About: I've been caring for my own cats for over 8 years and have had three of them. About: We provide a second family while you’re away. We take ONE furfamily at a time. Two or three families if all pups are familiar before their stay. Meet and greet preferred. Copy of up to date shots required. We’re happy to provide ours upon request. I am home all day minus taking my son to and from school and activities, never gone more than a few hours. I work from home as a registered nurse. My shifts are 2-4 hrs at a time so there is plenty of time to spoil and provide one on one time to make it feel like home. Dogs are NOT crated unless necessary or preferred by you. I have a few crates, depending on size. Preference is one the dog is already familiar with. Homemade frozen treats, fruits, and vegetables provided, please specify if you prefer no treats. You’re welcome to bring your own. We have a huge back yard (.5acre) and inside space available for those rainy days. When booking your stay please be aware paws get dirty, depending on your pets energy level we play and run hard! We rinse paws but do not provide baths. Drop off on first day before noon and pick up on the last day after noon will accrue half day charge. Plenty of long term, local references! Daily photo updates between 4-8pm, a visual day of the fur vacation. Check out our pictures to see our sleepover friends and fun! We've been lucky enough to have 5-6 frequent clients. Sadly some have passed or are in their elderly years where they're parents aren't traveling as much. Hoping to create some new clientele. If you've read this far, wow, you're awesome! Thank you ❤️😉 We love dogs and treat them like family. My boys can be loud and have little to no manners when it comes to barking so please excuse them when you arrive (even if they know you). They are my children and your dogs will be too. Their stay will be “just like home” to include going in and out 25 times a day 😉. To avoid accidents, I will not feed our animals together. My dogs are not aggressive in any way but being animals I believe it best to always be cautious. We live on a half acre with fenced in yard. All dogs are free roaming all day, they have their own gated off space when we leave. We have lots of space for play inside and out and plenty of places to rest in between.

“Victoria and Charles were fantastic. I was worried about my little Otis being anxious about being left as he has serious separation anxiety ( OK, we both do ! ) but as Victoria and I were chatting - Otis happily bouncing around exploring her and Charles' lovely lawn she teased him over for a pet and before I knew it he was in her arms - looking very happy I might add! I had a few things to transfer from my car to my sons - typically high stress time for me, trying to keep track of Otis - who won't get more than a step or two away, so I don't step on him. He just go cozier and cozier and sunk lower and lower into Victoria's arm. I guess I wasn't surprised to receive a photo by text, of him laying in her lap before it was even dark out. Pick up was easy - Victoria and Charles' garage door were open and it was lit like a beacon in the rainy night - just a quick report from Victoria ( he's fine ! ) as it was a long day and we were on our way. This is my first chance to reach out and its been three days - sorry guys! Do you need a sitter? Are Victoria and Charles available? Book them!! ( I'd even settle for just Charles : 0 : o : ) . Victoria and Charles are my first choice - looking forward to letting Otis trim their lawn again.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire adult life. My three dogs live inside and are treated like part of the family (because they are). I worked a couple of years as a big dog camp counselor, but am now retired. I have a secure privacy fence in backyard, and a designated “doggie bedroom” in my house. ***new info** We now have an outdoor pool with a doggy dock to help with entry and exit. The pool is available for any of my swimming pups, weather permitting. As a retiree and a homebody, my daily routine already revolves around my dogs. We have a standard schedule throughout the day with many play and potty breaks outside. As mentioned above, I have a privacy fence in my backyard so the pups can play and potty securely. They are never without supervision. I will crate if needed.

“We had a great experience with Chelsea. She’s very reliable and sent us cute pics and videos of her walks with our German shepherd mix. While we were out of town, my elderly parents were home. They can let our dog out for potty breaks and feed her but they wouldn’t be able to handle a good, long walk. Not only did Chelsea take our dog for walks, she brought in packages and mail my parents had delivered and even dragged the garbage can back in after collection day. Above and beyond!!! If we ever need a dog walker or sitter we hope Chelsea will be available.”

We have a fenced in yard for our doggy friends to run and play in. We can take your dog for walks in our neighborhood or on the greenway by our house. We can crate dogs if needed. Your dogs are welcome on the furniture—our couches are used more by the dogs than by the humans in the house! We have a 4 year old chocolate Lab, Benson, who is a couch potato but enjoys playing with other dogs. He is very friendly and chill. He is neutered. We have 2 outgoing orange cats. They are used to dogs and kids and are very friendly. We have 5 young children who love our animals and help care for them. Because our kids are still small, we want to make sure every dog we watch is comfortable with children.
