“Cassy was already our go-to for drop-in cat-sitting when we adopted a couple of potbelly pigs last year. When we went away last week, we booked Cassy to care for both the cats and the pigs. On her very first visit, she found that the pigs had reacted to their abandonment by ripping several holes in our fence and escaping. Though pig-wrangling was absolutely not part of her job description, she quickly managed to get them back in the enclosure and then worked closely with us by phone for the next 24 hours to find ways of keeping them safe while we hurried back home. She was gracious, compassionate, resourceful, and even able to keep sending us cute photos of the little jerks despite all the trouble they were giving her. I realize most of y'all on here are not looking for pig-sitters, but my point is that Cassy will go above and beyond to keep your animals, whoever they are, safe and happy. We are thankful for her!”

About: For as long as I can remember I’ve loved and been around animals. I grew up with Boston terriers and frenchies and have loved every minute. I am so passionate about all things animals. I grew up volunteering at my local vet and farm any opportunity I had. In high school, I worked primarily caring for horses and dogs. In school I studied animal science (large, small, and vet science). Since graduating high school I’ve found a passion for dog grooming. About: I have been taking care of dogs, in my household and for family friends. About ten years ago I started watching dogs and cats in high school for people who used the same vets office as I did. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. As I mentioned, he is in his senior years so I spend a large majority of my time taking him for short walks in the cooler mornings and making sure he has the best senior years possible. :) I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is the majority of my daily and weekly routine. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.
About: I started working with animals about 2 1/2 years ago for a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've had dogs my entire life. I currently have a German shepherd mix and 2 cats. My schedule recently is super flexible, so I am able to work around many specific hours. The only times I would most like to keep open is weekends. I have dog sat in others homes many times. I take the dog on walks, potty, play time, and if wanted cuddle time! I also clean up any mess made by myself or the dog and do cleaning when I see needed. I have a crate trained dog and am comfortable taking babies in and out of them. I love to play with him in my parents fenced back yard and I walk him daily at my apartment complex.
About: I’ve grown up having a dog my entire life and I’m missing my own 2 while I’m at school right now. Really needing that doggy interaction ☺️ I’m a college student who lives on campus, so caring for pets fits in well when I have time between classes or at night when I want to get off campus! I have a dog who is crate trained, so I know how to get them comfortable in the crate. I also have a dog who behaves without needing a crate and know how to get him situated before leaving the house!
About: My name is Hannah, but I go by Mikki. I have had pets since I was 15 years old and they have ranged from cats, dogs, and the exotic! I have a serious love for all the different types of fur-babies and am a proud pet parent myself! I’m the purrfect fit if you love someone enthusiastic about animals and their care, someone who is strict with rules and restrictions, and someone who is flexible! I have worked in a pet boarding type facility in the past and carry much experience wrangling dogs of all sizes and in all group sizes, with all different types of personalities. I also have a dog and cat myself. My daily schedule involves me waking up and letting my dog out while preparing their breakfast. After they eat, we get some snuggles in until it’s time to go potty. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.
About: Hey there! My husband and I have very flexible full time jobs. We both work from home twice per week so we can make any bookings work for you! We’d prefer a 1 day notice but are open to same day bookings. We love animals and have 2 cats of our own. My husband has had dogs his entire life and we love getting our dog time in as a household of only cats lol! If you’re comfortable with it, we like visiting together but at times it will just be one of us depending on the schedule. We can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! Kaitlin & Brent are wonderful people and have the sweetest most well behaved kids too.
