“Itzel is a very loving and compassionate animal caretaker! From the moment I met her, and throughout the entire boarding period, I felt comfortable with the care my cats received. Itzel made a trip to my home to meet my cats a few days before the boarding period. I could tell right away that everything was going to be more than alright. Itzel drove back to my home to pick up my cats upon commencement of the boarding period. During the time I was on vacation for over two weeks, Itzel sent me numerous videos of my cats which showed how well they were adjusting, and the wonderful care they were receiving. I could tell right away that my cats were getting a lot more attention and love than even I had been giving them! I was starting to think that my cats might now want to come back to me because they were getting more attention from Itzel! I was glad, though, because I knew my cats were well loved and cared for. That meant a lot to me! During and at the end of the boarding period, I had to make adjustments to the duration of the stay. Itzel was more than accommodating to these changes. The Rover platform was also very user friendly, so that these changes in the boarding itinerary were made without any problems at all.”

About: I have been in the dog business for 5 years now. I started out working at a boarding training and daycare facility. Then continue to live up there and became manager. About: I have been a dog owner and lover for most of my life. I currently do not have a dog in the home, so I can focus full-time on your furry family members. I have a lot of experience with pit blends, as well as small dogs. I work freelance from home, and currently have plenty of time to spend giving scritches and going out to play. I am also a runner, and would love to take any dogs with me who love to run. We have a fenced in yard, and a dog room in our basement for naps. We also have a couch in the main living area that's just for dogs, but they are also welcome to sit on our couch or in our recliner chair. I also showed chickens, goats and horses so I am very experienced with any kind of animal you may want me to look after! She kept me updated with pictures and videos and she made sure she got her energy out at the dog park and walks! My pupper was very happy during her stay and even made friends with Itzel's two dog. I was very relax while I was traveling, knowing my puppy was getting the greatest care and love. Itzel took care of my Suki like she was her own! If I ever need someone to dog sit again I will definitely be taking her to Itzel!”

Paige sent adorable pics everyday and went above and beyond by with all the love and playtime, even added an egg to Gracie’s supper (something i mentioned i do at home but to keep things simple for Paige, i didn’t bring any). Upon pick up, Gracie was excited to see me but not over anxious to leave, this told me she was in amazing, loving hands all weekend. ❤️”
