About: To comfort any animal brings comfort to myself. I have experience with all kinds of pets and love all animals but cats are what you’d find in my home. It’s a common misconception that cats don’t require much attention but as a domesticated animal they thrive on human companionship while also having many natural instincts to accommodate. Some require more attention than others depending on their personality. One of the most important instincts to satisfy is the need to hunt/play. There are some automatic or interactive toys that work well but for the most part the best toy is something on the end of a string attached to a wand/rod and their human’s participation. This way you can mimic the evasive movements of an actual prey for your cat to hunt. This provides exercise and stimulation and I would be happy to play with your cat(s) I’m very good at befriending anxious or less trusting cats and identifying the things that exacerbate their anxiety and finding solutions to comfort them. I also have experience administering medications. With a cat the easiest route of administration is a liquid solution mixed in with some wet food or treat or squirted into the back side of the mouth with an oral syringe. Giving a cat a pill can be more difficult but it can be done. I would wrap them in a towel or blanket, lubricate pill so it doesn’t stick to fingers or tongue, tilt head back and insert pill into back of the mouth, return head to level position and rub their throat and/or slightly blow on the nose to stimulate swallowing reflexes, then give them a treat and love them! When possible I scoop our 3 cats’ boxes after every use. I’m happy to clean and scoop your cat’s box(es) with the same vigilance. A clean litter box is one factor in ensuring a healthy and happy cat!

I am dependable, attentive, and committed to treating every pet as if they were my own I have a very flexible schedule and am available full-time for pet care. I currently do Walmart Spark deliveries, which allows me to create my own schedule and easily work around pet sitting, walks, drop-in visits, and other pet care needs. This flexibility helps me provide dependable care and plenty of attention for your pets I care for pets in their own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I follow your pet’s usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I also make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and companionship while you’re away. For dogs that enjoy getting out and about, I can take them on walks or trips to the park for exercise and fun. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make their time away from you as stress-free as possible.
About: I’ve had several different kinds of animals over my almost 30 years of life, and I consider myself a HUGE animal lover. I’ll take care of your babies as if they were my own… I’d own them all if I could! I work full time during the week, but I am available Friday-Sunday for boarding, or walks any time of the day!
