About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I’ve done everything from fostering to raising litters of puppies and kittens. I’m an active person so there is no shortage of playtime. I’m very dedicated to providing the love and support pets need! Caring for pets is always a priority of mine as I currently own a dog and cat myself. I work part time so my schedule is very flexible. I have a spare bedroom in my house with a large mattress for pets to rest on. There is space for a crate if needed. My backyard is very spacious. My area is fairly quiet as I live outside the city. I’m excited to open my door (and heart) to your pup for day visits or overnights. I have one super tough 6 pound Shihtzu-Chihuahua in the house so your pups must be friendly with other dogs. I also have experience with puppies and caring for senior dogs. I work from home so I'm at home all day and night during the week. On weekends, I'm never gone for more than 3- 4 hours at any one time. Most of the time, I'm home with the fur babies. I have a house with ample room to welcome up to 2 dogs (same owner) at a time. About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. “I had an emergency and needed someone to take my two rough collies on their twice-daily walks. One is a retired service dog who is deaf, and the other is a young collie with epilepsy. Because of their special needs, I was quite anxious about finding the right person. Caitlin was exactly what I needed. She had a calm, reassuring presence and was warm, gentle, and playful with both dogs. She quickly understood their individual needs. By the second day, they were eagerly waiting for her arrival. Luna, the service dog, had never “done her business” on a leash before, but with Caitlin, she had no hesitation. My vehicle is also set up for safety, with plenty of room and when needed a leash that conect to their collar or harness then buckes to the backseat so your pets are secure while we are on the go.

Tucker previously went through heartworm treatment, so I have experience following medication schedules and giving medication as directed.
