“I am so happy my boy Mischa stayed with Kenny the past week and a half. I was going to drive home with Mischa the day before Thanksgiving but my car said no, so I had to last minute get a plane ticket and fly there, meaning that I had to last-minute find someone to watch my Mischa. Fortunately I found Kenny on here and chose him based on reviews and his experience, as well as having a fenced in yard AND other dogs for my boy to play with; and luckily Kenny was available. Saved the day, truly. My boy's generally an anxious dog and takes a while to warm up to people, but based on the photos Kenny was sending me it looked like Mischa warmed up so quickly! I felt assured that Mischa was comfortable and so I didn't have to worry at all the next several days because I knew he was being warmly taken care of. And Kenny really went above and beyond to take care of my boy, and he even helped me out with a couple things regarding Mischa, all things I never would expect but was very grateful to receive. I really lucked out having Kenny watch my dog and I 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone, but especially to someone whose dog may be a little more on the anxious but sweet side!”
“Deborah was so great with our timid Luna! She’s the best sitter we’ve ever used (even including our friends and family, lol! 🫣). Deborah was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She sent multiple pictures of Luna each day, keeping us up to date with their activities and helping us feel like we weren’t so far away. Even though our booking was super last minute for the weekend, Deborah’s place was perfectly prepared for Luna’s stay. Her home is easy to find and located in a quiet residential neighborhood without through traffic. When we arrived for drop off, Deborah had made an adorable hand-decorated sign which she pinned on her front door welcoming us to “Luna’s Weekend Retreat”. 🌺 She welcomed us inside and I’ve never seen Luna take to a new place so quickly; she immediately made herself at home in the spa-like cloud bed which had been made fresh for her and lined with a curated selection of dog toys for her choosing. She didn’t even get up when we were leaving, which has never happened before at a drop off! We were put so at ease leaving Luna in Deborah’s care for the weekend, and we’re thrilled to receive pictures of their adventures exploring the neighborhood trail, getting brushes and pedicures, and just generally being loved and cared for as if Luna was Deborah’s own pupper to love and dote on. ❤️ Luna’s well behaved and easy to care for, but is also quietly anxious and afraid of loud noises. She is a rescued staffy and has “resting ASPCA face” much of the time, even with us, so I never blame a sitter for her expressions, but we can always tell from seeing her eyes, brows, and ears in photos how relaxed and comfortable she is, and Deborah was somehow able to put Luna at ease, even on 4th of July weekend with scary fireworks popping! We’re so grateful to have found Deborah as our new go to sitter. Now we’re going to have to make up and plan new trips just to give Luna a reason to get to go adventure and sleep over with her new friend! 🥰 Thanks endlessly, Deborah!”

About: I began working in the veterinary field at the age of 19 and fell in love. I have extensive experience with newborns and senior pets. I can give oral medication and subcutaneous fluids or injections if needed. I have been hosting dogs in my home for family, friends and neighbors for years. I have all day to watch over and play with your pups. I am mostly a homebody and with the exception of a couple of appointments or dinner out I’m home most of the time. I live on a few acres and have fenced in areas where the dogs can be off leash. I also have a very nice screened in porch where my dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) likes to sunbathe and watch the birds and squirrels. If your dogs enjoy exploring on leash, I will gladly take them out to check out the yard.

About: I have practically always had animals be apart of my life. I grew up with a stray cat who would become my own cat at a young age. And I would often take care of my grandmothers dog named Socks in both their old age. I once rescued a baby bird and even a baby deer more recently. I have had many happy clients and repeat clients with dog boarders and drop in visits, with all positive reviews. I live near MTSU. I love walking dogs leashed around my large yard or on the sidewalks. I have owned dogs and cats for over 17 years, grew up with them and have been using Rover for almost two years as a dog boarder/walker and drop in visits for other animals - cats, tortoises. I love animals and will take care of them as my own. I have had many repeat clients since I take such great care of the dogs that board with me and the dogs love their staycation, free roam, no kennel unless needed by the owner. Check out the reviews. I work part time, a few hours in the mornings or evenings and then am home. I like to leash walk the dogs around the yard or sidewalks (10 minutes a few times a day).. For walks, I keep dogs on the leash at all times for safety so can use an extended leash if that works. I do have a 30 foot and 45 foot secured leash line that I can place a dog on so they can walk around the yard, which will monitored by me, not left alone. I have a nice 2 bedroom home and dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, feeding is kept separate for each dog, and I monitor feeding times, water bowl is in the living room, and I have plenty of poop bags. Also for safety, I have an AirTag that can be placed on the collar especially if your dog is a runner etc. Safety first for your fur baby. Plus I have plenty of outside space, a large yard to walk them around and across from my home with a leash plus a 30 foot or 45 line for the yard so can be free to roam, and I’ll be out there with them.

About: I come from a farming background, and have cared for dogs and cats in a variety of environments. I worked as a livestock manager for farming operations a total of 5+ years, besides having owned and raised many of my own pets since I was a kid. I have often volunteered to pet sit for friends and relatives, including both dogs and cats. I can handle all basic daily needs, feeding, walking, monitoring, and even administer medications if required. I am on a seasonal break for the holidays, and looking to supplement my income. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.
About: Growing up we always kept animals in the house, I’ve had at least one pet since I was 6 years old, cats, dogs, fish, frogs, I love them all!! My #1 concern is your pets safety, and their happiness! I’m a very early riser, usually up at about 5-6am every morning, so I can be available for super early walks/potty breaks. I have a very flexible work from home schedule and can leave at any point so I can work around your schedule! I have a hands free leash that I always bring with me. About: I have practically always had animals be apart of my life. I grew up with a stray cat who would become my own cat at a young age. And I would often take care of my grandmothers dog named Socks in both their old age. I once rescued a baby bird and even a baby deer more recently. About: I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals! “Deborah was so great with our timid Luna! She’s the best sitter we’ve ever used (even including our friends and family, lol! 🫣). Deborah was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She sent multiple pictures of Luna each day, keeping us up to date with their activities and helping us feel like we weren’t so far away. Even though our booking was super last minute for the weekend, Deborah’s place was perfectly prepared for Luna’s stay. Her home is easy to find and located in a quiet residential neighborhood without through traffic. When we arrived for drop off, Deborah had made an adorable hand-decorated sign which she pinned on her front door welcoming us to “Luna’s Weekend Retreat”. 🌺 She welcomed us inside and I’ve never seen Luna take to a new place so quickly; she immediately made herself at home in the spa-like cloud bed which had been made fresh for her and lined with a curated selection of dog toys for her choosing. She didn’t even get up when we were leaving, which has never happened before at a drop off! We were put so at ease leaving Luna in Deborah’s care for the weekend, and we’re thrilled to receive pictures of their adventures exploring the neighborhood trail, getting brushes and pedicures, and just generally being loved and cared for as if Luna was Deborah’s own pupper to love and dote on. ❤️ Luna’s well behaved and easy to care for, but is also quietly anxious and afraid of loud noises. She is a rescued staffy and has “resting ASPCA face” much of the time, even with us, so I never blame a sitter for her expressions, but we can always tell from seeing her eyes, brows, and ears in photos how relaxed and comfortable she is, and Deborah was somehow able to put Luna at ease, even on 4th of July weekend with scary fireworks popping! We’re so grateful to have found Deborah as our new go to sitter. Now we’re going to have to make up and plan new trips just to give Luna a reason to get to go adventure and sleep over with her new friend! 🥰 Thanks endlessly, Deborah!”

About: I began working in the veterinary field at the age of 19 and fell in love. I have extensive experience with newborns and senior pets. I can give oral medication and subcutaneous fluids or injections if needed. I have been hosting dogs in my home for family, friends and neighbors for years. I have all day to watch over and play with your pups. I am mostly a homebody and with the exception of a couple of appointments or dinner out I’m home most of the time. I live on a few acres and have fenced in areas where the dogs can be off leash. I also have a very nice screened in porch where my dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) likes to sunbathe and watch the birds and squirrels. If your dogs enjoy exploring on leash, I will gladly take them out to check out the yard.
