About: I worked as a Veterinary Technician and then Veterinary Front Desk Manager for 25 years at the same practice. In 2025 I had to step away for personal medical issues. I have a wide range of knowledge regarding the care and well-being of our beloved pets, in every stage of life. Making sure your fur baby is happy, healthy, and safe is my top priority. Taking care of pets in has been my life for many, many years. My mom is retired and lives with me, she is always available for as many snuggles as your baby requires. Me staying at your house is usually the best option for helping keep your fur babies happy and their routine as close to normal as possible. It lowers the amount of stress on them while their family is away. If boarding at my house, I do have pets of my own but can keep them separate if need be. I have a fenced yard and doggie door but I don't allow access to it for small dogs. I will take them outside myself or if they use wee wee pads, that is also fine.

My home is the perfect home away from home for you pet while you enjoy your vacation. I occasionally care for my neighbors pets with drop in visits at their home when they are out of town. I am home all day with my fur babies. I would be able to care for your pet and give it all the attention and love it needs. I have a fence, but not completely closed. We are working on getting that done soon. I do have a small fence closed in around my patio so the dogs can freely hang outside with me. During potty breaks I will make sure to have your pet out with a leash at all times. I have 2 friendly dogs as well. If your pet needs to be crated I can do that also.

I am a student at UT Knoxville! Typically I have class from around 8am-4pm Mon/Wed/Fri, and 2-4pm Tuesday/Thursday. My schedule is very flexible, so I can check on or care for pets during that time! About: I have experience with all different types of pets and have paid experience the past six years. I will make sure your pet stays on their routine and feels happy and loved while you’re away. During sits my wife tends to join me. She’s also very experienced with animals and has farm and exotic animal experience. If this is something you are not comfortable with, I am happy to adjust this. I am taking some time to start my own business with my wife. So there’s plenty of time and attention to go around. Most of my work can be scheduled around Rover. If I am housesitting however I may have to leave for a few hours at a time but usually no longer than 3 or 4 so that your pet gets the maximum amount of attention possible. About: I am a caring and attentive individual who absolutely loves my pets and treats them like family. Located near the Foothills of the Smoky Mountains. My home is the perfect home away from home for you pet while you enjoy your vacation. I occasionally care for my neighbors pets with drop in visits at their home when they are out of town. I am home all day with my fur babies. I would be able to care for your pet and give it all the attention and love it needs. I have a fence, but not completely closed. We are working on getting that done soon. I do have a small fence closed in around my patio so the dogs can freely hang outside with me. During potty breaks I will make sure to have your pet out with a leash at all times. I have 2 friendly dogs as well. If your pet needs to be crated I can do that also.

Macy just joined right in the routine. Shawna also was quick to respond when I checked in to see how Macy was doing with pictures that put our mind at ease. I would definitely recommend!!”
