I had concerns that my dog may have difficulty boarding somewhere other than our home because this was only the third time in almost 10 years that she has been boarded. Her last experience was extremely unsuccessful, to say the least, when boarded at a local veterinary hospital. Kimi sent me pictures a couple times a day and was very open to letting me text her with any questions or concerns that I had. About: Hi! My name is Savannah! I have two young lab mixes named Rocky and Whiskey. We are very active and enjoy hiking, swimming, and going on walks. I think it’s important not only to physically exercise a dog, but mentally exercise them as well. I enjoy creating puzzles and games for Rocky and Whiskey that stimulate their brain. As I was searching for a boarding kennel nearby, I noticed the lack of quality boarding kennels. I wanted Rocky and Whiskey to be able to have a similar schedule to our own to help follow what we’ve been working on in training classes. If you board dogs in a home, you can control a lot more of the atmosphere and that can help ease your dog’s anxiety while you’re away. I understand that pet owners want updates to ease their own anxiety and I’m happy to provide photos and updates. I enjoy meeting new dogs and their owners! As you can see from my photos, I have experience in a wide variety of dogs of different shapes and sizes. I would love to take your pup on a hike, go swim in the lake, or just play fetch in the backyard. I would love to keep your dog's routine as similar to their home life as possible. I would also love to match their activity level. My dogs are very high energy and needs a lot of walks and playtime during the day, but I understand your dog may not join us for all of them. I have a fenced in yard, rocky and whiskey are happy to keep your dog company! Rocky and Whiskey both have a lot of energy and loves to play and is crate trained so he can be put up easily if your dog needs a break. I normally wake up around 6:30 AM and let Rocky and Whiskey out to go to the bathroom. After their breakfast, we go on about a mile walk in the neighborhood. I leave for work at 8 AM and am back by noon. During lunch, Rocky, Whiskey and I will play with the Chuck- it. When I get home at 4:30 PM, I let Rocky and Whiskey out to play and they spends the rest of the night out of the crate. I try and take them on a run, or to a spot nearby where they can swim. On weekends, we like to go hiking and play in the backyard. I have a fenced backyard and dogs that will love to play with yours! We play a LOT of fetch and go on a lot of walks because my dogs are both high energy.

About: Before I moved to College of Charleston I pet sat around my neighborhood for around 2 years. I also have 4 dogs at home including a foster dog currently and would love to meet y'all's furry friends because I don’t have an animal in my dorm currently! I can walk your doggies pretty much any time except for Wednesday's and Sunday's! typically on weekdays it’s after 12pm, and on Saturdays it’s all day! I take care of my animals with love. sticking to their schedule while involving the upmost playfulness and kindness. About: I have three rescue dogs, including a senior dog and a puppy. I’m very used to caring for anxious dogs. For kitty owners, I’ve had family cats I cared for up until I was 16! I’m a recent college grad taking time at home with my parents & doggies while job searching! I currently work a retail job, and am unavailable on select days. However, I may still be able to do a check-in/walk depending on the time— so just ask! I can crate dogs as needed, follow any mealtime and medication procedures and will prioritize playtime with your animals! About: I have helped my brother train his dog, and am currently helping to train a puppy for the people I babysit for. During my time nannying, I have also looked after 2 giant St.Berdoodles and have administered medications to them, and they have a fancy dinner routine I’m working two other jobs and go to school, but there is a gap in between my schedule on the weekdays most days from 11am-4pm. Animals always come first though, so I’d rather be a few minutes late to a job to take care of an animal I tend to keep the pet that I am watching away from any other pets in the apartment, and will sometimes acclimate them to the other animals. My dog doesn’t like cats and when he comes to my apartment I make sure my dog is in my room and if he is out then the cat has a closed door to her room

About: If any of my friends and family had one to say about me, it would be the fact that I love animals and caring for them. I am always the first person they call whenever they need a petsitter! I have always had pets in my life ever since I was a kid and have had a large range of experience with different pets such as hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, kittens/cats, puppies/dogs, fish, goats, donkeys, and horses. My most recent animal quest was fostering 5 feral cat/kittens, rehabilitating them, and finding them quality homes after providing them safe harbor for 4 months. I also have a lot of experience in the horse industry, I've worked at an equestrian center and owned horses myself for about 12 years of my life and know all of the ins and outs to equine care. Dogs are also a breeze for me, I have experience caring for all life stages from puppies to seniors. My dog Luna is only 2 years old herself so I went down that road of leash & potty training myself not too long ago! My family also has a 10 year old senior Labrador Retriever, Scout, that I often care for as well. Overall, I would like to say that I am very empathetic towards animals and have a magic touch when it comes to providing for their needs, comfort, and happiness. I would love to share my love and hospitality with your pets as well! I currently work part-time and have frequent availability to spend time with your beloved pets! I'm currently available all day on Mondays, anytime before 3 on Tuesdays, and all day on Wednesdays. However I do work in a restaurant, so my weekend availability does fluctuate each week. But don't worry, I will do everything I can to work with you and make myself available when you need me! I live in a 2-story townhouse with 2 spare bedrooms, so needless to say there is plenty of room for your pet. I have 2 cats Sushi and Kumi, that are dog and cat friendly, as well as a 2 year old Lab-Catahoula mix, Luna, who is super friendly and playful towards other dogs and cats as well! She loves playing with others, so your dog definitely wont be lonely! I will disclose that I'm aware that some people aren't comfortable with leaving their pets with other animals they aren't familiar with, so if that is the case then no problem! I have a garage and 2 spare bedrooms that I can keep them separated in while also giving them all the attention they require. I do not have a yard unfortunately, but there are a few walking trails in close proximity my neighborhood that I take my Luna for walks on all the time! There is also a dog park 10 minutes away that I can take your pet to at any time. I am fully capable of accommodating for all of your pets needs, I have an automatic water bowl that is cleaned and refilled daily, multiple food bowls, toys, cat trees, treats, and leashes, as well as a large crate to house your pet as deemed necessary. If it is required that I care for your pet in your home, I will assure you that I am great at following specific care routines and fully understand why they may be necessary.

About: I am very loving with animals and take excellent care of them like I would my own children. I've always had a dog since I was able to walk. I currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats that are all rescues. I have taken online courses and I am certified as a vet assistant and worked for the animal shelter for over 4 years as an adoption coordinator and volunteer coordinator. I know what it can be like to go away and leave your pet with someone and believe me when I say that I will be sure they are loved and handled with care. I am pretty flexible with my schedule and if you have a particular schedule for your pet, I would be able to accommodate the best I can. About: Before I moved to College of Charleston I pet sat around my neighborhood for around 2 years. I also have 4 dogs at home including a foster dog currently and would love to meet y'all's furry friends because I don’t have an animal in my dorm currently! I can walk your doggies pretty much any time except for Wednesday's and Sunday's! typically on weekdays it’s after 12pm, and on Saturdays it’s all day! I take care of my animals with love. sticking to their schedule while involving the upmost playfulness and kindness. I will clean up after them, and like i would with my own dogs and cats put their safety and health first. She was also careful to introduce her pets one at a time to assure that each pet was able to interact with my dog safely. Lastly, she has a separate room for any animals that are boarding with her . This gives the pet(s) a place away from her pets if they are uncomfortable or need time to themselves . I had concerns that my dog may have difficulty boarding somewhere other than our home because this was only the third time in almost 10 years that she has been boarded. Her last experience was extremely unsuccessful, to say the least, when boarded at a local veterinary hospital. Kimi sent me pictures a couple times a day and was very open to letting me text her with any questions or concerns that I had. About: I have always had dogs and can't imagine my life without them. I have a special love for large dogs and currently have a 6 month old Great Dane. I have raised and loved several other dogs throughout my life including Great Danes, German Shepherds, and a Rottweiler. I’ve dog sit for family friends before while they went out of town and i had to go to their house and feed, water them, take them out to play and use the bathroom, gave them baths if they need them. About: I have always lived in a house filled with animals inside and out. We primarily had dogs for pets and would usually at least have 2, from puppies to seniors I’ve loved and cared for all sizes and would love to care for your fur babies as well! There is no size too big or too small, I adore all very much and know how worrying it is to leave your pet in someone else’s care, I assure you they would be loved very much while in my hands! I work from home so I have plenty of time and availability to spend and care for your fur baby while you’re away! I do have my step children every other weekend so communication will be key if your pet is not child friendly and if your schedule will work for me, but I am open to working with you as much as I can! I currently have 2 indoor dogs, both crate and (mostly) potty trained. I have a mid sized boxer and a small mix breed, they are both girls that are dog and kid friendly and as sweet as can be. I have plenty of yard space(not fenced), a quiet road to walk them on, and a runner for solo outside/potty time. I do live in a dog neighborhood with lots of distractions so your fur baby would be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors

Summer watched our dog for the whole afternoon and was very understanding about the late evening pick up, given how long night football games can go. “These folks are the best! They took great care of my dog for multiple months at a time while I was moving and getting situated. They sent pictures everyday multiple times a day so I never had a chance to miss her while I was gone. They were very communicative about her needs during her stay and even gave her baths. Even with her home now, they still check up on her to see how she’s doing. She had an amazing stay with them and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any length of boarding!”
