My dogs usually sleep on my bed. I love cuddling with my dogs during the rain it's fun to know they have someone to rely on. I am a soon to be college student. I’m living with my best friends but are apartment complex is super friendly to animals! We have a dog park and many more! My besties both are big dog lovers. I myself love all animals. I do have a part time job I do get my schedule during the end of the week. So just communicate with me if you want something done a certain way or have a schedule you ALWAYS follow. About: Ever since I was little I've preferred the company of pets over people. My first job was at petco as a sales associate then after in the grooming salon and there i blossomed into who I am now! Currently taking a break from work after my stroke and what better way to spend that down time than cuddling with your babies? My favorite thing to do is work with animals and it truly does not feel like work to me. I dont have a fenced in yard so all walks are on leash. I do have long lines for times they need to stretch their legs and will be adding seperated fenced in areas for the dogs to have some safe secure fun in the good weather times.

I am a very calm and reassuring person and have worked with both young and elder dogs. I am a recent graduate who is currently applying to post-graduate programs and jobs, so I have great flexibility in my schedule when I am not helping my grandmother with errands or volunteering at Greendale Elementary (on Tuesday and Thursday mornings). I am self-employed so can set my schedule, especially with as much advance notice as possible. I often bring my little 9 pound, Shih Tzu, which I keep and a carry crate and kennel that has worked out fine with both dogs and cats. We can arrange a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure everyone is comfortable. I have separate bedrooms if dogs need their own privacy, but I do try to have dogs interact and be friends. I have a long hallway to play fun games and go get it!

DROP-IN VISIT (At your house) I can go to your home multiple times per day to feed your pets food/water, go outside to potty & play, administer medications, etc. Just let me know how many times per day you’d like me to drop-in to check up on your pets/how much time you’d like me to spend while there and what you’d like me to do during drop-in visits and I will make it happen. A care summary report and photos of my drop-in visit with your pets will be sent after each drop-in. DOGGIE WALKS Walks are 30 minutes long, but can also include playtime if requested (e.g 20 minute walk + 10 minutes of play time). Meals, treats, water, and medication can be given before or after the walk if requested, just let me know and I would be more than happy to do that. A care summary report and photos from our walk will be sent after each walk. HOUSE SITTING I can care for your animals in your own home by ensuring your animals are safe and well cared for. I'll spend as much time with your pet as needed so that they have a true companion in your absence. I believe that the best pet care is done when your pet is in his/her own surroundings. I make sure gates and doors are closed and locked when needed, I follow safety checks in the home to ensure your pets are protected. In my clients home I will happily comply with any instructions to keep your pups safe. Anything that is needed for your fur babies!

I have completed the Veterinary Assistant Course at Aiken Technical College and completed 102 CEU Credits interning at The Ark Animal Hospital and Wagner Veterinary Clinic. “I don’t have enough good things to say about Erika. This was the first time we have boarded our dog, especially in someone’s home with other dogs. We did a meet and greet and Erika slowly introduced Abby to each dog in her care at Abby’s pace. On the day of drop off Abby had significant anxiety about us leaving. Erika assured us that Abby would be okay and that it was just because she knew change was coming. After a rough few hours and sheer determination on Erika’s part we received updates and pictures showing that she had settled in and was living her best life. We received daily pictures and updates and Erika didn’t hesitate to answer the many texts she got from a worried pup mama. Abby got daily walks, plenty of playtime and rest time as well. We will continue to chose Erika for the care of our dogs when we are away.”
