We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. I do require all dogs that stay with me to come for a meet and greet, so that we can all get to know each other before their stay. Any dogs that stay for more than 3 days are required to do a mandatory paid overnight stay to make sure everyone gets along. Please keep this in mind when requesting to book I work from home full time, so your dog would have someone around most of the time. “Emily and her husband did a great job. We take our lab with us almost all the time so it wasn't easy to leave her somewhere for multiple days. Emily was great with accommodating a pre-stay meeting, always really good with communication and coordination, kept us regularly updated and assured that Parker was comfortable, happy, getting plenty of attention and activity, etc.. She was flexible with our pick up and always positive. We would definitely recommend and would definitely have Parker stay again.”

About: I’ve worked with dogs for years, starting as a dog walker in Boston MA to then owning my own pet-related business, including Lexi’s Lucky Pup K9 Care in Manchester, NH (2023) and Lexi’s Paws & Peace Grooming in Pawtucket, RI (2025). I have experience with all different personalities, breeds, and energy levels. I’m very patient, attentive, and good at reading animals, especially dogs that are anxious, shy, or high energy. I prioritize safety, comfort, a low-stress environment, and of course making sure pets have fun! I also work in senior caregiving, so being responsible, communicative, and detail-oriented comes naturally to me. I know how important it is to trust the person watching your pets, and I try to make owners feel as comfortable as possible through updates, photos, and consistency. I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and can usually accommodate different routines, potty schedules, walks, and drop-off/pick-up times. I currently live full-time in an RV in a quiet campground setting - and yes, I know that probably sounds unexpected at first (e) — but it's actually a calm, nature-filled environment with a fully fenced-in yard and lots of supervised outdoor time. Pets are welcome to relax wherever they're most comfortable, whether that's on the couch, on my bed, in a dog bed, outside in the fenced yard, or even lounging outside with me on the lawn chairs getting fresh air. I work from home, so pets get lots of supervision, companionship, potty breaks, outdoor time, and interaction throughout the day.

“Megan was great! We were in TN for our wedding and last minute had to change cabins to a non pet friendly place. Luckily we found Megan who was very sweet and took us with short notice. It was the first time our puppy had stayed with someone else but I knew with Megan being a professional he was in good hands. “Jessica and her partner treated my dog like a king! They also responded to my booking on a last minute request. They made sure to follow the instructions given and my dog came home good and tired from the amount of exercise he was able to receive. The property is perfect for a dog to run and have personal time in a secluded fenced in area, if needed. Great stay and definitely would book again!”
