About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: Work from home empty nest Mom. I have a sweet, 9 year old bichon shihtzu that is spoiled rotten 🙂. My kids are at college and come visit on the weekends. I have a flexible schedule during the day and I love to play and walk my dog multiple times a day. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and I offer a fenced in yard, plenty of play time and snuggles! I’m happy to send pictures throughout the day if you want. My goal is to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I work from home with a flexible schedule during the week. My weekends are mostly home too. I do occasional zoom calls and pretty regular phone calls, so I do need a pretty quiet office space. I usually do walks in the morning and at 4/5pm. Backyard time around lunch time and chill time after 7/8. My dog and I have a calm, easy going manner. I have a fenced in yard and a cute fur baby to keep your pup company. I have extra bedrooms if your dog needs to be in a crate or kennel.

About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently going to be doing rover full time so I'll always have availability for your pets. Also I'm almost always around on holidays! I have watched 2 Shiba Inus by myself for over a year and have taken care of a Newfoundland for multiple nights. Neither of the homes had a fence but I compensate by taking the dogs out multiple times a day and going for walks. I’m very familiar with taking dogs out to relieve themselves, feeding, and possible medications they might need to take. Whether the dog is energetic, like my 2 Shiba Inus, or more relaxed, like my 10 year old Newfoundland, I make it work according to their needs.

About: **Updated 5/25/24: the only pet we have at the time is an English angora rabbit who lives outside or in the garage. We have had dogs in our home until this year, and have experience with all kinds and sizes of dogs. We are very experienced with positive reinforcement and fear-free methods. We have an English Angora rabbit, so are experienced with rabbits and can provide drop-in service for small animals as well as dogs and cats. I work as a registered nurse very part time, and homeschool my two children. We are often home, and are not usually away from the house for more than 4-6 hours. We have a large, fenced-in yard, and are able and willing to bring your dog on walks around our neighborhood. I have two responsible children at home, ages 9 and 12, and they are experienced with dogs and have been involved with care and training. We can accommodate all kinds of needs. As a registered nurse, I am trustworthy and responsible, and am very experienced with following a care plan and providing detailed updates. I’ll be happy to send reports and pictures while you are away from your pet!
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the years. I have done overnights, check-ins, and dog walking. I have a family dog named Splash who is my whole world, and I have recently moved away and don’t get to see her as often. I work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays, so I can be with your dog all day on those days. Otherwise I work 9-5 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday to be with them before work, after work, and during lunch. I am also free most weekends. I would prefer to take care of your pet in your home since I have an apartment but if needed they can stay with me.

About: We always had dogs growing up, mostly big boys, but I do love any sized dog! I had so many dogs grow to elderly age that I’m well experienced with all stages of animal life. I have no official training but I have trained plenty of our own dogs growing up. Let me help you feel stress free while someone watches your babies! I work a 8-5 job so and have some flexibility when it comes to your pets needs! Whatever time or day you need, I just need a brief heads up and I can assist in taking care of your pet! I’m a firm believer of leaving a space better than you left it. About: I have been a pet owner my whole life and have been doing pet sitting for friends and family since I can remember. About: My significant other and I live in a house with 3 dogs. We take our dogs (who are more like our kids)on a walk in our neighborhood or fenced in backyard and let them run around at least twice a day! Our dogs are spoiled and loved as they should be! We play ball and snuggle and they sleep with us too:) We'd love to love your pet while you're away! I work part time at WagZone dog day care so I have a lot of free time for my own pups. I love walks, hikes on our land outside of time or just fetch time in the yard. Fenced in yard allows dogs to run freely all day with a dog door to a sheltered garage.
