“Victoria and Charles were fantastic. I was worried about my little Otis being anxious about being left as he has serious separation anxiety ( OK, we both do ! ) but as Victoria and I were chatting - Otis happily bouncing around exploring her and Charles' lovely lawn she teased him over for a pet and before I knew it he was in her arms - looking very happy I might add! I had a few things to transfer from my car to my sons - typically high stress time for me, trying to keep track of Otis - who won't get more than a step or two away, so I don't step on him. He just go cozier and cozier and sunk lower and lower into Victoria's arm. I guess I wasn't surprised to receive a photo by text, of him laying in her lap before it was even dark out. Pick up was easy - Victoria and Charles' garage door were open and it was lit like a beacon in the rainy night - just a quick report from Victoria ( he's fine ! ) as it was a long day and we were on our way. This is my first chance to reach out and its been three days - sorry guys! Do you need a sitter? Are Victoria and Charles available? Book them!! ( I'd even settle for just Charles : 0 : o : ) . I worked a couple of years as a big dog camp counselor, but am now retired. I have a secure privacy fence in backyard, and a designated “doggie bedroom” in my house. I have also dogsat for dogs with bite histories, high-energy breeds, low-energy breeds, dogs with health issues, dogs who have had no training, and dogs who have had lots of training. I will have a part-time internship near Maryville this summer, as well as an online summer class. I will have plenty of time to care for your pets around these activities! I can work half-shifts at my internship (~4 hours) and all I need for my class is Wi-Fi access and somewhere to sit. I am familiar with giving dogs medications, even the reluctant dogs. I am also well-versed in dog body language and behavior, and am comfortable dealing with pets who are fearful. I am not afraid of large dogs! My wife and I work full-time jobs but are available before and after work as well as during the lunch hour to ensure your dogs and/or cats are fed and taken care of! During the summer, Cody is available all day because of being an educator and having a summer break. If boarding with us, we have a fenced-in yard where our three dogs run around and play! If your dog is a digger or runner, we also have a run that your dog can be hooked up to remain in the yard while also providing maximum playtime. For drop-in visits, we will ensure that any happy accidents are cleaned up, your dog remains on the food plan that you have, and will give them time outside to use the bathroom.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 12. I not only have had 2 dogs and 6 cats of my own, but have also been caring for the animals of my family friends and relatives. I have been a drop-in sitter, dog walker, overnight sitter, and helped with bath time. I’ve worked with multiple animals in one household and cared for puppies as young as 5 months old. I’m currently a pre-medical student who is home for the summer. For cats, we’ll scoop litter boxes and make sure their area stays clean. We’re happy to handle any light cleaning tasks as needed, so you come back to your home looking just like you left it. If you'll be away for more than a day or two, I’m also happy to collect mail, packages, or roll your trash bin to the curb on pickup day—just ask!
About: I have taken care of many fur babies since I was 6 years old. Most of the family animals have had health issues that has taught me how to administer medication, give baths, clip nails, and more. Cat and dog friendly! I am available everyday of the week except Sunday 11am-11pm! I can also stay in home over nights upon request. Sundays reserved for sittings only. I currently have two cats who are very shy so I do not offer over night stays in my own home. However, I am more than happy to do over nights in the clients home. I have experience administering medicine by pill & injection. I also have experience in nail clipping & bathing of both dogs and cats.
