I felt so comfortable with Dawn in my home and with my 2 kitties, I knew once I met her that she was trustworthy and I could sense that she loves animals so much. About: Over the past three years I have worked at two boarding/training/daycare facilities for dogs. My love of animals is why I’m getting my undergraduate degree at Clemson University for Animal Veterinary Science, pre - vet. I love caring for animals and making sure all their needs are met. I am currently a student at Clemson University, I have classes on Monday-Friday. Monday and Tuesday I have one class so those days are very free, Wednesday-Friday I have two classes so I’m not as available for long stays, but walks/drop ins I’m still very free! About: I began working in professional dog boarding facilities at 16 years old, and animals have been a huge part of my life and career ever since. She was the most loving and caring dog I ever met but lost her to a serious illness and I just love to give out my heart to animals and would love to spend some time with your animals. About: I had multiple dogs all of my life and have taken care of horses and barn cats. Love all animals and want to make sure that they are doing amazing while you are away. I have pet sitted on and off over the years for friends and even flew to Las Vegas to petsit for an extended weekend. I’m currently working full time but can do late night drop ins, walks and am available any time on the weekends. Typically on the weekends I am free/flexible for any time, except the few times I’m out of town. Before letting pets out in fenced areas I double check gates are closed and latched before letting out. For any pets that are walked I ensure that they are leashed before heading out the door and do not take the leash off until inside with the door closed. I have an escape artist of myself at home so I know what to look for. I can easily place your pet in a crate before leaving if that is necessary.

I follow their regular routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special instructions from the owner. I give pets plenty of attention and affection while also keeping their environment clean and secure. My goal is to make sure each pet is happy, well cared for, and feels at ease while their owner is away. When I had an older dog, giving medication was always needed, so if you have an older dog and need to know that they will be in good hands. I definitely will be the girl for the job!

My experience includes providing daily care and attention, administering medications, bathing and basic grooming, and making sure dogs are comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout their stay. When your dog stays with me, my goal is for them to feel like they’re staying with family, not just being boarded. I'll give them plenty of love, attention, and care while keeping them safe and comfortable in my home. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I work from home, which means there is almost always someone here to give your dog attention and care throughout the day. Our days naturally include regular potty breaks, meals, playtime, walks, cuddles, and plenty of companionship. I am able to keep a close eye on the dogs staying with me and give them the individual attention they need, rather than leaving them alone for long stretches of time. I understand that dogs thrive on routine, so I do my best to maintain their normal feeding, medication, exercise, and rest schedules while they are with me. I also make time for plenty of love and one-on-one attention throughout the day. Because pet care is part of my everyday life, I am excited to welcome dogs into my home and make caring for them a natural part of my routine. My goal is for every pup to feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while they are staying with me. I want every dog who stays with me to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I have a fully fenced-in yard where pups can enjoy outdoor time, play, and potty breaks in a secure environment. Inside my home, I believe dogs should be able to relax in whatever way makes them most comfortable. My couches are welcome to dogs who enjoy lounging and being close to people, and I provide crates for dogs who are crate trained and feel most secure having their own familiar space. I also have a separate room available for dogs who need some quiet time or prefer to have a break from the activity of the household. I understand that some dogs love being in the middle of everything, while others need a little space to decompress, and I am happy to accommodate both. Most importantly, I take the time to get to know each dog's personality, routine, and individual needs. Whether your pup wants to play in the yard, curl up on the couch, relax in their crate, or have some peaceful alone time, I will do my best to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable throughout their stay.
