About: I love dogs and have several years of experience caring for them whether overnight or on walks. I can administer medicines orally and have fundamental training skills to help your pet acclimate to me and my space. I work part-time with shifts never exceeding 7 hours. Working 4-5 days a week. I work near my place of residence and am able to respond quickly to any situation if needed. Dogs: I am able to board adult, small-medium dogs. Others I will gladly walk or sit for. “Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. About: I have always loved animals and have had a house full since I was a child. I know that any pet is truly part of the family! About: We are a married couple in our 40s interested in house/pet-sitting together. We have pet-sat for a few NC and TN families for the past several years, and both of us had pet-sat before we met as well. Zachary works from home and so will be around the house much of the day if dogs need a mid-day walk or meal. Denny wakes up early and can feed and walk dogs in the early morning. Between us, we have experience with cats, dogs, fish, birds, rodents, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and amphibians. We are willing to work with other animals as well. “Abby watched Tobi and Maki for a little over a week while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for better care! Her communication was incredible- she sent frequent photos, videos, and updates, including the cutest clips of her interacting with our dogs and their dog Theon playing with Maki! It gave us so much peace of mind while traveling. She lives right by plenty of grassy areas and parks, so our pups got tons of outdoor time, walks, and enrichment. She was also super accommodating with our dogs’ very specific breakfast routine and followed all instructions perfectly. When we got home, Tobi and Maki were both happy and relaxed, which tells us everything we need to know about how well they were cared for. We would absolutely book Abby again. She’s truly a gem!”

“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. Thank you SO much for the care & love you showed Koda while I couldn't be here, I appreciated it more than you know to have the peace and assurance that she was in good hands!”
