My dog had a wonderful stay with Laura up until one afternoon when he was unable to stand up. Eventually, after hours at the emergency vet, it was diagnosed as a CCL tear. (This was no fault of Laura's, and in fact the vet told me that this injury was likely inevitable, and it was just bad timing that the movement that finally did the ligament in was on Laura's watch.) Laura took many hours out of her evening to take my dog to the after hours emergency vet, staying up until very late at night until he was finally released, and she was very communicative with me the entire time. This situation was very emotionally challenging for me, as I was on the east coast and the earliest I could book a flight back was the next morning, but the way Laura handled it helped alleviate my stress. Obviously your dog having an unforeseen medical emergency while being boarded is something no pet owner ever wants to experience. But it's not always preventable, and in the worst case scenario that it does happen, your dog will be in capable hands with Laura.”

About: I am a BIG animal lover! My pets and my friends pets though out my life have always had a special place in my heart. I have been caring from friends and families dogs and cats for 5 years. I have grown up with two family dogs. One of them I had since she was a puppy and the other was a rescue that was around the age of two, but not exactly sure of his age. About: I've taken care of dogs (of various breeds) since I was in middle school. I have done short-term and long-term care both out of my house or going over to the owner's house. I am a very calm and reassuring person and have worked with both young and elder dogs. I am a recent graduate who is currently applying to post-graduate programs and jobs, so I have great flexibility in my schedule when I am not helping my grandmother with errands or volunteering at Greendale Elementary (on Tuesday and Thursday mornings). I can do any weekday besides Wednesday afternoons. I can do most times on the weekends unless I have a prior engagement planned. I can do Christmas/Winter Break, but I will be away for Thanksgiving this year. I have a fenced-in yard and have plenty of room for housing your pet as there are no other pets in the house currently. About: Growing up, I always had 4 pets at any time, and was in charge of all care for them! 2 dogs and 2 cats, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, litter, and lovings. I currently have 1 cat and 1 pup of my own. My most frequent client has 4 large dogs and 1 bunny, all of which get spoiled under my care. I have experience with the most common pet breeds: dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, and hamsters, Guinea pigs. I am entirely caring, responsible, assertive when needed, and prompt. I work full time Monday-Friday in downtown Augusta 8:30am-5:30pm. I’m currently not able to leave during the day for lunch time potty breaks unless it is very close to there. For home boarding and doggie day care, my boyfriend mainly works from home and loves sharing the love ! The app also doesn’t always quote the correct prices for me, so please message me if you have any questions :) For house sitting, I fully stay at your home and take care of your pet, as if I am at my own home. I always take care pets and the home itself. I will always leave a place cleaner than when I arrived! For boarding, we have baby gates to separate animals for their own time, etc, when necessary. While I don’t have a fenced yard due to Hurricane Helene, I’m happy to walk your pet using your preferred method. If your pet has access to a fenced yard, I’ll keep a watchful eye to ensure they’re happy and safe while they run around. I prioritize their well-being, making sure they get the exercise, play, and attention they need, whether it's on a walk or in the yard.

Experienced with dogs, cats, and small animals—treats every pet like family. I have experience with special needs, and senior pets, as well as potty training puppies. When I meet with family, questions are answered in order to arrange the best schedule for you and your pet. Currently pet sitting is my full-time position, which allows flexibility to keep your fur baby as close to their usual schedule. When caring for a pet in their home, I do my best to keep the same routine and care that the parents keep. About: I grew up with pitbulls, blue heelers, and cats. I currently have two fur babies named Theodore and Jax (who are living a 5 star luxury life 🐾). My friends reach out to me if they need help with caring for their doggies. I’m trustworthy and will respect your instructions! I will not do anything or give anything to your pup unless it’s specifically stated beforehand or I ask you first. I do not have children so it’s easy for me to be flexible in caring for your baby! I will provide loving care, and most of all, keep you updated and send plenty of photos to give you the reassurance that your pup is safe and cared for. I LOVE plants, so if there’s any plants you need watered while you’re away, I’d happily do so! I currently do not work. I mostly tend to my fur babies or my garden most days. I am doing college online but it is very flexible. My schedule is pretty flexible! Unfortunately, I cannot take care of animals in my home. We are renting and our lease states we have to have prior approval and charge a fee if another animal will be residing with us. My corgi (Theodore) is a bit of an introvert as well and does not enjoy other animals (other than Jax) in his space. I am able to drive and take care of your pet in your home! I don’t mind taking multiple trips if that will put you at ease about your pet!
About: Taking care of dogs is second nature to me. I am a dog loving household and am always itching to find another 4-legged-frito-smelling doggo to love on. I have 2 dogs, a schnauzer mix and a labradoodle. They are couch potatoes, so anybody would fit in here. I have worked with dogs basically my whole life and have dog sat for countless friends and families. I am a certified pharmacy technician and am able to care for your senior dog with medical needs. I would be best fit for families who wanted to go on weekend trips and leave their doggos to someone they trust! I can also offer services through the week if need be. I am an early riser and let our dogs have as much outside time as they want until I leave if I have to. I have a fenced in yard, as well as a larger front yard for running and playing. I have baby gates to separate if needed for feeding time or at night for sleeping arrangements.
About: I would love to take your fur babies out for walks and drop in on them to play. I have always had my own and i know how lonely it can be for them to be alone while their parents are at work. I can take them for nice long walk and even run with them if they are a little more energetic. i can always make sure they have enough food and water to get them through the day. I love to play catch and can take them to dog parks and let them get socialized with other dogs. I have my own baby they can even play together. I am so very excited to potentially work with you and your loving fur baby. I also have a very loving dog and if you are comfortable with it he really likes to play with other dogs.

My dog had a wonderful stay with Laura up until one afternoon when he was unable to stand up. Eventually, after hours at the emergency vet, it was diagnosed as a CCL tear. (This was no fault of Laura's, and in fact the vet told me that this injury was likely inevitable, and it was just bad timing that the movement that finally did the ligament in was on Laura's watch.) Laura took many hours out of her evening to take my dog to the after hours emergency vet, staying up until very late at night until he was finally released, and she was very communicative with me the entire time. This situation was very emotionally challenging for me, as I was on the east coast and the earliest I could book a flight back was the next morning, but the way Laura handled it helped alleviate my stress. Obviously your dog having an unforeseen medical emergency while being boarded is something no pet owner ever wants to experience. But it's not always preventable, and in the worst case scenario that it does happen, your dog will be in capable hands with Laura.”
