About: I grew up with two cats and loved them deeply. I have had my cat for 10 years now and we are one in the same. I love him so so much. He has had urinary and anxiety issues throughout the years in which I had to monitor his urine/bowel movements and give him oral medicines. Cats are very particular and I try to respect that when caring for them.

“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.”

On a typical day, we take dogs for a walk on the quiet neighborhood streets, on the trails in Shelby Bottoms, or in the dog park (if they are up for it). On weekends, we like to take a longer walk on trails whenever we can, and have plenty of cozy downtime at home in between. Given our own dog's separation anxiety, someone is always at home. They cared for our dog, Ladybird, and our cat, Frida, for five whole months while we moved across the country. That alone deserves a standing ovation.
