“Marisa was super nice working with us. We had a snow and ice storm the day before we left. She made arrangements for us so we didn’t miss our trip. Coco did well with her.”

“Huri gave me confidence in her being a wonderful caregiver. A kind, attentive host who offers an excellent environment for any dog. My Jaxxon loved her fenced yard with plenty of space to run.”

“She was a life saver - accepting my booking last minute. She always responded very promptly, shared photos, and gave my dog lots of snuggles and attention. Roo had a great time! We will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“I am very thankful for Christopher. He was available last minute to dogsit my baby Bruno. He also had a dog himself that my dog could play with and when I picked him up I could tell that my dog enjoyed himself and had a good time. He also was very communicative during the stay and provided updates with pictures. Thank you very much for taking care of my baby and providing him a good experience. I Would definitely use him again and I 100% recommend him to anyone needing a dog sitter. Thank you again Christopher!!”

“Ritch and his family did a great job caring for our pup while we were out of town. He was easy to communicate with and sent wonderful photos throughout her stay. We would definitely use him again!”

“This is the second time Ashley has watched my dog and he absolutely adores her. She is very quick at responding and sent pictures every day he was with her. She even drove out of her way to drop a toy off that I left over at her place. She is the best!”

“Another 10 out of 5 experience with Robin! She gives my little puppy girl the best, most enriching experiences and opportunities for socialization. I’ve learned so much from her! We know our pups thrive on consistency, and that’s one of the first words I think of when I think of Robin. Not only is she consistent with my pup, she’s consistent in her communication with me. Frequent pupdates, pics, & videos make me feel like I’m part of the fun. I can’t say enough great things about my multiple experiences using Robin. Book her quick!!!! Your pet will thank you later!!!!!!”

“My puppy's stay with Austin was fantastic, and he took amazing care of her. This was her first time staying with anyone but family, and Austin was incredibly patient with her and her adjustments to a new environment. I got pictures and updates every day, and she got amazing personal attention and care. I would definitely recommend Austin.”

“Ariana was awesome! Sent pictures of Yona with her Aussies daily! I could tell Yona had such a great time! I would definitely recommend Ariana to anyone looking for someone to watch their pup! Thanks so much Ariana!”

About: Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of having someone you trust to take care of your pet. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. I love sending photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m a teacher so I’m extremely flexible during the summer. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet. I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

About: I'm a dog lover with two miniature dachshunds who loves caring for other small dogs. I work from home, so your pup will have plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I started pet sitting because I genuinely enjoy having extra puppy friends around. I only take one small dog at a time, so every guest gets lots of one-on-one attention in a calm, relaxed home environment. I’m a PhD student who works primarily from home, so your pup will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and playtime throughout the day. My flexible schedule allows me to provide daycare and overnight boarding on both weekdays and weekends. I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time so every guest gets the care, love, and attention they deserve. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I have two friendly miniature dachshunds, Kiki and Lulu, who love other small dogs. To create a calm and safe environment, I only accept small breeds. Every dog is introduced slowly, supervised during play, and given their own space if they need a break. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine for meals, potty breaks, medications, and bedtime, and I’ll send plenty of photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pup is having a great time.

About: I have experience caring for dogs through pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, and extended stays in my home. Friends, family, and pet owners have trusted me to provide attentive and reliable care, whether that means feeding, exercising, grooming, or simply keeping their dogs company throughout the day. I love staying active and enjoy taking dogs on long walks around my neighborhood, Centennial Park, and the Vanderbilt area. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy staying active, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship for your dog. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, daycare, and overnight stays. Long walks are one of my favorite activities, and I’m happy to adjust to your pet’s routine to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I live in an apartment with access to a dog park within the community and several walkable areas nearby. I’m also close to Centennial Park and the Vanderbilt campus, which are great locations for safe, enjoyable walks. I have experience caring for dogs in my home for extended stays, as well as providing dog walking and pet-sitting services. During visits, I can provide exercise, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention to help your dog feel happy and secure while you're away.
“Absolutely outstanding! Julie and Josiah were absolutely amazing with my dog Mason! From the moment we met, I could tell they were warm, trustworthy, and true animal lovers. I got daily updates and the sweetest pictures, which gave me total peace of mind. Mason came home happy, relaxed, clearly well-cared for and completely exhausted (from playing nonstop with their own dog Nova). They both went above and beyond in every way- attentive, responsible, and kind. I’ll definitely be booking with them again—Mason already misses them!”

“Trish rules! She took the best care for my dog when i was out of town, was super communicative, and sent photos every day. My dog and I are so happy, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks again!”

“Amanda and Jessie did such a great job with Bash and Hans. They truly seem to like their company and taking care of them which makes me very happy. Amanda is very thoughtful about the different types of dogs that are together and makes sure to find out what makes each dog tick. I am happy to have found them!”

“John was amazing with Theo! He was very flexible with timing and care instructions. He sent videos everyday and made sure Theo got all the love and exercise. We would definitely use John again.”

“We had a great experience! They have two dogs of a similar size to ours, and both were very friendly. We did a meet-and-greet before booking to make sure all three dogs got along well, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Everything went smoothly, and our dog was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. We felt very confident that our dog was in a safe and happy environment. Highly recommend!”

“Suzy and her place was great for our one year old, very active Lab. She was highly communicative and responsive, and made our boarding with her a wonderful process. Highly recommend and will be a repeat client!”

I live in an apartment complex so there is no fenced in yard. However, we have a dog park in my complex and tons of outside area for dogs to explore while on a leash. I have two cats at my home but they are both very friendly and don’t pay dogs any attention.

We knew he trusted her when Taylor sent a picture of Jackson napping and he was lying upside down. He only does that when he trusts people. We will definitely reach out to Taylor again for day care.”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life! I currently have a family English Bulldog named Sammi back at home in MO. Looking to fill up my free time with animals! I enjoy taking pictures, so don't be surprised if you get some pics of your pet(s)! “Alexandra and katya are the absolute best. My lil guy loves them so much. I feel so relieved dropping him off and seeing how he can't wait to see them. He also comes home calm and well exercised. Very thankful!”

“Christine was amazing. I had to go on a work trip and couldn't leave our sweet Maggie alone at home while my husband was at work due to separation anxiety. Christine did doggie daycare for us and Maggie adored her. She was flexible, responsive, sent us a ton of pictures, and spoiled our girl. Hopefully we can use her every time moving forward :)”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and other pets. I currently live in a home with a fully fenced yard, which provides a safe and secure place for dogs to play and get plenty of exercise. I also have a friendly Black Lab who gets along great with other dogs and enjoys having new friends to run around with. For three years, I volunteered at a veterinary hospital where I helped care for dogs and other animals. That experience gave me valuable hands-on experience working with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and needs, and it helped me develop a strong understanding of responsible and attentive pet care. Over the years, I’ve also house-sat and pet-sat for many friends and families while they were out of town. I take pride in making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding routines, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet as if they were my own. About: Hi there! My name is Tricia, and I love dogs! I don't have one of my own yet, but what's the second-best thing to having a dog? Taking care of yours. I have been around dogs all my life, starting when I was 10 years old, and my family got a German Shorthaired Pointer named Cassie. I have lived with a Husky, Weimaraner, and a 100lb Labradoodle. Someday I would like to rescue an English Bulldog (GO DAWGS!) and adopt the oldest pit bull at the pound. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible, and I can work from anywhere. I enjoy walking for exercise, and there is nothing better than doing it with a four-legged friend. I don't smoke, do drugs, and only drink socially outside the home. After having a whirlwind couple of decades, I am in my quieter era, enjoying reading, podcasts, and streaming my favorite shows. Taking care of pets is a natural part of my day because my schedule is flexible and I can work from any location. I love being outdoors and staying active, so I truly enjoy walks and playtime. I plan my day around each pet, making sure they always get the attention, exercise, and care they need When I look after your pet at your home, I follow their normal routine and your instructions for feeding, walks, and care. I keep the space tidy and watch your pet to make sure they’re doing well. If your pet stays with me, I give them a calm, safe place and make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. I’ll send you regular updates, so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: I’ve had pets in my life for as long as I can remember. My first childhood pet was a sweet dachshund named Greta. In my adulthood, I have been caring for my own pets for the past 26 years. We love to have our dogs Bertie and Chester near us wherever we are, indoors and outdoors. More recently, we have welcomed two incredible cats, Belle and Zesty, into our family as well. In my experience, having pets truly makes life better. I would welcome spending time with your pet, whether in your home or out on a walk, and would care for them as I would one of the pets in my own family. I am comfortable caring for active pets as well as seniors who are moving a little slower these days. I am taking some sabbatical time away from my full-time profession, so I have lots of time and energy available to care for your furry friends (as well as my own dogs and cats). I believe that pets make our lives better, and in turn I am committed to making their lives as comfortable and enjoyable as I possibly can. You can depend on me being detail-oriented and conscientious; I will stick closely to the instructions you share with me about how best to provide for your pet’s needs while you are away (as regards schedule for feeding, cat litter box tending, dogs being taken outside, medications to administer, and so on). As someone who has entrusted my own pets to the care of sitters over the years, I understand the importance of making sure my clients’ dogs and cats get lots of loving care and undivided attention, in addition to providing for their physical needs.
About: I’ve been caring for my own sweet kitty, Jolene, for over two years and absolutely love being a pet parent. Growing up, I was always surrounded by both cats and dogs, helping with everything from daily walks to feeding and playtime. Over the years, I’ve also pet-sat for friends and family many times, giving lots of love and attention to both cats and dogs. I’m comfortable with all kinds of pets and truly enjoy making sure they feel happy, safe, and cared for. I have a flexible, hybrid work schedule that allows me to be available when your pets need me most. Whether it’s a quick drop-in, a walk during the day, or some extra playtime, I’m able to adjust my routine to fit your pet’s needs and ensure they’re well cared for and happy while you’re away. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I take time to get to know each pet’s unique needs—whether that’s feeding schedules, favorite toys, walk routines, or special care instructions. I keep their space clean, provide plenty of playtime and affection, and make sure they feel relaxed and at ease. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely to keep things consistent for their pet. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates (and plenty of pictures!!) to give peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have always had a deep passion for animals, which began in childhood when I was thrilled to be old enough to walk my grandparents’ dogs. For the past four years, I’ve also had the joy of being a cat mom, which has further strengthened my appreciation for the love and care that pets bring into our lives. I understand how important it is to ensure pets feel safe, cared for, and engaged while in my care. In addition to my personal experience, I have over two years of professional pet care experience, including dog walking, drop-in visits, and administering specific care and medical instructions. I am comfortable working with both low-energy and high-energy dogs, and I always tailor my care to meet each pet’s unique needs. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule, as I am off work at 2 p.m. each day and have the remainder of my day available to dedicate to walking or caring for your pet. In addition, I have 3 full days off each week, allowing me to give your pet plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime! Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. Just as I do with my own pet, I carefully monitor the environment to ensure there are no potential hazards, such as unsafe objects, foods, or items that could cause harm. My goal is to provide a secure, comfortable, and caring environment so you can have complete peace of mind while you’re away. I truly enjoy getting to know each animal's unique personality. Whether we’re playing, building trust, or simply sharing space, I find every interaction rewarding!

“Alesha is my pups other mother. Sake is almost 17, so she needs extra reassurance that she is safe since her eyesight is fading. Alesha walks my dog regularly, but also stepped in as mom for two months last year when I was on a place every 4 days. Her love and compassion is why she is my go to person to take care of my best friend. Knowing that you have someone to love your pet as much as you do is important. I can travel for work knowing that Sake is in good hands.”

I Would definitely use him again and I 100% recommend him to anyone needing a dog sitter. Thank you again Christopher!!”

“My dog Vivienne came home happy and well cared for. Andrew was reliable, easy to work with, and clearly good with dogs. I would recommend him to others and plan to book again.”

“Emily was fantastic with Minnie! Her home is incredibly dog-friendly, with plenty of beds, blankets, and a great backyard for play. Minnie stayed for one night, went on her walks, and I felt completely confident she was in good hands. If we’re ever back in Nashville, we would definitely book Emily again. Highly recommend!”

“Janelle did a great job taking care of our dog Hunter. He seemed very happy to go on walks and came home worn out and slept all day. I’d recommend Janelle again.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have had my own dog, Muffin, for 13 years. Being a dog mom has taught me so much about patience, consistency, and just how unique every pup’s personality can be! I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, cleaning up, feeding routines, and making sure dogs get the enrichment and attention they need to stay happy and healthy. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just some calm company, I’m happy to match their energy and routine. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll care for your dog the same way I would care for my own — with lots of love, attention, and responsibility. 🐾💛 My schedule is pretty open, especially during the daytime! I’m available for morning and afternoon walks, drop-ins, and boarding, and I love being active with pups during the day when they have the most energy. Evenings are a bit more limited for me, but I do my best to be flexible when possible. I’m happy to work with your routine to make sure your pet gets consistent, reliable care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love making new friends. I always supervise outdoor time and introductions to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I’m experienced with crating if needed and will always follow your specific instructions, routines, and house rules. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet like family and every space with respect and care.
“Madeline was a wonderful dog sitter for my little pup. I had never used rover before and my dog is very ~particular~ so I was nervous how he would do with someone new. She took amazing care of him and provided several updates so I knew he was having a great weekend! I would 100% recommend Madeline if you are looking for a sweet, reliable Rover to watch your pup!”

“Teresa was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of my fur babies—sending regular updates and the sweetest photos. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She’s kind, reliable, and a joy to work with. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”
