She was also careful to introduce her pets one at a time to assure that each pet was able to interact with my dog safely. Lastly, she has a separate room for any animals that are boarding with her . This gives the pet(s) a place away from her pets if they are uncomfortable or need time to themselves . I had concerns that my dog may have difficulty boarding somewhere other than our home because this was only the third time in almost 10 years that she has been boarded. Her last experience was extremely unsuccessful, to say the least, when boarded at a local veterinary hospital. Kimi sent me pictures a couple times a day and was very open to letting me text her with any questions or concerns that I had. “Can not say enough good things about Justine and Roman. We reached out on very short notice due to an unexpected family situation, and they stepped in without hesitation. That alone meant a lot, but they went well beyond just accommodating us. In the rush of everything, we forgot River’s food and also realized he really needed a bath. They handled both without any issue, letting us arrange food for his stay and even adding grooming while we were on the way to drop him off. That level of flexibility and calm support made a stressful situation much easier. Throughout River’s stay, they were great communicators. We received regular updates, which gave us real peace of mind. When our situation required us to extend his stay a few extra days, they were again incredibly understanding and easy to work with. The biggest sign of how well they cared for him was River himself. He clearly had a great time, made some friends, and honestly seemed a little disappointed to leave. He pouted most of the way home, which says everything. We truly appreciate Justine and Roman and would not hesitate for a second to trust them with River again. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’ve been pet sitting since I was 15 and caring for animals has always been something I genuinely love. Over the years I’ve worked with all kinds of pets; from puppies and senior dogs with special needs to exotic pets and even farm animals. I’ve also been on Rover for the past 4 years and love building relationships with both pets and their owners. I live in a spacious condo on the lake in Anderson with plenty of room for pets to feel comfortable and relaxed. We also have walking trails and lots of safe outdoor areas nearby for dogs to explore, play, and get their energy out. About: Growing up I wanted to bring home every stray I saw and now, at the age of 27, I’m blessed to have been able to open my doors to 4 stray kittens, bringing my total to a whopping 7 cats. I suppose that may qualify me for a “crazy cat lady” title. I have experience with cats of all ages and temperaments, including behavioral issues and special needs kitties. One of my own is blind but has a big enough attitude to make up for it. I love spending one on one time with cats to really learn their funny little personalities, as they can all be so drastically different, and then tailor their care specifically towards each of them.

“Communication was excellent. This was my first time using Rover for doggie daycare. There were multiple people on site who were helping care for the dogs during the day. My dog was able to play with other medium-sized dogs. She definitely got enough exercise, and she is a higher energy dog breed (Husky). They also sent me a picture of her playing with some other dogs. And, they have air conditioned space available indoors for hotter days. We had a good experience and I would recommend them!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover since I’d first discovered them as a young child, it never mattered the type or size, I’ve always been drawn to them. I grew up in the PNW where I spent many years in 4-H, showing horses and participating in our local county fair. Last year we took the leap and moved to South Carolina with our 2 senior dogs, 4 cats, and bearded dragon, and have been loving how beautiful it is. Since our move, we have acquired 3 more cats that were picked up as strays, bringing our total to a whopping 7 cats! I truly wouldn’t have it any other way. I have experience with all sizes, breeds, and energy levels of dogs, as well as behavioral issues. One of senior dogs struggles with reactivity while on leash, and I make it a point to make sure he is always comfortable and safe while out. I also specialize in pets with special needs who may require a little extra attention and care. One of the kittens we took in is completely blind, amongst other things, and had required daily medication at times. She also suffers from behavioral issues which is why I’m so adamant on being patient with animals. They are learning every day, just as we are. If given the opportunity, I promise to treat your animals as I do my own, with love and grace. I’ve been blessed enough to have a very open schedule and can pretty much fit any time a pet may need into my day. Whether it be weekdays or weekends, I’m flexible and have reliable transportation. The safety and comfort of your pets are my top priority and I plan to treat them the way I treat my own. I’m very mindful of securing doors and fences to insure your babies are safe and secure where they are supposed to be. I speak to all animals the way I would speak to a friend because I believe, while they may not be able to understand all the words, they can understand tone and intention.
About: I am a 31 year old dog mom and dog lover. I currently work from home so my schedule is very flexible! I do have my own dog but she does not always have to be with me. I have grown up with dogs all my life and have taken care of family pets and friends dogs while they are away frequently. I will care, love, and cuddle your dog just as you would! About: Growing up, my family always had at least two dogs at all times. Although I don’t have a dog of my own, I love taking care of and spending time with other people’s dogs. 🩷 I am a teacher by day (Aug-end of May) and dog sitter on the side! I love kids but dogs truly have my heart. The bigger, the better! Currently I am on summer vacation & would love to help as many families as possible during my “time off.” My scheduling is pretty open and I’m super flexible. Although I do not have a fenced in yard, my neighborhood community has a fenced in dog park area to give your dog(s) the space and freedom to roam as needed. :)

“I was very impressed with Kimi's management of her pet boarding structure & care. She puts an Air-tag on the pets she is watching to ensure their safety. She was also careful to introduce her pets one at a time to assure that each pet was able to interact with my dog safely. Lastly, she has a separate room for any animals that are boarding with her . This gives the pet(s) a place away from her pets if they are uncomfortable or need time to themselves . I had concerns that my dog may have difficulty boarding somewhere other than our home because this was only the third time in almost 10 years that she has been boarded. Her last experience was extremely unsuccessful, to say the least, when boarded at a local veterinary hospital. Kimi sent me pictures a couple times a day and was very open to letting me text her with any questions or concerns that I had. I was extremely pleased with the way my dog felt comfortable interacting and being around her two dogs and two cats. My dog is the soul pet in our household, so this was a new experience for her. “Can not say enough good things about Justine and Roman. We reached out on very short notice due to an unexpected family situation, and they stepped in without hesitation. That alone meant a lot, but they went well beyond just accommodating us. In the rush of everything, we forgot River’s food and also realized he really needed a bath. They handled both without any issue, letting us arrange food for his stay and even adding grooming while we were on the way to drop him off. That level of flexibility and calm support made a stressful situation much easier. Throughout River’s stay, they were great communicators. We received regular updates, which gave us real peace of mind. When our situation required us to extend his stay a few extra days, they were again incredibly understanding and easy to work with. The biggest sign of how well they cared for him was River himself. He clearly had a great time, made some friends, and honestly seemed a little disappointed to leave. He pouted most of the way home, which says everything. We truly appreciate Justine and Roman and would not hesitate for a second to trust them with River again. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’ve been pet sitting since I was 15 and caring for animals has always been something I genuinely love. Over the years I’ve worked with all kinds of pets; from puppies and senior dogs with special needs to exotic pets and even farm animals. I’ve also been on Rover for the past 4 years and love building relationships with both pets and their owners. I live in a spacious condo on the lake in Anderson with plenty of room for pets to feel comfortable and relaxed. We also have walking trails and lots of safe outdoor areas nearby for dogs to explore, play, and get their energy out. I have a small dog of my own named Maggie who is very calm, shy, and friendly with other animals. My goal is always to make your pets feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re et care fits very naturally into my routine! I work part time while attending Clemson full time, which gives me a flexible and often unconventional schedule. I’m able to stop in throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins, and I genuinely enjoy making pet care part of my everyday life. I always make sure the babies are fed, and let out so there’s no accidents in the house. I usually try to play with them for some exercise as well.
