She was quick in communication and gladly accepted our last minute request. Upon drop off she clarified on his routines and any special dietary needs. Throughout the stay, she sent sooo many cute pictures of our pup having the best time (tongue out is a great indicator)!!! She even checked in asking if it is unusual if he does not eat all his kibble during a meal. All around best dog lover and also the kindest human being.
