Some of our favorite family memories are walking our dog, Duke, on the trails with the kids. For several years, we also worked closely with a neighbor who trained dogs. I forgot to pack enough food for the second day, and they stepped in without hesitation to make sure she was fed and well taken care of, which I really appreciated.
