“She watched all 3 of our dogs in her house one is a Great Dane who is very clumsy and big. My lab mix is very skittish and she was patient and kind. Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. My dogs really enjoyed hanging out with her dogs, especially Remi who immediately wanted to play with my dogs. Overall I think they had an awesome time.”

About: There is nothing better than coming home to wagging tails and dog kisses after work. I've always had dogs in the house growing up so after when I moved in to my first apartment, the first thing I did was get my first dog. 8 years later, My husband and I have two very spoiled, happy pups that love to go on walks and spend time in their fenced-in yard. We spend as much time outside and going on walks as possible. We currently don't have children so our pups are like our children for now. My husband and I are home every night and most weekends. Once we get home from work, we typically take the dogs on walks or my German Sheppard/Chihuahua mix on a run or we play in the backyard. Dogs are allowed on furniture and everywhere in the house. Dogs will need to be kept in a cage while we are away but as soon as we get home they will be out. Our dogs typically sleep in our bed but if you prefer yours to sleep in the cage, we can accommodate that. I have several dog beds but you will need to bring a cage if you have one. If not, your dog must be ok with being in a cage while we are at work/out of the house. I know dogs get anxious sometimes when their humans are away, so I want them to be safe in their "den".

“Cassy was already our go-to for drop-in cat-sitting when we adopted a couple of potbelly pigs last year. When we went away last week, we booked Cassy to care for both the cats and the pigs. On her very first visit, she found that the pigs had reacted to their abandonment by ripping several holes in our fence and escaping. Though pig-wrangling was absolutely not part of her job description, she quickly managed to get them back in the enclosure and then worked closely with us by phone for the next 24 hours to find ways of keeping them safe while we hurried back home. She was gracious, compassionate, resourceful, and even able to keep sending us cute photos of the little jerks despite all the trouble they were giving her. I realize most of y'all on here are not looking for pig-sitters, but my point is that Cassy will go above and beyond to keep your animals, whoever they are, safe and happy. We are thankful for her!”

About: My family back east has been watching and walking dogs at a high volume for 5 years. And now I’m doing the same here in our neighborhood! We absolutely love our four legged friends and enjoy looking out for them. They are loved and taken care of just like they would be with you! I am work from home part time and when my husband is home from work he also often helps with our rover pups. We have a baby so any dog we take care of needs to be comfortable with little ones. While I’m working he spends those couple of hours in the crate relaxing and we would prefer boarding dogs who are either crate trained and or house trained that will sit and relax during those 3-4 hours I’m working and on calls. Outside of that my dog and I enjoy getting outside to walk and play every morning, afternoon and evening. We have a huge dog park that is rarely used by any one other than myself that we can have your dog play in while staying with us. Or we do have plenty of open green area right outside our apartment for them to walk, play, sniff or lay on leash. We do have a fenced in patio as well where your dog can enjoy fresh air, sunshine and people watch. I always make sure gates are closed and leashes secured before a run around the yard or walk around the park. I make sure the pet is happy and healthy by following the directions given to me of their preferences and needs from their owners.

About: Hi! I’m a high school teacher who teaches culinary arts. At home, I have a golden retriever, Saffron and a Labradoodle, Leo. I live on 2 1/2 acres, one of which is fenced in and perfect for furry friends to run and play! I am a teacher and gone from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but my parents live next door and watch my animals when I am away. Growing up, my brother had a service dog who was part Great Dane and part Black Lab. About: For as long as I can remember I’ve loved and been around animals. I grew up with Boston terriers and frenchies and have loved every minute. I am so passionate about all things animals. I grew up volunteering at my local vet and farm any opportunity I had. In high school, I worked primarily caring for horses and dogs. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

If you are requesting an overnight house sitting stay, reliable Wi-Fi is required Monday through Friday so I can work during the day. For safety and comfort, I provide care in my clients’ homes only, as I do not offer boarding in my own home due to having two dogs. I also offer drop in visits. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions closely and make sure pets are always supervised and given plenty of attention, exercise, and affection based on their needs and personality. I also prioritize safety at all times by keeping doors secured, monitoring pets during outdoor time, and being attentive to any behavior changes or special care requirements. My goal is to create a calm, trustworthy environment where pets feel relaxed and cared for in their own familiar space. My pets are my babies and I will treat yours the same!

About: I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals! I’m currently working full time but I have a work from home job that is flexible so I am able to bring my laptop and work phone. I go in office to work in Nashville a 1 day out of the week but I can always change the days around so I am very flexible! I know pet safety so I will keep a dog on the leash at all times unless there is a fence to put them in. Also if I need to bring any animals to my house I have a crate I can keep them in. I have a yard with a fence that I would watch them under my direct supervision at all times.

Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. About: There is nothing better than coming home to wagging tails and dog kisses after work. I've always had dogs in the house growing up so after when I moved in to my first apartment, the first thing I did was get my first dog. 8 years later, My husband and I have two very spoiled, happy pups that love to go on walks and spend time in their fenced-in yard. We spend as much time outside and going on walks as possible. We currently don't have children so our pups are like our children for now. My husband and I are home every night and most weekends. Once we get home from work, we typically take the dogs on walks or my German Sheppard/Chihuahua mix on a run or we play in the backyard. Dogs are allowed on furniture and everywhere in the house. Dogs will need to be kept in a cage while we are away but as soon as we get home they will be out. Our dogs typically sleep in our bed but if you prefer yours to sleep in the cage, we can accommodate that. I have several dog beds but you will need to bring a cage if you have one. If not, your dog must be ok with being in a cage while we are at work/out of the house. I know dogs get anxious sometimes when their humans are away, so I want them to be safe in their "den".
