“Cassy was already our go-to for drop-in cat-sitting when we adopted a couple of potbelly pigs last year. When we went away last week, we booked Cassy to care for both the cats and the pigs. On her very first visit, she found that the pigs had reacted to their abandonment by ripping several holes in our fence and escaping. Though pig-wrangling was absolutely not part of her job description, she quickly managed to get them back in the enclosure and then worked closely with us by phone for the next 24 hours to find ways of keeping them safe while we hurried back home. She was gracious, compassionate, resourceful, and even able to keep sending us cute photos of the little jerks despite all the trouble they were giving her. I realize most of y'all on here are not looking for pig-sitters, but my point is that Cassy will go above and beyond to keep your animals, whoever they are, safe and happy. We are thankful for her!”

I work part time, a few hours in the mornings or evenings and then am home. I like to leash walk the dogs around the yard or sidewalks (10 minutes a few times a day).. For walks, I keep dogs on the leash at all times for safety so can use an extended leash if that works. I do have a 30 foot and 45 foot secured leash line that I can place a dog on so they can walk around the yard, which will monitored by me, not left alone. I have a nice 2 bedroom home and dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, feeding is kept separate for each dog, and I monitor feeding times, water bowl is in the living room, and I have plenty of poop bags. Also for safety, I have an AirTag that can be placed on the collar especially if your dog is a runner etc. Safety first for your fur baby. Plus I have plenty of outside space, a large yard to walk them around and across from my home with a leash plus a 30 foot or 45 line for the yard so can be free to roam, and I’ll be out there with them.

About: For as long as I can remember I’ve loved and been around animals. I grew up with Boston terriers and frenchies and have loved every minute. I am so passionate about all things animals. I grew up volunteering at my local vet and farm any opportunity I had. In high school, I worked primarily caring for horses and dogs. In school I studied animal science (large, small, and vet science). Since graduating high school I’ve found a passion for dog grooming. About: My name is Hannah, but I go by Mikki. I have had pets since I was 15 years old and they have ranged from cats, dogs, and the exotic! I have a serious love for all the different types of fur-babies and am a proud pet parent myself! I’m the purrfect fit if you love someone enthusiastic about animals and their care, someone who is strict with rules and restrictions, and someone who is flexible! I have worked in a pet boarding type facility in the past and carry much experience wrangling dogs of all sizes and in all group sizes, with all different types of personalities. I also have a dog and cat myself. My daily schedule involves me waking up and letting my dog out while preparing their breakfast. After they eat, we get some snuggles in until it’s time to go potty. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.
About: As a MTSU college student I frequently house and dog sit for family members & friends, especially over the summer. I am familiar with the flow and time dedication needed for this and how to properly look after an animal while the owner is on vacation or away. I love animals especially cats & dogs!! I have two english bulldogs and love to cuddle them! Since they are bulldogs they do have tail pockets so after every potty session there is a booty wipe after. About: I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals! I’m currently working full time but I have a work from home job that is flexible so I am able to bring my laptop and work phone. I go in office to work in Nashville a 1 day out of the week but I can always change the days around so I am very flexible! I know pet safety so I will keep a dog on the leash at all times unless there is a fence to put them in. Also if I need to bring any animals to my house I have a crate I can keep them in. I have a yard with a fence that I would watch them under my direct supervision at all times.
