About: Cats are by far one of my favorite animals! I have worked in boarding facilities where cats are present and veterinary clinics as well for a few years. I have also volunteered at my local animal shelter to help out with the cats whenever possible. I am able to administer medications as needed and whatever else your furry friend needs!

I have been in 4-h training with my dog growing up so I have some experience with training as well! I know our furry friends can be timid at times so I am more than willing to let them slowly adjust! About: As a military spouse I have helped care for our dogs and many of our neighbors dogs as well. From large to small, I love dogs of all kinds. About: I have cared for pets of all ages over the years and adopted a pup of my own about two years ago. He’s up to date on all vaccinations and loves other dogs. I have experience with giving medications to animals, caring for both puppies and older pups, and my apartment is hardwood floors so accidents aren’t a problem! I am a graduate assistant and in grad school. This means that I word pretty weird hours and I do a lot of work remotely. I’m home anywhere between 8 hours to 24 hours a day and can rearrange my schedule depending on the needs of the animal. There is a dog park nearby and it’s a safe area. For my pup, and pups I’ve boarded/cared for before, I traditionally feed them in the AM and give them plenty of water. We go to the dog park to start the day and get the energy out. I make sure to leave dog-safe toys on the floor so they know they have stuff to play with and I dog proof the apartment before I leave each time so they don’t get into things they shouldn’t. We go out later in the day to the dog park again to socialize or get the zoomies going. We go back and have a little more food or a snack and then hang out before going out on a walk to end the day. I'm working full-time in ministry so I have lots of time throughout the day to care for your loved one and will be gone no more than a few hours per evening for bible studies and groups. I take my dog, Tonka, out 5-6 times per day minimum and we love to go on walks and be outdoors. I have a large field directly behind my apartment and live in a very pet-friendly area tucked off the main road so your pup will enjoy lots of safe and supervised outside time! I allow animals on the furniture and keep all choking hazards up high. My dog has a knack for finding even the smallest things to mess with so I have good practice with keeping a safe home.

About: Hi! I’m currently a DPT student, which means my days can be busy—but spending time with animals is something I genuinely look forward to. I’ve always had a love for pets and understand how important it is to know they’re in good hands. Even with a full academic schedule, I’m organized, responsible, and intentional with my time. When I’m with your pet, they’ll have my full attention—whether that’s getting their energy out on a walk or just relaxing and feeling comfortable at home. My apartment is close to downtown so has many walkable areas for your pets. There’s a big field next to my apartment that’s perfect for potty breaks. I can separate the upstairs from the downstairs if they need to be kept away from certain rooms, but they have plenty of room to roam in my apartment! I am a flexible stay at home mom with one dog of my own. I am able to assist families on a short notice or plan ahead! I have one dog in my home that is friendly with other dogs. We have a large fenced in backyard for play. We also have space for crated dogs.

A few days before the stay, they invited me over for a meet-and-greet so I could get a feel for their home, meet them, and introduce my dog to their sweet pup, Lana. The moment I walked in, I knew they were the right people. Their space was welcoming, safe, and dog-friendly, and their kind energy instantly put me at ease. Throughout the stay, they went above and beyond. They sent frequent updates and lots of pictures, which made me smile every time. Samuel and Erica treated my dog exactly how I would want her to be treated—with love, patience, and genuine care.
