She sent us updates throughout the five days we were gone and even sent pictures of Charli so we could see her! When we picked Charli up, she was so happy! About: I’ve had dogs in my life as far back as I can remember, and they’re just the BEST. I’ve got experience with large, high-energy, reactive dogs as well as chill lil sweetheart snuggle pups. Big or small, I love ‘em all. I also have experience with cats, rabbits, birds, and fish! I’ve got a flexible schedule, and weekends and evenings are especially open! Just give me notice. Nothing like adding some pet snuggles to my week. I’m happy to care for your furry fam whenever I’m free! All preferences can be discussed in advance! By default, I follow all feeding and walking instructions so your pets can maintain their routine and feel more comfortable even with a new human around. About: I've been a dog person for as long as I can remember - I owned my own dog for 18 years, from puppyhood all the way through his senior years, so I've been through every stage a dog goes through. For the past several years, I've also been fostering dogs of all ages and breeds, from bouncy young puppies to older dogs who just need a calm, steady place to land. What sets me apart is patience and consistency. Puppies especially need someone who won't give up on training - I'm big on positive reinforcement, sticking to a routine, and staying calm and consistent even when a pup is testing boundaries or having a rough day. That same patience carries over to senior dogs, who often need a gentler pace, extra attention to mobility or health needs, and someone who won't rush them. Because I've fostered such a wide range of dogs - nervous rescues, high-energy young dogs, dogs with no training at all, and dogs adjusting to a new home - I've learned to read individual personalities quickly and adjust my approach to what each dog actually needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day rather than dropping a dog off and disappearing for hours. That means regular bathroom breaks, playtime, and check-ins built right into my normal day - not squeezed in around a commute or an office schedule. I also have a large, fully fenced backyard, so dogs get plenty of room to run, sniff around, and burn off energy safely without needing to be on a leash the whole time. Between the flexibility of working from home and the space in the yard, dogs in my care get a lot more attention and activity than they would with a typical 9-to-5 sitter. Safety comes first, whether I'm caring for a dog in my home or theirs. In my own home, I have a large, fully fenced backyard, so dogs can play and explore off-leash in a secure space without any risk of getting loose. I keep an eye out for anything that could be a hazard - toxic plants, small objects, unsecured trash - and make sure the environment is calm and comfortable, especially for dogs who might be nervous in a new place. Since I work from home, dogs aren't left alone for long stretches. I'm able to supervise closely, especially during the first few visits with a new dog, so I can get a feel for their personality, energy level, and any quirks before giving them more freedom in the house or yard. For dogs with training needs or those who are still adjusting, I stick to a consistent routine - regular feeding times, scheduled bathroom breaks, and structured playtime - since predictability helps dogs feel safe. I'm also comfortable managing multiple dogs at once, keeping introductions slow and positive so everyone feels comfortable. If I'm caring for a pet in the client's home, I follow the same principles - sticking closely to their normal routine, respecting the house rules the owner has in place, and keeping a close eye on the pet's behavior and comfort level throughout the visit.
About: I’ve helped family members take care of dogs by walking and bathing when needed. I’ve always loved being around dogs all my life as I grew up around them and worked in pet stores since 2022. I am currently working full time but the earliest i can stop by is 8 am and the latest being 9:30 at night if needed. I am comfortable with working with any restrictions required by owner, even if it means crating the animal, or any dieting the animal may have. I am also CPR certified through the American Red Cross, i can also provide proof of certification.
About: I have experience pet sitting with cats, dogs, rabbits, and exotic fish. The highest number of pets I have cared for in one sitting is seven, 4 cats, 1 rabbit, and two exotic fish. Right now I cannot have pets of my own, so I am living vicariously through others and giving their pets all my love and affection. I am currently job hunting, so I have a lot of free time to care for your furry or scaley friends! I am able to visit or stay with your pets during the day and overnight. I will not be able to care for animals in my own home since I have members of my family that are allergic to both cats and dogs. In someone else's home, I make sure I know where everything is located and what to do in case of emergencies. I will also make sure that the environment is safe everyday and that I won't leave it anything that can cause harm to the animals.
About: I have cared for just about every animal type - dogs, cats, rodents, fish, and a few exotic reptiles and amphibians. In that scope, I’ve managed surprise litters, caring for young and senior pets with all their needs. I’m currently working from home, so my schedule is very flexible. About: I have lived/taken care of animals my whole life. Have taken care of dogs,cats,bunnies,lizards. I have two dogs at home that I care for and have trained. I work at a coffee shop in the morning/afternoons during the week but after noon my days are pretty open and am usually available anytime after that. I have a fenced in backyard and take my dogs on a walk 1-2 times a day. I follow whatever instructions are given and make sure the house is clean before leaving. When taking care of dogs will make sure to take them out every couple hrs.
