This is the first time I was unable to take her on a road trip with me. You can imagine my stress, apprehension and uncertainty to leave her with someone I had just met. About: I have been a dog groomer for over 4 years and take care of dogs of every kind, every single day, along with having 5 dogs of my own. I have also owned cats my entire childhood and into my adult years. I take care of my pets and others pets all day, every day, so it is just part of my every day life that will never be forgotten. About: What sets me apart is how much I genuinely care about animals. I enjoy spending time with them and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I treat every pet like my own and always try to give them the attention and care they deserve. Additionally, I have a prosthetic leg, which has made me more adaptable, patient, and attentive in everything I do. It’s taught me how to approach situations with care and awareness qualities that carry over into how I care for animals every day. I’m a Tennessee Tech student, and since I don’t have classes in the afternoons, I have a lot of availability to care for pets. I’m dependable, patient, and I like making sure pets stay active, comfortable, and on their normal routine while their owner is away. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I make sure they stay on their normal routine with feeding, fresh water, walks or bathroom breaks, and time to play. I also spend time with them so they feel comfortable and not alone while their owner is away.
