“Deborah was so great with our timid Luna! She’s the best sitter we’ve ever used (even including our friends and family, lol! 🫣). Deborah was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She sent multiple pictures of Luna each day, keeping us up to date with their activities and helping us feel like we weren’t so far away. Even though our booking was super last minute for the weekend, Deborah’s place was perfectly prepared for Luna’s stay. Her home is easy to find and located in a quiet residential neighborhood without through traffic. When we arrived for drop off, Deborah had made an adorable hand-decorated sign which she pinned on her front door welcoming us to “Luna’s Weekend Retreat”. 🌺 She welcomed us inside and I’ve never seen Luna take to a new place so quickly; she immediately made herself at home in the spa-like cloud bed which had been made fresh for her and lined with a curated selection of dog toys for her choosing. She didn’t even get up when we were leaving, which has never happened before at a drop off! We were put so at ease leaving Luna in Deborah’s care for the weekend, and we’re thrilled to receive pictures of their adventures exploring the neighborhood trail, getting brushes and pedicures, and just generally being loved and cared for as if Luna was Deborah’s own pupper to love and dote on. ❤️ Luna’s well behaved and easy to care for, but is also quietly anxious and afraid of loud noises. She is a rescued staffy and has “resting ASPCA face” much of the time, even with us, so I never blame a sitter for her expressions, but we can always tell from seeing her eyes, brows, and ears in photos how relaxed and comfortable she is, and Deborah was somehow able to put Luna at ease, even on 4th of July weekend with scary fireworks popping! We’re so grateful to have found Deborah as our new go to sitter. Now we’re going to have to make up and plan new trips just to give Luna a reason to get to go adventure and sleep over with her new friend! 🥰 Thanks endlessly, Deborah!”

About: I grew up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania and took care of many different animals but we always had dogs and cats in and around the house. I have a huge love for animals and can't have a dog myself right now with my cat so this is a great opportunity to love on dogs and cats alike and make some new friends! At bedtime, non-destructive pups are welcome to curl up on a cozy queen-size bed in our guest suite. For dogs who find comfort in background noise, I can leave the TV on to help them relax and feel at home. Each day is filled with personalized attention, games of fetch, outdoor play, cuddles, and plenty of enrichment. On warm days, our guests even enjoy dog-friendly ice cream as a special treat! “Deborah was so great with our timid Luna! She’s the best sitter we’ve ever used (even including our friends and family, lol! 🫣). Deborah was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She sent multiple pictures of Luna each day, keeping us up to date with their activities and helping us feel like we weren’t so far away. Even though our booking was super last minute for the weekend, Deborah’s place was perfectly prepared for Luna’s stay. Her home is easy to find and located in a quiet residential neighborhood without through traffic. When we arrived for drop off, Deborah had made an adorable hand-decorated sign which she pinned on her front door welcoming us to “Luna’s Weekend Retreat”. 🌺 She welcomed us inside and I’ve never seen Luna take to a new place so quickly; she immediately made herself at home in the spa-like cloud bed which had been made fresh for her and lined with a curated selection of dog toys for her choosing. She didn’t even get up when we were leaving, which has never happened before at a drop off! We were put so at ease leaving Luna in Deborah’s care for the weekend, and we’re thrilled to receive pictures of their adventures exploring the neighborhood trail, getting brushes and pedicures, and just generally being loved and cared for as if Luna was Deborah’s own pupper to love and dote on. ❤️ Luna’s well behaved and easy to care for, but is also quietly anxious and afraid of loud noises. She is a rescued staffy and has “resting ASPCA face” much of the time, even with us, so I never blame a sitter for her expressions, but we can always tell from seeing her eyes, brows, and ears in photos how relaxed and comfortable she is, and Deborah was somehow able to put Luna at ease, even on 4th of July weekend with scary fireworks popping! We’re so grateful to have found Deborah as our new go to sitter. Now we’re going to have to make up and plan new trips just to give Luna a reason to get to go adventure and sleep over with her new friend! 🥰 Thanks endlessly, Deborah!”

You can genuinely tell that she cares about what she does and makes sure to treat every pet like they’re her own. Her experience in pet care was one of the main reasons we initially chose to book with her, and after meeting her, it was immediately evident just how knowledgeable and experienced she is. She was so compassionate, understanding, and attentive to each of our dogs’ individual schedules and personalities. She took the time to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for, (& most importantly loved!) and her communication was great!! Laura was incredibly trustworthy, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We’re so grateful for the love and care she gave our pups and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pups!
