“My husband and I left our 3 dogs with Melissa for 4 days and she took great care of them! Our dogs had never stayed with a sitter before, so I was nervous to leave them, but she made the transition easy and they were more than comfortable at her home. One of our dogs is very anxious and tends to be fearful of new people, and even she settled in well and seemed content during her stay. Melissa also did a wonderful job caring for our senior dog and keeping up with her medication schedule, as well as handling our youngest dog who is still learning his manners. She kept us updated throughout the trip with daily photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that our dogs were being well cared for and getting plenty of attention. We came home to three happy pups and would absolutely book with Melissa again. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve had many pets and animals. I have also dog sat quite a bit in home for 5 dogs at a time. I am very good with animals and very patient. I am a student at South Dakota State University. My schedule makes it so I can get back home every few hours so I can check up on things and let them out. I have a very flexible schedule. My roommate has a little male dachshund. My yard doesn't have a fence because I live in an apartment. I do have a sliding glass door that leads straight out to the grass because I am on the first floor. I am very flexible about how I care for pets, so I can do it however you'd like.

I am currently working part time, usually weekdays before 3 pm I am free to give your pet all the attention they need. Otherwise I’m available for late evenings and morning to early afternoon. About: I have lived on a farm my whole life therefore I am very familiar with dogs! I have worked at a vet clinic before so I am comfortable with different breeds:) I recently had a baby girl and I would love to stay home with her as much as possible! So in order to do so… I’d love to get active again and take your dogs on walks and/or get out of the house to drop in and visit your pets! Living on a farm has never required me to walk my dogs but I feel that I am responsible and trustworthy enough to walk your dog(s) safely! About: I have loved taking care of and being around all breeds of dogs since I was very little. I am a nurse full time so I naturally love taking care of people (and dogs). I have a special place for dogs in my heart! My husband and I have obedience trained our 3 dogs and trained them ourselves to hunt.
