About: I currently have a bloodhound and 4 cats, as well as a foster dog. My had my last dog for 15 years, so I am very experienced in senior dog care. Old doggos have a special place in my heart. I am self employed so I have a fairly flexible schedule so I can usually work around anything that might be needed or come up. I have a fenced in yard as well as a doggie door so dogs have constant access to the back yard. I also walk dogs 1-2 times a day.

About: All my life, I have been around dogs. I currently have a sweet boy, Winston, who is a Pit Mix. I’ve had several different dogs over the years and have assisted family and friends with pet care. I also have previous work experience with a pet boarding and grooming facility in Baton Rouge. From having experience in a professional setting and having experience caring for pets at home, I find the at home care to be much more comfortable for the pet- which is why I decided to register here! I love making the pets and their owners feel as comfortable as possible. A personal touch- I like to take funny/cute pictures of what we do and send them to you once I’ve completed the service! I currently have two dogs that I watch for my mother. When I am in town, this looks like walks every afternoon and evening, frequent play time, and feedings. I love to make sure they are happy- whether that’s running around outside, long play time, some chill TLC, or even a few extra treats ;)

“I highly recommend Katie and Cedar! Jake just spent four nights with them and although he was glad to see me, he was very happy and comfortable with them! They have a fenced in backyard and Jake absolutely loved running and chasing cedar who was a lot of fun to be with and likes to play. Katie is a sweetheart and I have a lot of confidence in her abilitie to keep Jake safe, AND that he would enjoy being with them. Jake is excited to have a new place to go and stay. Thank you!”
