I’ve dog/cat/house sat for many people many times and I’ve built a connection with each human and animal different than any other. I work as a caretaker, so I’m available at different times, but it’s flexible. Right now, I would be available for 3 visits a day and would only be away from the house during house sitting about 4 hours a day. When caring for a pet, I try to read their expressions to understand what they need/want. I will keep them entertained when they want to play and leave them alone when they want to be left alone. About: I’ve always had pets around me while growing up and I always watch my grandmothers dogs while she’s away and I watch a family friends pets when she’s on vacation. I also played a part in helping my grandmother train her dogs some basic commands to make her life a little easier. I am working two jobs now Monday-Wednesday I work 7am-4pm Saturday is usually 7am-4pm as well If your dog will not be able to handle being left in alone for 9 hours while I’m at work please let me know. Unfortunately will not be able to let them out during my break at work unless you are in Smyrna and located close to where I work. Thursday, Friday and most Sundays I am free to stay and look after them all day long unless I have plans. I am able to do anything needed to keep your fur baby happy and healthy while you are away. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.

My husband has had dogs his entire life and we love getting our dog time in as a household of only cats lol! If you’re comfortable with it, we like visiting together but at times it will just be one of us depending on the schedule. We can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! We both have flexible, full time jobs. We both work from home twice per week so we can make any schedule work! We accept same day bookings as well. We will interact with your pet the way we would our own. I’ll ask them how they’re doing and I’ll listen to what they have to say lol! We will follow any specific instructions you provide as well.
About: Hello! As a fellow animal lover, I have 4 pets, worked at two dog daycares and volunteer at a sanctuary farm! I’ve taken care of all animal ages and am well-versed in those with special care. Please send any and all questions! I am completely free from my full-time job on the weekends. I also have Tuesdays available for those spontaneous trips or emergencies! I may have an appointment scheduled on a Tuesday or volunteering Saturday morning, but I’m super flexible. It can always subject to change. Safety and love are the most important to me. I also understand routine is to be kept up with. I’ll be sure to treat and love them as my own!
About: I spent two years working at a senior living facility. I took care of the residents as well as their pets. Tending to their daily needs was a normal routine for me. I also used to have two dogs when I lived back home. I am a very patient and attentive person Since I’m a freelance audio editor, my work is mostly remote so I can work anytime and anywhere. My availability is extremely flexible and I can work with the client to determine a suitable time I have a checklist I go off: has the pet been fed? Has the pet been walked/given an opportunity to use the potty? Does the pet need a bath or something else?
