About: I'm newly home all day and want to help out folks who need someone who will truly care for their furry friend. I'm a dog lover and have two rescued doodles. About: I grew up with a family dog who was a shih tzu and poodle mix. Now, I work with furry friends of all types: from those who need a little extra attention to the most easygoing pets! Does your pet need medicine 3 times a day? I do that. Does your dog have leash aggression or very specific likes and dislikes? I've dealt with that too. Separation anxiety? Check! Senior dogs struggling with incontinence? I'm here to help. Currently, I offer house sitting (taking out trash, plant care, etc), drop ins, pet sitting (2-3 walks, medicine if applicable, feeding, play time), pet walks, and feeding. I can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings and am available most holidays and weekends. I offer pet sitting in my client's home to keep pets in the environment where they feel safest. About: Caring for dogs and cats is one of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences! I have over 11 years of paid and volunteered hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets, including my own animals and those I’ve fostered through rescue organizations. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life but over the past 11 years I have volunteered at various animal shelters and provided the services I now offer on Rover through word-of-mouth and other platforms/websites! I am able to stay there in their guest house with your pets rather than board them at my apartment. That’s why it says I live in Greenhills yet also have a yard/fence, and live on a farm. This is honestly preferable for any large dog who are guarded/activated around other dogs. Like most apartment complexes, my complex is heavily populated by dog owners and we would encounter other dogs each time we go outside. That being said, I can still board larger and/or reactive dogs, dogs who don’t mix well with cats, and dogs requiring extra exercise. We would just be staying on the farm! ____________ More about me (if you’re curious): -Outside of pet care I am a licensed social worker (non-practicing at the moment) and a part time esthetician student. My social work career mostly includes providing individual or group mental health therapy, and case management for individuals experiencing homelessness, previously incarcerated, and/or with mental health and substance use disorders. As you can probably imagine, shifting towards Rover and esthetician school has been a major change! -During my free time I love working out—Pilates, barre, & running/walking. I’m relatively athletic so I can provide exercise tailored to each pet’s needs. With pets whose owners would prefer more exercise, I am able to provide more fast paced exercise, such as speed walking or jogging. And you’ll never have to worry if your dog happens to be a larger dog and/or pulls on the leash. Still haven’t met a dog I haven’t been able to walk! -I’m very big on volunteer work since I am not currently practicing social work. I have a very nurturing side, and while I’m so excited to become an esthetician, I would love to still be engaged in service of others. Right now I am developing an outline for a “pay what you can” farm-to-table service using the products of my family’s farm. I’ve been getting into true crime podcasts. So yes, I’ll most likely be listening to Dateline while driving to our meet and greet at your house when I’ve never met you before. As if I need to be any more nervous about that part of this job! Happy to do it though. I love this job. But if you do happen to want to meet at a dog park or coffee place, I won’t object! - I’m a Nashville native and the oldest of four kids in my family. I’m a bit of an extroverted introvert. I enjoy my alone time and being home as much as possible. But if you bring me around social situations, I could talk to just about anyone about anything. - I have a kitten, young adult kitty, and a senior cat living with me full time. I have a senior (family) dog living with me only a few months out of the year when my parents snowbird in Florida. However, due to his recent decline in health/mobility, he most likely won’t be living with me in Winter 2026, unfortunately. Until I graduate the first week of October, I will be commuting to a night school M-Th 5:30pm-10pm. I work another job remotely and set my own schedule, which doesn’t impact my Rover bookings much. I typically know my schedule 1-3 weeks out, so scheduling conflicts are adjustable if I’m already available for the majority of the booking. Last minute bookings are typically contingent on your flexibility with the visit times and/or my being available without having to cancel appointments, or compromise the quality of another pre-existing booking. With that being said, I do accept last minute bookings when able, at no extra charge. I’m happy to chat and try to come up with a game plan that works for everyone! Rover is my main obligation outside of school, apart from occasional appointments here and there. Being available, flexible, and dependable for my rover bookings is extremely important to me! Alongside client satisfaction, self-care is imperative to me. While I am finishing school over the next couple months, I typically will not accept early morning bookings unless there is flexibility with the times. However, I am able to offer late night visits on days off from school due to my routine sleep schedule. Quite a few of my repeat clients work night shifts and I’ve provided care for their pets between 11pm-4am. I try to avoid committing to any visits after 4am and before 10am so that I can keep a consistent sleep schedule, and be punctual for you! When caring for pets, safety is always my top priority. I carefully follow all instructions from the owner, including dietary needs, medications, walking preferences, and any behavioral considerations. I have gained a good amount of experience over the last few years in the area of taking care of senior pets and pre-adoption pets. My pup, Pasco, is currently receiving medications and palliative care, so I have personally experience in this area. Before adopting my kitten, Ocean, I recently fostered three pre-adopted kittens that needed bottle-feeding and gentle help with passing stool. I make sure the home environment is pet-proofed—keeping hazards like wires, cleaning products, and choking risks out of reach. I also monitor pets closely for any signs of distress, illness, or unusual behavior and will notify the owner immediately if anything seems off. Building trust with both the pet and their owner is equally important. I take time to get to know each animal’s temperament, routines, and comfort zones so they feel safe and secure in my presence. Whether in my home or theirs, I maintain a calm, structured environment, offer plenty of positive attention, and create a consistent routine that pets can rely on. Regarding trust and safety, as a sitter I also request that you disclose any video and/or audio surveillance inside your home before officially booking with me. It goes against Rover’s guidelines (and federal law) to not disclose indoor surveillance. I recognize that it is part of today’s culture to have at least some form of video surveillance on one’s property. 90% of clients I work with have some form of video surveillance. As an owner myself, who also hires Rover sitters to care for my pets, I understand there’s an element of trust that has not yet been built, in addition to the general security concerns associated with being out of town. I am not against video surveillance and wouldn’t turn away a client for having a couple cameras. However, excessive surveillance throughout the inside of your home is not something I’m comfortable with, personally. I have no doubt you’ll find someone who doesn’t mind, but I am not that person. For in-home services, I’m respectful of the client’s space—leaving things clean and secure, and keeping communication open with daily updates, photos, and check-ins so the owner feels confident their pet is in good hands.

About: Growing up, I was surrounded with pets and dogs of all breeds. I love all dogs and am currently raising my own Aussie Doodle who loves to have puppy friends around! Being a Dog Mom isn’t easy by any means, but I fully potty and house trained my pup Mocha. I work full time from home so I’m available all day to take care of any pet that stays with us. I also love being active, my own pup and I love to go on walks around the neighborhood & at centennial park! I work full time from home & I’m always available to tend to a pup’s needs. I can take pups for a walk in the morning + evening (avoiding the hot TN sun as much as possible!) as we live very close to Belmont & Centennial Park, with lots of space for pups to roam and explore! I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.

About: Since I was a child, I’ve been around many different kinds of pets. I grew up with great danes in the house, as well as multiple cats and other small rodents. Now my family owns a very happy doodle named Griffon. I grew up watching my family’s dogs as well as other dogs and cats in my neighborhood. Currently I live in Nashville with my 6 year old beagle named Emmy. I love all kinds of animals and would love to meet your furbaby! I’m currently taking care of the home full time so I can be as attentive as needed with your pet! I normally walk Emmy three times a day, making sure at least one walk is a long walk through a park so she gets a lot of good smells and mental stimulation. Since I live in an apartment downtown, I try to take my dog out as much as possible so she doesn’t feel like she’s stuck inside all day. For this reason I don’t do overnight stays at my apartment, but I would be more than willing to house sit for someone’s animal. I always make sure the pet in the home is adequately taken care of to their energy level, I used to take my families dog on runs with me if he seemed bored.

I also have two cats named Emilio and Antonio. They want to be friends with Liam so badly but he hilariously ignores their affections. I have enjoyed working with animals most of my life and I’m experienced with dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and snakes. Having worked at a veterinary clinic all through high school, I then volunteered at the local animal shelter throughout college. I absolutely adore all animals and all the much needed love they bring. I can’t wait to meet yours! I work two part-time jobs as well as gigging in the music scene. My schedule is either super open or sometimes less so! That being said, my family has moved to town so I will always be around for the holidays. My dog has separation anxiety so at-home stays can be tough but not impossible as I also have a lovely roommate he adores. My cats are good with dogs as well! I’m very experienced with drop-in visits and overnight stays. I follow instructions well and can easily cater to the needs of your pup or pups.

About: Growing up in an animal loving family, animals have always been a major part of my life! I have always known a life where cats and dogs are apart of it, and are expected to be treated with love and respect. My goal for taking care of animals is the same way I am with any human - to leave them feeling more loved than they did before I came into contact with them. The same way humans need routine, tended to with intention, and connected with is the same for our animals! What I can promise for your animals being in my care is to provide a home away from home, with snuggles, plenty of walks, a kept up routine, and a clean and cozy space to land. About: I care for pets the same way I care for my own family, with patience, reliability, and real affection. I also have long breaks between classes which allows me to spend quality time with pets throughout the day. On weekends I am even more available, so I can focus fully on longer walks, outings, and extra attention. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, so it feels like a natural and fulfilling part of my everyday routine. I live in an apartment that is clean, comfortable, and set up to be a safe space for pets. When caring for pets in my home I follow whatever routines they are used to, keep their environment calm, and make sure they get plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I am mindful of their comfort and always keep their feeding, crate, and potty schedules consistent with what they know. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home I make sure to respect their space and follow their established routines exactly. I keep everything clean, stick to the instructions you provide, and give your pet the same level of love and attention they would get if you were home. Whether I am in my own apartment or in your home my focus is always on making your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for.

About: I'm newly home all day and want to help out folks who need someone who will truly care for their furry friend. I'm a dog lover and have two rescued doodles. They are both dog, cat, and kid friendly and can't wait to make new friends! My dogs get one walk a day, plus potty breaks in our yard, as needed. This is how I take care of our Rover friends, too.
