“I couldn’t be more thankful for Isabell and her lovely family! They were incredibly flexible and accommodating when I needed a dog sitter for my dog, Phoebe, on short notice. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated and giving me peace of mind. Phoebe had an amazing time at their place and came back happy and well-cared for. Highly recommend Isabell to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Robin and her family took great care of one-year-old Lincoln during our weekend getaway! Lincoln was a bit anxious upon arrival, but Robin was so patient and considerate and quickly calmed him down. She was great about sending updates while we were away and was quite flexible with our pickup and drop-off times. Lincoln really enjoyed his stay; he was totally zonked when we picked him up the last night! I would highly recommend Robin for your next Rover stay. You won't regret it.”

“Lavar & Amber were great! Maxine was nervous and trembling when we arrived but calmed down within minutes as Lavar was warm and welcoming. She had a big smile and looked very comfortable in every picture update we received. I would definitely recommend booking Lavar & Amber for your furry friend.”

“Jessica, and her family, did a wonderful job caring for our cat, CC. We had to fly out of state due to an unexpected family emergency and needed a sitter quickly for CC, who had never stayed with a sitter before. Jessica allayed our fears by responding to my daily messages to check on CC with anecdotes of what CC was doing and some great photos. On our return, CC did not seem stressed, he was calm and healthy. I highly recommend Jessica's services and will contact her again, if the need arises.”

“Axel had a great time and was sleepy as soon as we got back. We can tell he was comfortable and really enjoyed staying with Jamie’s family as well as playing with the other dogs. We will definitely be booking again when we are in town.”

“Pam was absolutely wonderful and took the best care of our 11-year old Frenchie. She was so loving and kind, and was so patient with her as she’s not the easiest dog! She was great at communicating and sending us updates and photos. Absolutely recommend Pam and her wonderful family and we hope to book again with her in the future!”

“This family was AMAZING. I have three dogs and it has been hard for me previously to find someone who can take in all 3 at once. Kaitlin and her husband took them in and loved on my babies all weekend. They had a mini party with our dogs and she was in regular communication with me. Our dogs got the chance to socialize with other dogs and children, which for “pandemic puppies” was needed experience. I cannot recommend them enough and I can only hope our dogs can come back in the future!”

“Sherri did a fantastic job taking care of our little guy. We received multiple pictures and video updates daily. Would highly recommend and will be rebooking in the future.”

“Kylie was such a wonderful sitter!! She took the time to meet our dog Gucci ahead of time and right away he felt at home. I knew when we left for our family trip that Gucci would be in great hands. While we were gone she provided updates with pictures and when I came to pick him up, I could tell he had a wonderful time. From now on, Kylie will be my go to sitter! ❤️”
“Once again, Chandra and her family took such great care of Shuri! We really appreciate how flexible and accommodating she is! She keeps us updated with photos and videos, and we really couldn't ask for a better sitter for our baby!”

“Wow! Adrienne was just so amazing for our babies. Our pups looked happy to be there with her. Adrienne was so communicative about our babies and sending pictures without having to ask (this made the difference). We really feel comfortable while we were away from them. Also, she was of huge help since we had some last minute changes to our stay and she was able to accommodate us. We definitely recommend her 100% and we would love to book her again in the future. Thank you so much Adrienne!!”

“Gabbi and Justin did such a fantastic job watching our pup! They were so sweet and and took care of her like she was their own. The updates and pictures gave me peace of mind, and it was obvious that Dove was very well loved while she was with them. We're happy to have found such great sitters for our girl! 😊”

“Deborah was absolutely amazing with my pups! I’m so happy that I found her! One of my pups has quite a few quirks and Deborah was so patient and kind with her 🥹 my pups were part of the family over the holiday, they loved our pups like their own! What a relief to find such a kind and caring sitter. Not only was she amazing with the dogs, she was also so patient with me having multiple travel delays. She is so sweet and understanding! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!”

“This was our puppies first time staying overnight withMelissa. She was there three nights. Everything went well. Melissa was great as usual and sent us pictures and video of Maya while we were away. So grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!”

“Edward and Margarette (grace), were SO AMAZING. They sent pictures and detailed updates everyday and cared for my dog like she was their own. Every time I go out of town now, I will be seeing if they’re available! They’re so friendly and welcoming. My dog is shy around new people but she loved them so much and was cuddling them every night! 10/10 recommend.”

“Alexis was great! She is very laid back and was totally reassuring, since we were nervous, first time puppy parents. Our 4 month old golden retriever had the best time! I think he even learned crate training from Alexis and Finn! I see why they're always booked - great experience! ”

“Cindy did a splendid job taking care of my kitty ... he is high energy boy and she was able to figure out exactly what he needed to keep him engaged. I felt very comfortable having her in our home while we were on vacation she even brought in packages”

“Katie did a great job with caring for my 2 male cats for a week. One of my cats had been recently diagnosed with a medical issue. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that Katie was staying at my house & frequently checking up on him.”

“Leah checked in and sent a picture of my boy every time she visited while I was away, and he seemed so happy in every shot. Leah is courteous and reliable, and I'm really glad she was the person to drop in while I was not home. I highly recommend Leah and will I hire her again the next time I have to be away.”

“I didn't have to worry about a thing with Lisa taking care of our cats. Lisa stopped by for drop in visits every day. She was on time, communicative and successfully got our one cat to take his meds. I would highly recommend Lisa for pet sitting!”

“Alishia is a great neighbor and dog sitter! I highly recommend. She was communicative the whole trip and made sure my dog was fed, had time to potty, and even some cuddles. I felt my dog and home was safe with her visiting when I needed her. Even when my dog fell sick, she went the extra mile to keep me posted and checking on her. I’m glad she is local to Chapel Hill and will be using her services again.”

“Jessica was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and I was kind of last minute with my booking, but Jessica jumped right in to help! She was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and boarding process for my cat Montana. Her daughters also made Montana feel so at home and loved, + they sent over lots of pictures! 🥰 5 stars all around! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“This was our second booking with Jill. My family and I are so grateful to have found her. She is mature, responsible and loves what she does. Jill has become friends with both of my cats, which says a lot because one of them is extremely anxious around visitors. Jill is also a terrific communicator. I am able to relax knowing that I will get a detailed Rover Card with pictures and comments after each visit. We will definitely book with Jill again.”

About: Hi! I’m a high school teacher who teaches culinary arts. At home, I have a golden retriever, Saffron and a Labradoodle, Leo. I live on 2 1/2 acres, one of which is fenced in and perfect for furry friends to run and play! I am a teacher and gone from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but my parents live next door and watch my animals when I am away. Growing up, my brother had a service dog who was part Great Dane and part Black Lab. He became part of the family! I think that’s what started my love for animals. Since college, I’ve had at least one pet. While in Culinary school, I worked long hours. For Christmas, I got my cat, Basil. She was at the door with a “meow” at the end of long days in the kitchen. When I began my career as a culinary teacher, I bought my first house with a back yard and almost immediately added my girls, Sage and Sketch to the household! I work full time as a high school teacher. but live next door to my parents who watch over my pets. They love them as if they were their own! I have an acre, fenced in back yard. My dogs love the country, running and playing in the back yard! They are house dogs, but love the chance to run as much as possible.
“Madison exceeded all expectations! Our regular pet sitter had an unexpected emergency right before we left on a two week trip, the longest we’ve ever been away from our two fur babies. Needless to say we were devastated and left scrambling to find a reliable and trustworthy substitution. Madison did a meet and greet beforehand to explain her qualifications, answered any questions we had, and made sure to thoroughly understand the expectations of what we needed done to ensure peace of mind for us. She provided extensive details for us everyday and sent cute pictures of our animals so we could get a glimpse of how they were faring while we were away. She really takes the time to get to know the animals and it is reflected in her outstanding work ethic how much she truly cares. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone needing a sitter. Thank you Madison for providing excellent care for our babies, you made our vacation that much more enjoyable knowing there was once less thing to worry about back home!”

“Cassy has been a great pet sitter. She took good care of my two cats..while I was gone for a week. My female cat is a little peaky with food but Cassy found a way to feed her🙂. She kept my kitties happy.”

About: I have worked at a dog daycare for over 2 1/2 years! i’ve worked with groups of dogs ranging from 15-35 at once, ive worked with “aggressive” and reactive dogs. taking care of them and working together with them i live at home and i have 5 dogs! one is my babygirl, (the other 4 are my family’s) shes a rescue, i got her about 2 years ago. what i didn’t expect was how many triggers/trauma she has from her previous home. i work with her every day shes done so good since, still needs more time but shes my soulmate in a dog my home has about almost an acre, fenced in yard! lots of holes that my furbabies created for digging! there is a shed that we have planned to remove sometime. not to sound alarming but there is a grape vine, no grapes grow just leaves. and your furbabies will always be supervised. the fence is about 4-5 feet so if you have a jumper, they can still come just probably on a long leash which i have if you don’t.

About: My name is Isabella, a stay-at-home mom of three who has always been surrounded by animals. Now that I’m in the USA, I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for animals to you and your pets. I have a dog, a cat, and a ferret at home, so I understand how much pets mean to a family. I’m committed to providing each pet with the best care possible and treating them as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting your furry family members! As a stay-at-home mom, pet care is naturally woven into my daily routine. My availability is completely open and flexible, always depending on your needs! Living on two acres of country land, I provide pets with a spacious and safe environment. I have crates (if needed) and a play pen to ensure their comfort and security. Pets receive regular meals, fresh water, and plenty of playtime in a nurturing and relaxed setting.
“The attention and care Luke receives is 5* all the way. I get pix throughout the day and along with playing with other pups in a secure fenced back yard, they each get a walk in their neighborhood. Luke comes home tired and happy.”

“Katie is amazing! She made my pups feel so loved, they came home happy and tired from having such a blast! They wanted to stay longer to keep playing! She treats them like family and it made me feel at ease knowing that she takes care of them the way I do.”
“I can't say enough good things about Michelle. This was my first time using rover to find a day care for my pup and it was the best experience possible. Michelle took in my pup Fyve for the day last minute and when i had a change of plans she boarded him for the night with no problems. He had a lot of friends to play with and a great fenced in yard to run around in. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Fyve is still a pup and Michelle gave me some great tips on how to train him and correct a few of his bad habits. Thanks you Michelle.”

“Jamie was a wonderful sitter ❤️ she was attentive and gracious and kept my puppy safe. Kuzco loved playing with her dogs and he was happy and well worn at the end of the day, which is hard to do with the puppy energy! Jamie was flexible with my last minute, changing schedule around the holidays and I am very thankful!”

“Simone was an absolutely wonderful sitter for Liam! At first I was a little hesitant because I saw she had three dogs, but do not let that deter you. Her dogs are so cute , and friendly, and my dog had such a fun time with them. In fact it was a plus!!! Her husband was also very kind with Liam. I highly recommend Simone.. and I would use her again in a heartbeat!!”

About: **Due to extreme heat this summer I will use my discretion with shortening walks for your dog’s health** Current work schedule: I go in office 3 days a week but I can possibly I can flex my days. Available for services with that in mind! I need at least a week for new clients to schedule a meet & greet! We wanted someone to walk him while we were both at work therefore, we turned to Rover. We contacted Jenna and did a meet and greet the next day. She came prepared with an iPad taking notes as we went along our routines. She is amazing and remained professional even after a mishmash.”

I am such a detail oriented rule follower - so you can be certain any directions you leave will be followed perfectly. I will treat every home like it’s my own and leave it as I found it.
About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember — growing up, my family had dogs, turtles, birds, rabbits, and lizards, so I'm just as comfortable with cats and small pets as I am with dogs. I also attended a high school built around animal care, giving me formal training on top of a lifetime of hands-on experience. On top of that, I'm a college graduate, which taught me the same things animal care requires: personal responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. I treat every pet like it's my own: same routine, same patience, same attention to detail every single visit. Pet care is my full-time focus, so I have a flexible schedule with steady availability throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits, and extended stays. I always confirm exact timing with you directly so visits fit your pet's normal routine.

“Alexis was great! She is very laid back and was totally reassuring, since we were nervous, first time puppy parents. Our 4 month old golden retriever had the best time! I think he even learned crate training from Alexis and Finn! I see why they're always booked - great experience! ”

“Talking about feeling like you’ve known a family forever upon meeting! That’s how it feels to meet Chelsie & Jesse. The love & care she gave our corgi was amazing. I have never used Rover & Chelsie was a recommendation from a friend. I will never NOT use them in the future. The peace I felt was priceless. Chelsie sends loads of pics twice a day along with updates on how your pet is doing. Their own pugs are so cute & perfect playmates for any dog. Not enough wonderful things to say about this family. 1000% recommend!”

“Serenity was wonderful! Our sweet Molly girl seemed very well cared for during her stay and came home a happy dog. We will absolutely be booking with Serenity again.”

“Katie took excellent care of Princess and Gizmo at her home! When we picked up the dogs they were happy to see us, but also sadden to leave their vacation and new friends behind. Gizmo and Princess had other boxers to play with and they all got along splendidly. Katie was patient and empathetic in dealing with Gizmo's puppy inconsistencies and I truly thank her for tolerating them. When we go out of town again, we will definitely leave Gizmo and Princess in Katie's care again! Thank you, Katie and to "all" that helped care for our boxers!”
“Maverick's stay with Michelle went great! She sent a pictures to update us and he came home happy and tired! She has a very nice fenced in yard and other pups staying, which allowed for lots of play! She was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. We will for sure use her in the future! Thanks”

“Crystal took such good care of our pup! Hoff played with Barkley and got lots of love from Crystal. Crystal had a perfect yard for the dogs to run around and we got pictures everyday. We didn't worry about Hoff at all--thank you for such a good stay!”

“She was amazing! I needed someone last minute and she was able to take Piper on short notice and was very responsive. She also sent me over a dozen photos a day. Definitely could enjoy my trip worry free knowing my dog was in good hands. Definitely will use Cindy again!”

“Max stayed for over 2wks with Jennifer and Michael. They sent me pictures regularly and Max came back with as much energy as he was dropped off with…so I know he was played with plenty. It was great getting pictures of him with all the other dogs. He’s normally the only dog at home, so I know he loved playing with the other dogs while he was there. It was great to see him pulled in as part of their family while we were gone.”
