About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

“After reviewing Heather's stellar credentials I scheduled a "meet and greet" and then told a neighbor about Heather. My neighbor offered to board Schatzi (mini-Schnauzer) for a day while I was having outpatient surgery. I accepted her offer and kept my appointment with Heater intending to take a quick look and leave after 10 minutes. Heather and her husband are a charming couple with 2 large dogs who got along well with my 14-month-old feisty little dog. I was enjoying talking with Heather and her family so much I lost track of time and saw that 45 minutes passed. A couple of days later I told my neighbor that I was going to board Schatzi with Heather since I wasn't sure how Schatzi would get along with her large cat. The photo updates helped alleviate the stress of being in the hospital. Heather seemed to enjoy being with Schatzi so much that I even thought about renting him out. Just kidding!”

About: Hi all! I've been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember, but I officially started fostering 5 years ago! I have plenty of experience with senior pets, puppies/kittens, and disabled pets as well. I also have experience working in a vet clinic so I’m very comfortable administering oral medications and have experience handling reactive dogs and spicy kitties! I have 2 furry friends of my own that mean the absolute world to me. Neptune is a 3 years old Lab/basset hound mix I adopted in 2023 and Angel is my sweet kitty girl that has grown with me since 2017. I'm available 7 days a week now for any drop-ins, walks, and/or sitting as needed! I currently do not work as I am going back to school (online) full-time, so I have plenty of time for all the furry friends! While I don't have a fenced in yard, I do live in a very pet friendly and walkable neighborhood and will always ensure pets leashes are secure before all walks/outside time. I have a 3 year old lab retriever mix who is very friendly with all animals and an indoor only cat who keeps to herself, unless she wants cuddles of course! I have experience in puppy training, specifically with crate training and leash walking, from fostering pups in the past.

About: Hi, my name is Becca! I am a cat mom to 4 wonderful cats, including 2 seniors with medical needs. I also previously volunteered at an no-kill animal shelter in Idaho where I completed their Level 2 training in cat socialization. Through this training, I learned skills for reading cat body language; interacting with all types of cats with care, respect, and empathy; and monitoring cats for signs of distress. I also grew up with dogs, including a German Shephard, Golden Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier, and Lab. I have 20 years of part-time and occasional pet sitting experience with both dogs and cats in client's homes. I am an animal lover who will care for your fur babies like they're my own. <3 I am an attorney currently in between jobs while I wait for my law license to transfer to TN so I currently have open availability I can care for dogs and cats in your home (drop-in visits and/or walks). About: I absolutely love animals and taking care of them. Animals seem to know that I love them as well. I am punctual, mature, and responsible. My schedule is fairly flexible except for Thursday nights and Sunday mornings. I can do some last minute visits but usually will need at least a day notice so that I can come meet your fur baby. I always prefer to meet your fur baby especially if they are a dog since dogs can be very protective of their home when their owner is away.

“After reviewing Heather's stellar credentials I scheduled a "meet and greet" and then told a neighbor about Heather. My neighbor offered to board Schatzi (mini-Schnauzer) for a day while I was having outpatient surgery. I accepted her offer and kept my appointment with Heater intending to take a quick look and leave after 10 minutes. Heather and her husband are a charming couple with 2 large dogs who got along well with my 14-month-old feisty little dog. I was enjoying talking with Heather and her family so much I lost track of time and saw that 45 minutes passed. A couple of days later I told my neighbor that I was going to board Schatzi with Heather since I wasn't sure how Schatzi would get along with her large cat. The photo updates helped alleviate the stress of being in the hospital. Heather seemed to enjoy being with Schatzi so much that I even thought about renting him out. Just kidding!”
