About: I am ready to love your babies like my own! My own personal animals have all different attitudes. One is very hyper and high energy. I have two cats with very different personalities as well. I know how to handle all types of fur babies! After working a 8-4 job for years, I think it is time for something new! I am new to the area and am ready to work! Also if you could include information on profile of what was told to me of … but for me anything after 10 PM is extended care since that’s my wind-down time, so there is an added charge, So that others know . About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

We're currently living in a small, quiet neighborhood just north of Memphis. Our house boasts a spacious backyard, with a gated enclosure for introducing new pets safely! We also have easy access to a patch of forest near our house, multiple small parks, and dog-friendly venues and restaurants! Aside from the usual necessities that every pet needs (food, water, and toys), our home is equipped with a variety of kennels, a secure dog bedroom, two litter boxes, and security cameras to ensure that no pets go unsupervised for too long. Our personal pet family consists of a 2yr old mixed-breed dog, adorable Dutch Shepherd puppy, two playful DSH cats, and two reptiles that live in terrariums. I'm a stay-at-home husband working around the clock to keep the house tidy, so your pets will have 24/7 care and affection! Dogs will receive bathroom breaks every 3 hours, supervised playtime in the morning and afternoon, as well as breakfast and dinner if they stay overnight. If your dog is allowed on furniture, let me know ahead of time and they can watch TV with us on the couch or snuggle up in bed! When I'm not at home, I will be helping my wife train dogs, running errands, or dropping into a client's home to look after their pet. We live in a cozy house with a spacious fenced-in backyard. Dog boarders will be able to play, run around outside, and spend quality time with us during the day. Cat boarders will have their own space to roam on the other side of the house, away from barking or loud noises. All dogs are kept separated in kennels while unsupervised, to minimize accidents and discourage bad behavior. We have experience mitigating and deescalating aggressive pet situations, so your dogs will receive top notch protection and security.
About: I’ve worked in a dog boarding place for 3 years. The dogs love me! Their is this one dog who shy but when I come around he opens up, it’s such a warm feeling. My family relies on me to watch their animals. They have a cat who is diabetic so they heavily rely on me to give him his shot at the correct times. I have grown up with animals my whole life. I’ll be working part time while in college. So this works perfectly. I want this to be my only job while in school so therefore I can spend more time playing and loving on your fur babies. I can check on dogs before and after school. Usually I’ll have class 2 days out of the week. I have 3 dogs of my own so you can put all your trust into me. I am a BIG animal lover. I can do what the owner wants me to do to make sure the dog feels safe and more comfortable. As long as it’s reasonable! I will play fetch with your dogs so by the time I leave they’ll be passed out. I’ll love on them and even send as many pictures as the owner would want to make the owner feel ever more comfortable.

“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!).
