About: I’ve had dogs in the home since I was a small child and host small dogs (under 20 pounds) in my home. I'm new to booking through Rover, but can supply references, if requested. I’m excited to open my door (and heart) to your pup for day visits or overnights. I have one super tough 6 pound Shihtzu-Chihuahua in the house so your pups must be friendly with other dogs. I also have experience with puppies and caring for senior dogs. I work from home so I'm at home all day and night during the week. On weekends, I'm never gone for more than 3- 4 hours at any one time. Most of the time, I'm home with the fur babies. I have a house with ample room to welcome up to 2 dogs (same owner) at a time. I have a fenced back yard area allowing for exercise and free roaming. I never leave pets outdoors unattended. Dog's will normally sleep in my bed with me, but totally fine if they prefer their own bed in my room.

When I met with David the day I brought my dog over he was very calm and understanding as my dog became more comfortable around the new environment. While I was away for vacation he sent daily pictures of my dog sleeping in her own bed that I had brought and assuring me that she was doing well. I was very pleased with my experience using this couple as dog sitters for me and should I need a sitter in the future, I will seek David out first if he is available before going to anyone else. About: I grew up with a variety of pets rabbits, birds, fish & a tortosie. As an adult I owned kitties who both unfortunately passed from cancer. We also have 3 dogs- 11.5y bloodhound mix, 5y bloodhound & a 2y German Shepherd. I am willing to help teach your dog basic skills during our time together if you would like. Prior to moving to TN in 2024 my dogs and I were part of a wonderful Search and Rescue team. I enjoy nearly all outdoors activities. My bloodhound and I have run many races together so far from 5k's- half marathons. Our GSD tags along on our runs also but has yet to complete a race. We also enjoy lots of hiking, swimming and checking out new Sniff Spots around our area when we want to switch it up.

About: As a military spouse I have helped care for our dogs and many of our neighbors dogs as well. From large to small, I love dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, and our own dog loves the company of other dogs. I am a mom and am in nursing school, but pet care is the highlight of my day. “David and his wife are both very trustworthy and safe people to board your pet with. My dog had never been left with another home in the 12 years I've had her and I was worried how she would do. When I met with David the day I brought my dog over he was very calm and understanding as my dog became more comfortable around the new environment. While I was away for vacation he sent daily pictures of my dog sleeping in her own bed that I had brought and assuring me that she was doing well. I was very pleased with my experience using this couple as dog sitters for me and should I need a sitter in the future, I will seek David out first if he is available before going to anyone else. My dog was happy and healthy and clean when I picked her up just as I had dropped her off. I definitely recommend this couple on Rover.”

About: I have been an animal lover since I was a little boy. I have had multiple dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters, and bearded dragons. Friends and relatives have relied on me and continue to rely on me to feed, look after and play with their pets when they are away. I will love your pets as my own while in my care. I have many years of experience in potty training puppies, crate training dogs of all ages, custom building dog houses for my own pets, Caring for puppies and kittens all the way up through senior years. If you book with me, you can be assured and rest easy with updates about your babies throughout the day. I will also send pictures to ease you mind. I'm always available for a meet and greet session before booking. We can discuss any special needs, requirements or anything else that you or I need to know about your pet during that time while I get to know you and your pet. I am usually available for boarding any time and any day of the week. I prefer drop off and pickups to be scheduled in afternoons after 5pm or anytime on the weekends. I am available for doggy day care most weekends (Saturday & Sunday). I am available for dog walks on most weekday afternoons after 6pm M-F and anytime on the weekends. I will certainly work with you on your scheduling needs! I have a big fenced in back yard and a big play room ready to entertain your pets. I have ring camera security around my home. I can provide a crate for them to sleep in if needed. Your pets will be safe and looked after with love and affection their whole stay! I will send you updates and pictures of your pet during my time with them!
