About: I have cared for cats and dogs my entire life! My family had multiple pets at all times growing up. I am a cat mom myself with shared custody with my twin sister. I offer a pet stranger free home with my own cats staying with my sister while I have guest pets. 🐈 I first began pet sitting in college and primarily serviced young adults and college students. Thus, I have always offered an affordable rate so that regular people can obtain pet sitting services without having to pay expensive boarding fees. 🐶 Although I just started using Rover, I have been sitting for years through friends, family, and referrals! I can provide references for those I have serviced in the past that have not been through the app. 🐈 I am a former President, Vice President, and class representative of the Animal Legal Defense Fund at the University of Tennessee College of Law. I am available any day of the week for boarding. 🐈 Currently, I am not accepting bookings over 2 months in advance. 🐈 For drop in visits and walks, I am available Mon-Fri between 7:30-8:30 a.m., 11:30-1:30 p.m., and after 6 p.m. Available all day Saturday and Sunday beginning 9 a.m. 🐶 Drop off and pickups must occur between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. 🐈 Meet and greets must occur in the evening and are offered at Sutree Landing Park. Your pets become mine for a few days! I would care for them as if they were my own. I let pets staying in my home on the furniture and sleep in my bed. If you would like pictures of my home to see where your pet would be staying, feel free to ask! My personal pets vacate my home and stay with their other parent while I am sitting to eliminate conflicts with guest pets. 🐈 I send as many pictures as you want and I am available by text all day.
“Words really can't convey how happy we are with Viviana and Brian's level of care. From the first meet and greet to the pickup, Viviana was kind, warm, caring, and professional. Her passion for dogs is apparent, and the daily update pictures and videos are so wonderful! Luna had a WONDERFUL time playing, and we love that dogs are welcomed as a part of the family! Gorgeous, dog-friendly property and home, and I love the routine that Viviana instills in the dogs' visits. So happy!!”

“What a great 1st time experience with Tamera for Dixie and Harley. We were so worried about leaving them. She sent videos and pictures which made us feel so good. They had so much fun they both are sound asleep right now. Would definitely recommend Tamera.”

“Our Barton boy enjoyed every second of being there!! We received picture and video updates the whole time away and could really feel the love they poured into him. You can tell he misses his new friends so much already! 🖤”

“Cy Cy, my cat, is a bit skittish and this was the first time we left her with a sitter. We had only been in Gatlinburg for a few hours when Frances sent a couple of pics of Cy Cy. She was on her back sleeping, just like she does at home, so she evidently felt safe. I really appreciate her care and anytime I need a sitter she will be my first call.”

“Penny was absolutely amazing. She was constantly sending us pictures and videos of Thor. She took great care of our baby and was very aware of dietary restrictions.”

“Sallie was amazing! Penny was very happy staying with her. She got lots of walking and play time and snuggles at night. Sallie was very responsive and flexible and sent lots of photos and videos. We definitely will plan on future stays with her!”

“Bridget took great care of my dog Licorice. She gave her medication as scheduled and kept me updated on how Licorice was doing and sent me some great pics. I really appreciate that she takes only 1 dog at a time, and her 2 dogs are very friendly and got along great with Licorice.”

“Always a pleasure leaving Jake with Lauryn and Kadabra. They really get along and I constantly get updates on him throughout his stay. I will most certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you!!”

“Quincy had a nice time with Donna. She slept in a large crated area and played in her fenced yard. It was a great spot to board our dog when we stayed in a rental house in the area that did not allow dogs.”

“I am overjoyed to have Rachel as my go to sitter- takes all the anxiety out of leaving the fur babies and she always sends the best pictures and detailed updates :)”

“Tasha made our Christmas possible and carefree. I've never used a service before and I'm so glad that I did! Tasha was reliable and caring. Totally professional and knowledgeable. We never worried or felt stress. I thought it might be weird having someone that we don't know come into our home while we were gone, and also worried about our furbabies. After meeting Tasha, any fears were eliminated and we felt so confident. She has a kindhearted, capable, and trustworthy aura. She proved to be invaluable. She was a true Christmas blessing for us and them!!”

“Gretchen was an amazing sitter for our cat, Dogwood. She was clear about her schedule when I first reached out. She communicated when she would be able to check on Dogwood. Each time she checked on him, she sent plenty of photos and details about their interaction. I can tell Dogwood was happy and taken care of in our absence. I cannot recommend Gretchen enough.”

“Lucia always takes such good care of our cats. She keeps their space clean. She’s attentive to their needs especially our diabetic cat who needs injections twice daily. The litter box’s are always clean when we get home. Lucia is also very communicative about each visit and sends lots of sweet pictures that makes it feel easier to be away from home. I know they’re in good hands with her.”

“Natalie is awesome! She took care of my little mao mao for a week while I was away, lots of cute pictures and updates kept my mind at ease. Will definitely hope to work with Natalie again! 😸”

About: We are a dog-loving family of 3 that will care for your pups like they were our own (which means lots of love)! Also, we have a great property for pet care, so your dog(s) will feel like they're on their own private doggie get-away vacation! Dexter and I both work from home, so at least one of us is always around the home to care for your pets! Our two dogs Yoshi and Puma are our doggie diplomats; they always do a great job of making new dogs feel comfortable and welcome. We have a large solarium with big windows attached to the front of our house, which we use as a doggy room - our two friendly dogs love hanging out in here and often chill and nap on the staircase platforms, barking at squirrels and what not, observing the front yard's happenings. It is their safe place. We also have a laminated living room/kitchen area with dog beds and our couch if they prefer hanging out there instead. We pretty much are hanging out and caring for dogs at all times of the day. Pet sitting has become nicely integrated into our daily lives and routines. We adore dogs so we always will make sure they are well cared for and have what they need to be happy!

“Crystal is the 3rd sitter I’ve used and the only one I have felt comfortable with. I am not usually one to leave reviews; however, Crystal deserves her flowers! I have 8 cats (insane, I know) which can be overwhelming for me, let alone someone unfamiliar with their routine, medical issues, and the overall volume of duties. Despite this, Crystal took excellent care of my babies (and home), followed instructions, and was very communicative. I would utilize Crystal’s services again and believe others ought to as well.”

About: I am a crazy cat lady at heart. I have extreme patience with meddlesome, energetic, and curious cats. I let cats sleep in my bed with me when boarding and provide daily snuggles as if they were my own! 🐈🐈⬛

“Taylor is an absolute sweetheart, and my cat loved her! She's slow to warm up to people, but I know she's gonna miss Taylor. She was on time and reliable, and gave me thorough updates with lots of cute photos! I'll definitely be booking her again.”

“Cheyenne did a great job taking care of our cat “Leo” while we were gone. She answered our request promptly and came the same day for meet and instructions. Thanks to her our plants stayed alive while we were gone in the almost 100 degree heat because she did some watering as well and we really appreciated that. Leo seemed well taken care of when we returned.”

“Izzy is the BEST! She took great care of our unique pets and even offered to run out for a type of food we didn’t have. We will absolutely book with her again in the future.”

About: I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for cats. I grew up with two at home, and now I care for and love on my own and my roommate's on the daily. In combination with cat boarding work and cat sitting for countless friends and family members, I am more than comfortable checking-in on, enriching, and loving on our lovely felines!
“Tracy was amazing, and I will only use her from here on out for my pet care needs. Gave frequent updates with multiple pictures, noted a loose spot in my fence and rigged up a solution, and even took my dog Pico out on additional walks than I paid for. You can tell she truly has a heart for animals. The cherry on top was a sweet hand written note on my arrival back. Could not recommend more, 10/10!!!”

About: I love any and all animals. I have two dogs of my own who are absolutely amazing girls. I also have a horse back home whom I miss and love dearly. I always make sure my dogs are well fed, (probably overfed but hey, they’re happy right?) always loved, and always taken care of when they need it. They are always UTD on shots and never go without yummy treats and unconditional love and cuddles. If your fur babies stay with me they will have a house, but also a home to stay in to make them feel comfortable and at ease while you do your thing! I have playmates of all sizes and ages, and a huge yard to let them wear themselves out! They will always be happy here in my home. I can help with equine as well.

“Kristy you are an absolute gem! Louie's dog sitter extraordinaire! Seriously, she's the bomb. From the get-go, her vibe was super chill and friendly, which totally reassured me about leaving Louie with her. Kristy's care and respect for Louie were next level. She kept me posted with updates and totally catered to his quirks. If you need someone awesome to look after your furry friend, Kristy's your gal. Louie and I couldn't be happier with her TLC.”

About: I grew up on a farm in rural Appalachia so I have been surrounded by pets of all different types for as long as I can remember. I learned how to care for them very early on in my childhood and that experience fostered my passionate love for all animals. I believe in caring for them, not just as pets, but members of our families. I am flexible with my routine so I can meet the varying needs of the doggies that stay with us. We can discuss more in depth when you inquire to book. I have a spacious, fenced in back yard that is perfect for zoomies and playtime! My home is open and welcoming. I have lots of space for them to hangout or to relax in their kennel.
“We had a wonderful experience with Tabatha -- she was willing to watch our dog for the day on super short notice and was very accommodating for us. She has a fantastic yard that our dog loved playing in. Our 2 y/o Aussie came back to us tired out, which is not an easy feat -- he had such a great time. Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely amazing! They both were so welcoming with our dogs and I felt they were very happy and content right from getting there! Communication was great and the photos/videos really helped put me at ease. Will definitely book again!”

About: Just kidding, I do love a lint roller. Dogs have the kindest souls and should be treated as such. I've had a dog the majority of my life, starting with a Visla, mixed breed bulldog, and a black labrador retriever in our house when I was a child. I work Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 11 pm and 9am to 3pm on Fridays and alternating Saturdays and Sundays. I may need to stay over at work on rare occasions, but I always ensure your pets receive the care and attention they deserve before and after my work day. I am happy to follow any and all instructions provided whether it be walking, feeding, or simply visiting with your pets. I have experience caring for multiple dogs and cats at a time or both dogs and cats in the same household. I have one large dog and two cats of my own and am very accustomed to the routines of any and all pets.
About: Hi there! I’m Ansley. I live in South Knoxville and work in animal science. I have over 10 years of experience caring for other people’s animals, and nearly 22 years of caring for my own pets. I worked in both small and large animal vet clinics as a veterinary assistant, so I’m comfortable giving medications and treating ill or elderly pets. I have two Labrador retrievers (6 years old and 6 months old) and a Manx cat that needs extra attention due to some health issues. I’m a very active person and frequently walk or run with my own dogs, so if you’re just looked for the occasional walk to get your pup’s energy out, I’m your gal! I also have a fenced in backyard so if you’re interested in a play date, message me and we can work something out! My boys love new friends. Unfortunately, my cat does not do well with other cats, but he LOVES dogs. He was a rescue as a kitten from the clinic I worked in, so he grew up around the dog boarding kennels and 100% thinks he’s one of them. I know Rover is for dogs and cats, but if you or anyone you know is looking for assistance with farm animals, I can help there too. I currently work in the dairy industry but have experience caring for all livestock species. I have BSA and MS degrees in Animal and Dairy Science. I’m available mostly during weekends and evenings during the week however my job is flexible and I can do drop in visits during my lunch, as well as on my way to work in the mornings. I’m happy to provide drop in visits and walks in client’s homes. As mentioned previously, I do have animals of my own and would be open to bringing a dog to my house if they are friendly and play well with others. I have a fenced in backyard that my dogs love. I cannot bring other cats into my house due to my own cat’s distaste for others, but he is fine with dogs.
About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them isn't just my job—it's something I'm truly passionate about. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, I've had the privilege of caring for pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Whether you have a playful new puppy learning the ropes, a senior dog who needs extra patience and gentle care, or an energetic companion who loves long walks and adventures, I'm here to provide the love, attention, and care they deserve. I understand that every pet is different, and I take the time to get to know their unique routines, personalities, and needs. My experience doesn't stop with dogs. I've also cared for farm animals, including pigs, so I'm comfortable working with a variety of animals and their individual care requirements. When you trust me with your pets, you're trusting someone who will treat them like family. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pets are safe, happy, and cared for as if they were my own. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or simply need an extra helping hand, you can count on dependable, compassionate care every step of the way. I currently work full time as a baker so I’m usually up at the crack of dawn. However I’m available in the afternoon and evenings. I would care for your pet like they are my own. I have a fenced yard and I’m always alert of my surroundings. I know that’s it’s a being deal to trust a stranger with your fur baby so I would only want the best for them while you are gone.

“Cassy was great for a short notice sleep over for our small dog. She sent pictures of Teague and he enjoyed her children. Would definitely recommend trusting your fur baby to her.”
