Pet care is already built into my daily routine. I work from home from 8-4, which allows me to be available all throughout the day and provide frequent potty breaks, supervision, exercise, and attention as needed. I believe it’s far more important to adapt to a dog’s lifestyle rather than to force them to adapt to mine. If your dog has a specific routine, I am happy to maintain it during their stay. Safety is my highest priority when caring for each dog. I introduce dogs carefully if they have not already met, I monitor their interactions closely, and never leave dogs together unsupervised. If for some reason dogs are not a good match, I am comfortable keeping them separated and rotating them as needed so everyone gets the exercise, individual attention, and comfort they need. All dogs are fed separately in different rooms, and I intentionally limit the number of dogs I accept at one time so I can provide appropriate supervision. My home has a fenced in yard, baby gates, crates, and multiple areas where dogs can safely relax or decompress. I am also comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions.

I have also been responsible for caring for my neighbors cats while they were on vacation. That job consisted of visiting their house daily to feed them and water them and also playing. About: I have taken care of all kinds of critters in my lifetime: cats, dogs, hamsters, birds, Guinea pigs, rabbits, fishies, and now we have chickens! We love all kinds of animals! If needed, I can keep your pup on leash. I keep my personal dogs separated until proper introduction is done. If there is any discord, my intention is to keep animals separated within the home. If your pet uses a crate, that’s helpful. I am here to give the pets love!

I have a fenced in yard to make sure your baby won’t run away. And many beds and crates for your dog to lay in/on if they’d like. I do offer house sitting however I won’t be able to stay 24/7 or nights as I have my own dogs to care for unless they are allowed to come too. But I will come check in on them 3-4 times for about 30ish minutes each time everyday for potty breaks and to feed/water them.
