She immediately notified me that night and promptly took him 40 minutes away to his vet; which actually saved his life! The vet said he probably wouldn't have made it until his appointment that next Monday! Honestly,I thought it was probably like a human and no big deal. I was wrong. He was recovering from a few things(which she and the vet knew all about the situation) I'm glad I did talk to the vet prior since she had to take him in. About: I’ve had a pup my entire life, at one point my wife and I had 4 doggies! I have experience with dogs of all stages of life! We live an active lifestyle, but also love to cuddle at night! In the Summer I only work a few hours a day. My wife works from home a couple days a week as well! Your pup would only be alone a couple hours max. I have a large fenced back yard! We try to keep to your pups normal routine. They can either be crated or free roaming depending on your preference when I go run errands. I have a doggie door for my pup to go in and out throughout the day.

I was worried about my little Otis being anxious about being left as he has serious separation anxiety ( OK, we both do ! ) but as Victoria and I were chatting - Otis happily bouncing around exploring her and Charles' lovely lawn she teased him over for a pet and before I knew it he was in her arms - looking very happy I might add! I had a few things to transfer from my car to my sons - typically high stress time for me, trying to keep track of Otis - who won't get more than a step or two away, so I don't step on him. He just go cozier and cozier and sunk lower and lower into Victoria's arm. I guess I wasn't surprised to receive a photo by text, of him laying in her lap before it was even dark out. Pick up was easy - Victoria and Charles' garage door were open and it was lit like a beacon in the rainy night - just a quick report from Victoria ( he's fine ! ) as it was a long day and we were on our way. This is my first chance to reach out and its been three days - sorry guys! Do you need a sitter? Are Victoria and Charles available? Book them!! ( I'd even settle for just Charles : 0 : o : ) . Victoria and Charles are my first choice - looking forward to letting Otis trim their lawn again.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire adult life. My three dogs live inside and are treated like part of the family (because they are). I worked a couple of years as a big dog camp counselor, but am now retired. I have a secure privacy fence in backyard, and a designated “doggie bedroom” in my house. ***new info** We now have an outdoor pool with a doggy dock to help with entry and exit. The pool is available for any of my swimming pups, weather permitting. As a retiree and a homebody, my daily routine already revolves around my dogs. We have a standard schedule throughout the day with many play and potty breaks outside. As mentioned above, I have a privacy fence in my backyard so the pups can play and potty securely. They are never without supervision. I will crate if needed.

About: We have created a pet loving environment and would love to care for your fur babies. We have a Pit/Boxer mix named Cleo. She's excited to meet new friends then mellows out. Guen is our Pit/Bully ball of energy and loves to play with other dogs. I am happy to care for your pup in any way I can. I have experience with senior dogs and can administer oral/injectable medications. Our dogs stays up to date on their vaccines and preventatives. I currently work full time and board mostly on the weekends. When dogs stay with us we like to go for rides, get pup cups, go to the dog park, go for walks, play in the kiddie pool in the back yard and get treats and cuddles. We love dogs and treat them like family. We hope their stay will be "just like home" to include running in and out with the toddler 15x a day. We have a upstairs play area and a fenced back yard for our visitors. Guests are not left outside unsupervised. Any guests that go for a ride or walk will be provided a harness with additional ID tags. As a precaution all dogs are fed separately to avoid any incidents. We do not crate unless necessary or suggested for bedtime. Your pet will have free roam of the house and back yard. If your dog is overwhelmed or anxious we have a quiet space where they can decompress. I will send updates and pics throughout the day.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for most of my life. I love high energy animals and taking care of them. I grew up with a dog and cat I still have and care for and more recently I have been a volunteer at the Humane Society, I even ended up starting my own club of volunteers in high school. This role has equipped me with all sorts of animal care skills such as cleaning after them, bathing them, feeding them and administering medication, and making sure to provide lots of love and attention. I’ve always said that I’m not a dog or cat person when asked, but rather an animal person. I love animals and caring after them. I am a college student at Tulane University and I am currently home for the summer! I am available until June 22nd and have open availability all day every day until then. I have a fenced yard and two pets of my own that are both friendly so I am no stranger to spending time outdoors with animals or having playdates. I am more than happy to take pets to any appointments they may have and am able to administer medication if needed.
About: I’ve been working with animals for 15 years, caring for dogs, cats, birds and can help with farm animals as well. I have handled breeds that are small to very large. I am very flexible with my schedule. I love to ensure they are getting their exercise as needed, as well as a well rounded diet. I am a stay at home mom so I am very happy to be with them however they require. We use leashes and harnesses for outside. We have a dog park close by that’s fenced in and safe for giving them running time and ability to play freely
About: I have lived with dogs my entire life! And I now have had lots of experience watching other people’s dogs as well! I can’t wait to take care of your pup! I have availability throughout the whole week currently. But that is subject to change. I like to spend my off days outside going for walks and enjoying the weather when it’s nice. I currently have 2 Australian cattle dogs adopted from Oak Ridge and Knoxville. They have both passed advanced training at PetSmart! I can come in for home visits to check in on your pets and/or take them for long walks! If they need any other types of care such as feeding, changing litter, administering medicine, that can be done as well. About: I had a Bichon Frise from age of 8 to 19. I have taken care of my friend’s bulldog and golden doodle for a year or so and I have also dog sat wheaten doodles and labradors. I also volunteered at the ARL! I am a college student looking to spend some time with doggos! I work part time and volunteer but I have a pretty flexible schedule! I feel comfortable putting leashes and harnesses on dogs as well as letting into crates if needed! I feel comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and understand that some dogs just don’t like to be around others & I can respect and control that!

“Trina was amazing with Kane! He got a nose bleed, while I was on vacation, and he was in her care. She immediately notified me that night and promptly took him 40 minutes away to his vet; which actually saved his life! The vet said he probably wouldn't have made it until his appointment that next Monday! Honestly,I thought it was probably like a human and no big deal. I was wrong. He was recovering from a few things(which she and the vet knew all about the situation) I'm glad I did talk to the vet prior since she had to take him in. I would trust Trina with any of my fur babies! She was amazing and honestly did save my dogs life. She had to make that 40-60 minute drive twice for us! She was a great choice and a God send.
