For dogs who love getting out and exploring, we frequently visit the Greenway for leashed walks, and I’m happy to provide other outings when appropriate for your individual dog and with your permission. I drive a roomy Kia Telluride, so I have plenty of space for comfortable transportation—and dog hair definitely doesn’t scare me! 😂 Playtime can get messy, and that’s perfectly okay! If your pup loves water, mud, or somehow manages to find every dirty spot possible, I’m happy to provide a bath upon request. I’m also comfortable following established care instructions for medicated baths when needed. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I’ll follow your instructions regarding leashes, crates, feeding, medications, interactions with other animals, and anything else specific to your pet. I want to know their quirks, likes, dislikes, house rules, and the little things that make them feel secure. About: Welcome to Pecor's Pups! My wife and I have a lifetime of experience caring for all sorts of animals. We love dogs, especially. I have a veterinary care background, as I used to be a vet tech. I also have a Zoology degree and am experienced with various different types of animals and the care thereof. We have an energetic - yet very gentle - Golden Retriever and a rambunctious Great Pyrenees mix so all dogs staying with us must get along with other dogs. We would be willing to separate our pups for periods of time to give your little guy/girl one-on-one time, if that is your preference. We do have the ability to block off areas of the home to separate (from my dogs, or if you have more than one dog and they need separation) if needed. We have a large fenced in yard that is treated monthly to prevent fleas in the area. They can get all the playtime they need! If you don't wish for that, though, then that is not a problem either. I have a very comfortable environment for any and all animals who stay with me, with several dog beds that are washed and sanitized after each stay (and in between often) as well as tons of puzzle toys and enrichment activities if they're interested in that. Otherwise, we will just cuddle and hang out! I will stay strict with any and all schedules (feeding, treats, play time, potty time, medicines, etc) that you provide, but if you don't have a specific schedule for your dog, then I will put them on my dogs' feeding, play, treat, and potty schedule (except for younger or older puppies that may need a little more accommodation in that department) I am very easy-going and easy to deal with. I will also send as many updates via text as you want, with photos and "report cards" of your little ones activities for the day. We also provide baths, nail trims and ear cleanings! Let me know what you may need during your stay with us! If you have any further questions about me or our home and/or our dog and the services we provide, do not hesitate to reach out. We own two businesses from home (Pecor's Pups and another business) so we have a lot of time to dedicate to your pet(s) and their needs! I have a fenced in yard and two floors (the downstairs is currently under partial construction to make Pecor's Pups even more accommodating and cozy!) For dogs who love getting out and exploring, we frequently visit the Greenway for leashed walks, and I’m happy to provide other outings when appropriate for your individual dog and with your permission. I drive a roomy Kia Telluride, so I have plenty of space for comfortable transportation—and dog hair definitely doesn’t scare me! 😂 Playtime can get messy, and that’s perfectly okay! If your pup loves water, mud, or somehow manages to find every dirty spot possible, I’m happy to provide a bath upon request. I’m also comfortable following established care instructions for medicated baths when needed. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I’ll follow your instructions regarding leashes, crates, feeding, medications, interactions with other animals, and anything else specific to your pet. I want to know their quirks, likes, dislikes, house rules, and the little things that make them feel secure. Most importantly, I want you to be able to enjoy your time away without constantly wondering whether your pet is okay. I’m happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you can see that they’re safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. Just tell me how you care for them at home, and I’ll do everything I can to make my home feel like theirs. 🦮✨
“Cynthia and her husband was amazing! They were able to take care of pur dog and ferrets last minute (with only a 5 minute warning if that 😅) and made them feel right at home. Our dog Molly and our ferrets get super stressed when we leave them home so we took them on vacation with us but we needed someone to take care of them while we did activities and Cynthia did not hesitate taking them- even on a Saturday. Molly went right to them with no problem and no hesitation- she fit right in and didn't seem stressed or sad at all when we got her back. Cynthia communicated very well and even sent pictures of Molly and our ferrets and they looked like they were right at home and happy as can be!!! Way better than the daycares that have at least 10 other dogs and usually stick the dogs in a concrete kennel most of the day. You can tell Cynthia and her husband loves animals and cares for them and the animals can sense that. I counld not thank them enough for making their schedule work last minute and for caring for my babies as their own!!!! 🩷”
