About: I started taking care of cats in 2019, starting with caring for rescues and cats waiting to be placed in new homes. About: I have had cats all of my life, including starys that I adopted, and all have lived long, healthy lives. I am able to administer medications and even did shots for a diabetic cat. I don’t mind changing litter boxes and have a good system for my own cats so they always have a clean litter box. I often house & cat sit for my sister, who travels a lot. She usually has 2-5 indoor cats and also cares for several outdoor stary cats. She often finds them homes too. Her cats usually have different food needs and feeding schedules so I know how to separate cats who need different care. I don’t mind clipping nails, except one of my sister’s cats who won’t have it. I know how to transport cats and work with "difficult cats”. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I have two dogs of my own who live back home with my family, a 14 year old Shih Tzu and 6 year old Cocker Spaniel/Golden mix, so I have lots of firsthand experience caring for dogs. However, there are currently no pets in the home where I provide boarding, so your dog will not be sharing the home with my personal pets! I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, feeding schedules, walks, medications, and giving dogs plenty of attention and affection. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own and keep you updated while you’re away. I’m home pretty often between work and school and usually never leave for more than about three hours at a time during the week. On the weekends, I’m home all day. I live with 2 of my lifelong friends and my boyfriend, so between the four of us someone is always here to love on your pup! I’m especially interested in boarding dogs in my home and making sure they feel comfortable and included while their family is away. I want every dog staying with me to feel safe and at home. I’ll follow your dog’s normal feeding, potty, medication, and sleeping routine as closely as possible. I’m home frequently, so they won’t be left alone for long periods of time. About: I have watched puppies and kittens all the way up to senior pups! I love spending time with the animals to make sure they’re comfortable while their humans are gone. I do work full time until 5 Monday - Friday, 2 days in office. I can do drop ins/ walks in the AM, during my lunch breaks, or in the afternoon/evening. I am also free weekends to help out with your pups or cats! I will be there for the dogs or cats however is best for them! About: Hi, my name is Sophia! I’m a proud owner of a 11 year old Jack Russel/Staffy mix named Liam! He’s typically shy with other dogs at first but opens up after a good few sniffs. I also have two cats named Emilio and Antonio. They want to be friends with Liam so badly but he hilariously ignores their affections. I have enjoyed working with animals most of my life and I’m experienced with dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and snakes. About: I have taken care of many different types of animals since a young child, including cats, dogs, reptiles and fish. It is my responsibility as a pet owner to ensure that the pets environment is suitable, and that I educate myself to provide them the best life that I can. I have a part-time job currently working in retail. I typically work about 25 to 30 hours a week however, my shifts are pretty short usually 5 to 6 hours max so with that being said, I’d like to use as much of my free time outside of work, taking care and sitting for pet owners. With my three cats, two lizards and many fish, I wake up every morning to my cats at my bedroom door asking to be fed, so that’s usually how I start off with pet care for the day. Then I move onto my tanks containing my reptiles and fish. The responsibilities there include turning on their tank lights and checking if they need water and/or food. Occasionally, one of my geckos will allow me to handle her so I might take her out out of the tank for a few minutes if I have time but other than that, I just ensure to keep a close eye on them and check on their needs constantly.

Ross is very pleasant and accommodating and Gunter clearly has developed an affinity for him. It's especially good for Gunter that Ross can care for a few dogs at a time, as he loves social interaction. We are already looking forward to planning our next excursion feeling that if Gunter can stay with Ross, we can be confident to press on with our adventure.”
