About: Hi! I am a stay at home mom in the Chattanooga, TN area that would love to care for your pets! I have been caring for friend's and family's pets since I was nine years old, from a rat named Hershey's to a Dogo Argentino named Snoopy (fish, cats, lizards, and chickens as well). I myself have had many pets since being a child including my current snuggly senior Pug, Chloe and a gregarious French Bulldog, Lilo. I have cared for all age pets from puppies/kittens to seniors. I have had my own litters, and helped others with their fur babies from basic training, walking, overnight care, and administering basic first aid and prescription medicine. Everyone that enters my home is considered family, including their pets! I would love to invite your little (or large) loved one(s) into my home to be loved and cared for. I take care of dogs and chickens daily, it is a special and rewarding part of my day. Animals bring me such peace, and caring for them is one of my greatest joys. I take impeccable care of both my pets and others, not only are they loved but they have a schedule they can rely on. When caring for pets in other's homes, I believe it is most important to treat their pets and home with total respect and detailed care. I also love to send photos/videos so pet parents can be rest assured that their pets are being lovingly cared for. I live on an acre with a fully fenced yard (six feet) for the pups to go in off leash and run around and play. I take time to slowly introduce pups so they can be comfortable with one another to play and socialize during their stay with me. I ask that you bring anything you feel will make their stay more comfortable for them treats, toys, bed, crate if they sleep in one, etc. I try to keep their stay with me as close to their home life in order to keep them on schedule and less stressful for them during their stay with me.

“Kristen and her family have been an amazing asset in raising our puppy, Ace. She and the entire family is very loving, patient and kind with our pup. He loves being with her family and her dogs. Her dogs love hanging with him and they are patient and playful with my active pup. He comes home and takes a long nap after his day of play. She has a huge fenced yard that the dogs loves to run and play. My dog started with Kristen in October of 2020 and he goes frequently. We take him weekly for daycare and he stays when we are out of town. Kristen sends updates and pictures. He always looks happy and comfortable. I love his excitement about going. Tesse apparently was a challenge. She was being protective of her space and wasn’t easily convinced Kimberly was friend or foe. Kimberly patiently worked with Tesse. About: I LOVE dogs! I call my dogs my children. I favor the 4 legged more than the 2 legged. I have 3 dogs. Size ranging from small to large. I'm not afraid of the cold. I walk my great pyr ever day. My family recently brought a new pet dog into the home. She is very sweet but very skittish and frightened of new things. However, it hasn’t taken long for me to earn her trust, and she now follows me around the house. I have had experience with pet sitting many dogs (even cats!) for people through Rover or for people I know personally, including my aunt’s four dogs, two of which are large boxers. “Maverick loved his stay with Christina! He has been napping ever since he got home which is an excellent sign that he had plenty of play time! Christina is extremely detailed oriented. She was the only pet sitter I've used that actually reached out to ask about the bone and joint supplement I put in Mavericks bag and what time of day to give it to him since I didn't mention it initially when dropping him off. It showed her level of commitment to each dog that stays with her. I 100% trust her to watch my pup. We will be using her again!”
“Super sweet and accommodating! We had a cancellation and needed a last minute babysitter, and Laura helped us out no questions asked! She sent us updates everyday, and even had extra collars when we forgot ours. Our puppy seemed to get along great with her pets/family, so I’d definitely recommend Laura if your pup enjoys running around and socializing. I will definitely be rebooking!!!”
“We received daily updates; they listened to our thoughts about what Myrtle liked and did not like; very thorough and knowledgeable. Seemed to really care about Myrtle and sent pictures of her. We did not worry at all about her andwere very comfortable knowing she was in good hands. When we picked up Myrtile at the end of her stay, she seemed contented and in good condition. If we need to board Myrtle again when we are in that area, we will for sure re-book with Malia.”

She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport.
