That day that I met Sofia she showed me around her place and where my boy was going to spend those days. My dog instantly bond with her and she knew how to handle him carefully being a dachshund and knowing their breed weaknesses. Since the first day she sent pictures of him, he always looked like he was having the best day ever! Also one of my flights back was cancelled and she understood my situation and waited for me after hours so that I could bring him home with me. He was super happy and healthy when I picked him up, I would definitely trust my baby with her again!”

Ginny is a beagle mix with a history of separation anxiety, dog and people reactivity, and it’s been difficult to find a good dog sitting fit. Even though Roy had some serious life circumstances, he still agreed to watch Ginny since we had booked so far in advance. Ginny and Roy became buddies while my partner and i got to live it up for a week at Bonnaroo, without a care in the world. “She watched all 3 of our dogs in her house one is a Great Dane who is very clumsy and big. My lab mix is very skittish and she was patient and kind. Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. My dogs really enjoyed hanging out with her dogs, especially Remi who immediately wanted to play with my dogs. Overall I think they had an awesome time.”

About: I have animals of all types my whole life and have been doing pet sitting and walking since I was a kid. I have had lots of animals and my family fostered a lot. I have a big dog named Lacy and cats right now back home and I miss them very much so you’d be adding joy to my day to be able to be around animals! I am a online college student and have lots of free time so I’m very much available through the week. Also, I have a apartment with a dog park and lots of places to walk, so if you are looking for pet sitting that works perfectly! I don’t currently have pets in my apartment sadly. But I am 100% okay with pets on furniture and on beds and have lots of room to walk them. We have a dog park right down the street. Also for cats we have good locations for a litter box and I have lots of toys I could provide for both animals sense my dog doesn’t get the concept of toys lol.

About: My family back east has been watching and walking dogs at a high volume for 5 years. And now I’m doing the same here in our neighborhood! We absolutely love our four legged friends and enjoy looking out for them. They are loved and taken care of just like they would be with you! I also have a pup of my own, which has only added to my love and knowledge of caring for dogs! I am work from home part time and when my husband is home from work he also often helps with our rover pups. We have a baby so any dog we take care of needs to be comfortable with little ones. We also have a 1.5 year old dog. While I’m working he spends those couple of hours in the crate relaxing and we would prefer boarding dogs who are either crate trained and or house trained that will sit and relax during those 3-4 hours I’m working and on calls. Outside of that my dog and I enjoy getting outside to walk and play every morning, afternoon and evening. We have a huge dog park that is rarely used by any one other than myself that we can have your dog play in while staying with us. Or we do have plenty of open green area right outside our apartment for them to walk, play, sniff or lay on leash. We do have a fenced in patio as well where your dog can enjoy fresh air, sunshine and people watch. I always make sure gates are closed and leashes secured before a run around the yard or walk around the park. I make sure the pet is happy and healthy by following the directions given to me of their preferences and needs from their owners.

For walks, I keep dogs on the leash at all times for safety so can use an extended leash if that works. I do have a 30 foot and 45 foot secured leash line that I can place a dog on so they can walk around the yard, which will monitored by me, not left alone. I have a nice 2 bedroom home and dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, feeding is kept separate for each dog, and I monitor feeding times, water bowl is in the living room, and I have plenty of poop bags. Also for safety, I have an AirTag that can be placed on the collar especially if your dog is a runner etc. Safety first for your fur baby. Plus I have plenty of outside space, a large yard to walk them around and across from my home with a leash plus a 30 foot or 45 line for the yard so can be free to roam, and I’ll be out there with them.

Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

Ginny is a beagle mix with a history of separation anxiety, dog and people reactivity, and it’s been difficult to find a good dog sitting fit. About: I have animals of all types my whole life and have been doing pet sitting and walking since I was a kid. I have had lots of animals and my family fostered a lot. I have a big dog named Lacy and cats right now back home and I miss them very much so you’d be adding joy to my day to be able to be around animals! Also, I have a apartment with a dog park and lots of places to walk, so if you are looking for pet sitting that works perfectly! I don’t currently have pets in my apartment sadly. Also for cats we have good locations for a litter box and I have lots of toys I could provide for both animals sense my dog doesn’t get the concept of toys lol.
