviews. I live near MTSU. I love walking dogs leashed around my large yard or on the sidewalks. I have owned dogs and cats for over 17 years, grew up with them and have been using Rover for almost two years as a dog boarder/walker and drop in visits for other animals - cats, tortoises. I love animals and will take care of them as my own. I have had many repeat clients since I take such great care of the dogs that board with me and the dogs love their staycation, free roam, no kennel unless needed by the owner. Check out the reviews. I work part time, a few hours in the mornings or evenings and then am home. I like to leash walk the dogs around the yard or sidewalks (10 minutes a few times a day).. For walks, I keep dogs on the leash at all times for safety so can use an extended leash if that works. I do have a 30 foot and 45 foot secured leash line that I can place a dog on so they can walk around the yard, which will monitored by me, not left alone. I have a nice 2 bedroom home and dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, feeding is kept separate for each dog, and I monitor feeding times, water bowl is in the living room, and I have plenty of poop bags. Also for safety, I have an AirTag that can be placed on the collar especially if your dog is a runner etc. Safety first for your fur baby. Plus I have plenty of outside space, a large yard to walk them around and across from my home with a leash plus a 30 foot or 45 line for the yard so can be free to roam, and I’ll be out there with them.

About: I have been dog sitting for as long as I can remember. I currently dog sit for multiple clients already. I stay super active so I would let your pup unleash all of its energy. I have also been a part of fostering programs in the past. I am a full time firefighter so I work every third day which means I only work about 2 to 3 days per week! So lots of availability for your pets. I have a fenced in back patio for the pups to sunbathe and soak there vitamin D for the day and a large yard space. I have a serious love for all the different types of fur-babies and am a proud pet parent myself! I’m the purrfect fit if you love someone enthusiastic about animals and their care, someone who is strict with rules and restrictions, and someone who is flexible! I have worked in a pet boarding type facility in the past and carry much experience wrangling dogs of all sizes and in all group sizes, with all different types of personalities. I also have a dog and cat myself. My daily schedule involves me waking up and letting my dog out while preparing their breakfast. After they eat, we get some snuggles in until it’s time to go potty. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

About: I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals! I’m currently working full time but I have a work from home job that is flexible so I am able to bring my laptop and work phone. I go in office to work in Nashville a 1 day out of the week but I can always change the days around so I am very flexible! I know pet safety so I will keep a dog on the leash at all times unless there is a fence to put them in. Also if I need to bring any animals to my house I have a crate I can keep them in. I have a yard with a fence that I would watch them under my direct supervision at all times.
