“Literally the best dog sitter ever! Itzel has good reviews for a reason. My 3 month old puppy Suki stayed with her for 5 days. She kept me updated with pictures and videos and she made sure she got her energy out at the dog park and walks! My pupper was very happy during her stay and even made friends with Itzel's two dog. “Abby was awesome! She took time to come meet our cats before hand and was super polite! She sent plenty of pictures and made sure to take notes about what they did! Would definitely use her again!”

“Becca is an absolute angel and really went above and beyond this visit!! She brought in packages as well as put them away where my silly cats could not eat the cardboard, and took care of a mess that was 100% not her fault or responsibility. Becca was flexible and accommodating when my fur babies were being so naughty 🫣”
“Brooke has watched our kitty a couple of times and has done amazing each time! She is very accommodating of anything that is asked and communicates very well. River always seems happy after Brooke watches her!”

About: Growing up we’ve always had dogs of all ages, so I am skilled at caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I have also had experience taking care of neighbors’ dogs as well while they were away. Currently I am a cat mom, so not only am I capable of caring for cats, but I also have a deep understanding of the love, worry, and responsibility that pet owners experience. All of this being said, I can assure you that your pets will be in good hands when I am around! I currently have a part time internship with a flexible schedule, so I am well equipped to tend to your pets needs. However, I am unavailable most weekends due to family caregiving duties out of town. Since I am a cat mom, I’m not entirely comfortable allowing other animals in my home. However, I am more than willing to go to clients’ homes to feed, walk, let outside, give medicine, cuddle, or play with pets.
“Cora was extremely helpful and took excellent care of my cats, visiting them twice a day. I will definitely use her services again in the future as I am confident that my cats will be in good hands.”

“Peyton is great! My cats were totally comfortable with her right away. She was timely and attentive. Her communication was excellent and made me feel so confident about the care my pets would receive with her! I look forward to booking with her again next time I am in need!”
About: I have years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and horses. As an Animal Science major on the Pre-Veterinary track, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience through shadowing and internships at veterinary clinics, learning to handle animals safely and confidently. In addition to my academic and professional background, I’ve been caring for pets belonging to neighbors, friends, and family for many years, from walking energetic dogs to feeding cats and small animals. I’m comfortable working with puppies, senior pets, and those with unique personalities or special needs, and I always provide patient, compassionate, and individualized care for every pet I meet. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine! Although I have classes during the day as an Animal Science major on the Pre-Veterinary track, I have several breaks between classes that give me time to stop by for walks or drop-in visits. I love spending that time with animals—it’s a great way to take a break from studying and do something meaningful. I’m also available most mornings, evenings, and weekends, so I can provide flexible care that fits your pet’s routine and ensures they’re always well looked after. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I always prioritize safety, comfort, and trust. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special instructions so they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. I make sure doors and gates are properly closed, keep walk routes safe and familiar, and always use leashes and harnesses appropriately. During drop-in visits, I focus on maintaining a calm, positive environment—providing fresh water, feeding according to your schedule, cleaning up as needed, and giving plenty of playtime or cuddles. My goal is to ensure every pet feels happy, loved, and stress free until you return.

“Itzel is a very loving and compassionate animal caretaker! From the moment I met her, and throughout the entire boarding period, I felt comfortable with the care my cats received. Itzel made a trip to my home to meet my cats a few days before the boarding period. I could tell right away that everything was going to be more than alright. Itzel drove back to my home to pick up my cats upon commencement of the boarding period. During the time I was on vacation for over two weeks, Itzel sent me numerous videos of my cats which showed how well they were adjusting, and the wonderful care they were receiving. I could tell right away that my cats were getting a lot more attention and love than even I had been giving them! I was starting to think that my cats might now want to come back to me because they were getting more attention from Itzel! I was glad, though, because I knew my cats were well loved and cared for. That meant a lot to me! During and at the end of the boarding period, I had to make adjustments to the duration of the stay. Itzel was more than accommodating to these changes. The Rover platform was also very user friendly, so that these changes in the boarding itinerary were made without any problems at all.”

About: Hi, I’m Allie! With over 2 years of hands-on experience working at a dog kennel, I know what it takes to keep pups happy, healthy, and safe. I work from home most of the week, so your dog will get plenty of attention throughout the day—not just quick check-ins. I have a secure fenced-in backyard for playtime and exercise, and two friendly dogs of my own who love making new friends. If your pup enjoys socializing, they’ll have built-in playmates and lots of fun! Whether it’s walks, snuggles, or just a calm environment, I treat every dog like family. I’m here to give your pet the same love and care I give my own. I work from home most of the week, which means I’m available throughout the day for potty breaks, play sessions, and plenty of attention. My two dogs already have a routine, so adding another pup fits right in with walks, feeding times, and backyard play. In My Home: I provide a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of attention throughout the day since I work from home. Dogs enjoy supervised play in my secure fenced backyard, daily walks, and lots of snuggles. I follow each pet’s routine for feeding, medications, and special care instructions to keep them happy and stress-free. My two friendly dogs love having playmates, so social pups will have built-in companionship. In Your Home: If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I make sure to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll provide fresh food and water, walks, playtime, and any special care they need. I treat your home with respect and keep everything tidy while ensuring your pet feels safe and loved. My kennel experience means I’m comfortable handling different temperaments and can adapt to your pet’s unique needs.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have taken care of many different animals. I have taken care of many breeds of dogs, cats, bunnies, lizards and more. I trained my own dog, Zula from puppy obedience to becoming a certified therapy dog and have always just had a huge passion for animals. I also have a horse that I retrained from a racehorse to a show jumper that I show competitively, and just really enjoy being around animals. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine! About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals. I worked at the Beresford Vet Clinic as a kennel tech. I would take out dogs and play with them twice daily. I made sure they had clean water and were feed. I also gave many dogs meds correctly and on time. I would clean up after all accidents and learned to read different dog's behavior. I currently work part time and have lots of time during the day. Before and after I work and on days that I have time off. I feel confident reading your animal's behavior and taking care of their specific needs. I have worked at two vet clinics and have learned how to promptly handle animals and I'm not worried about cleaning up any messes.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was at least 10. I took an interest into animals since I was little, hence my veterinary career path focus. I would feed, bathe, walk, and do general care. Now I have 3 large breed dogs. I find ways to keep them healthy through different methods of exercise and finding a good diet for them. Additionally, I have worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 years and received my bachelors degree in animal science in that time. I am currently working full time and I am a graduate of SDSU. The best time that would work for me is the breaks on my days off. I have a 6-foot tall privacy fence. I always keep other dogs that aren’t mine on leashes and away from other dogs unless owners say it is okay. I always will asses the dogs behavior myself if I feel they may be uncomfortable or in danger to themselves or other dogs and people.
