About: I have been a dog sitter/cat sitter, off and on for 20 years. I love animals! I treat and love them as if they were my own. Unfortunately, I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have plenty of yard around my home. I prefer smaller dogs, but I am flexible. Must be good with kids! I have a 14 year old who loves animals and can't wait to give them attention they need. I will be happy to come get your dog or meet you prior to watching your dog. I have a full-time job. I leave the house around 8, and I'm home most days by 4:00. My husband will be here to help out as needed. I will walk them, play and care for them as they are my own. I own a large crate so if you are crate training I can be consistent and provide that service.

About: — About Me Since 2018 I have done in-home pet sitting professionally and I have loved animals of every kind for as long as I can remember. And I treat your pets the same way I would my six: with quality time, affection, and plenty of patience. The difference with a sitter like me is that I’m up for the challenge. I’m not just here for the “easy” ones — I believe every pet deserves a chance. (Ask how many times I’ve been bit or scratched! 🤣) I’ve researched training and positive reinforcement techniques, and I use that to provide the most gentle care to my pets and yours. Just like a child, their safety will always be first priority. — Your Time Away The sudden change in routine, environment, and distance can cause anxiety, stress, and temporary behavioral changes and this can even affect behavior once you return. After being gone for so long, sometimes even with a pet sitter, anxious or high-energy pets can become unusually restless, clingy, bark or meow excessively, act out, or even withdraw. This is usually temporary, but a real possibility. Because of this, daily drop-ins are something to consider if you haven’t already. Whether you’re gone for the day or just away at work, the companionship and structure is a game changer for misbehavior. — What I Offer They thrive on consistency, connection, and gentle correction so my goal is to maintain the routine and training/boundaries you’ve set in place while providing affection and entertainment. I’ll even stay with them when they’re ill, and I have experience with special needs and administering medications/injections. At work for 12 hours? Book a walk for that rowdy pup. Gone for a bit? That calls for a drop-in visit. Out of town for the day? Doggy daycare has your back. Vacationing for the week? House sitting will handle that. And who doesn’t love to come back to a tidy home? Ask me about a one-time clean so that you return feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to resume life. — Next Steps Just reach out! Don’t be shy with any questions or concerns. After, we’ll schedule a complimentary (within 25 miles) in-person meet-and-greet to touch base on needs, routine, training, and house rules. This is the perfect time to request a quote for cleaning and daily photos/updates. Thank you for reading and for considering me when you aren’t home. Meet ya later! 🐾😊
“Christine did a great job with my cats. She sent me pictures and messages while I was gone, and they seemed to be well taken care of when I got home. I definitely recommend Christine!”

“Shawna is awesome with our big gsd Patsy, and Patsy loves going to Shawna’s to play. Shawna has a good set up at her house for the dogs and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care Shawna gives to Patsy.”

Therefore my experience with pets with medical needs gives me the knowledge of taking care of your fur baby who may need a little extra attention. I am home throughout the day as well as nights and evenings so your fur babies will get all the love and play time they need! I have a large unfenced yard where your babies can enjoy running while attached to a long leash. They will get to roam around in the home as long as they are potty trained and dog friendly. I have a room that is a dedicated dog room where crates are kept for the dogs to be safely while I am away. YOUR PET MUST BE CRATE TRAINED! Please bring a crate for each dog you are boarding with me unless prior arrangements have been made! I do have a baby so your pet must be good with children.

“Appreciate Elizabeth once again helping us out last minute. Our dog can get nervous when we are away but she was pretty calm and relaxed when we got home so I know she enjoyed her walks.”

About: I grew up on a farm, which gave me hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals, from small pets to large breeds. I’m comfortable with all sizes, temperaments, and personalities. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. I currently have a senior diabetic cat, so I’m comfortable administering injections, monitoring blood sugar, and giving medications. In addition, I help care for a senior three-legged Chihuahua and a Lab mix, so I understand the extra patience and attention that senior and special-needs pets require. As a prospective Physician Assistant, I bring strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a genuine passion for caregiving. My schedule is generally flexible, allowing me to be reliable and accommodating for your pet’s needs. I treat every pet like my own and can’t wait to meet your furry family member! About: I've been caring for dogs for over 20 years. In the last 10 years I have been fostering retired racing grey hounds and huskies so I'm ready to give every dog in between the care and attention they deserve. I have regularly watched friends and families animals since I was young. I am excited for every opportunity to get to know new dogs and fall more in love with my regulars! Please let me be your peace of mind the next time you're out of town! I'm currently have a lot of free time on my hands and would love to fill that time with taking care of sweet loveable pets. As with any of my ventures, I put forth 100% of my energy to making sure your pet has a great time while you're away. I guarantee a calm, happy and healthy pet upon your return! I've seen dogs become less anxious when they are staying in their own home, in the neighborhood they know. They know you will eventually return and they dont need the transition time it takes for them to become comfortable in a unfamilar place. For that reason, I do like to promote house sitting as the least stressful method of boarding for nervious pets. Please let me know if you require any plants to watered as id be happy to help you in any other way I can. I prefer to keep my bookings to one dog or one family at a time. This is to ensure I give each dog my full attention to keep them safe and happy while yall are missing eachother! This means that I prefer walking in quiet neighborhoods instead of a park with more distractions so I can get familiar with your dog's responses and they can get familiar with me during our first few walks together. After a few walks, and your permission, we can go to dog parks where we slowly work up to being unleased. I strive for 2 or more walks a day during the summer, 3 or more walks a day during spring, fall, and winter. When we arent walking or playing outside, me and your pets will be chilling inside with 2 or more feedings a day. If you book on a holiday it is likely I will have freeze dried chicken or salmon wet food to give your pet as a special holiday treat! I feel that if its a human holiday, its also a special day for our pets because they're family.
About: I love all animals. As you can see in my pictures I have been around many different animals. I have been around dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and hamsters, sharks, goats, birds, and horses. I believe that pets are part of the family and I believe all animals deserve to be well taken care of. While my apartment does not allow pets I am more than happy to pet sit at your place or just stop by for some attention, feeding, or walks. Pets are part of one’s family and I believe that should be treated as such. I am there to feed your pet and take it on walks as well as play with it and give it whatever kind of attention is needed.
